Absolutely disappointed with the service and product quality. I had the back of my iPhone replaced here for $150 due to a crack. Less than three weeks later, I dropped it from barely two feet high and it completely shattered into pieces. That is not normal wear--that's poor quality material. When I went back to see if anything could be done, I was offered only $20 off another replacement. That's not customer service--that's a slap in the face. [***BEWARE READ THIS***] Marietta location Nice guy, but he screwed me over. I asked many questions before I agreed to pay $139 to fix my screen + LED. He failed to disclose that they couldn't vacuum seal the screen (Meaning, my watch would NO LONGER be water resistant). That's a HUGE piece of information not to inform your customers about. This should actually be the FIRST thing in the agreement you sign for service, but definitely included. Not disclosing this is deceitful and we can't make an informed decision on what we're agreeing to. Needless to say, my watch had water damage less than a week later from the shower. I threw away my money. I wish I could write something good about this business. The man's response was "you're in the warranty time, but it's known that it won't be water resistant any more". Life saver!!!!! I've been here before to fix a cracked phone screen, but this morning I spilled water on my work laptop and needed an emergency fix. The screen was black with colors glitching and then would not turn on at all, so I feared the worst. I brought it here and was helped right away and out the door with my laptop working again within an hour. Luckily the hard drive wasn't water damaged, and he got it back up and running. I came her to get my iPhone 5 screen fixed about a month ago because I shattered it. Well their "repair" of my phone is subpar. The screen is off centered so the home button get caught under the screen and recently I noticed what appeared to be the screen being off centered is that the screen was not properly attached. I can now pretty much lift the entire screen off my phone. Absolutely ridiculous! There are too many places to get your phone repaired to consider using this place. I'm very disappointed. Just an update. Today the entire screen fell off. Now I have to find someone who can hopefully reattach the screen and not charge me for a totally new replacement. read more

Do NOT waste your money!!!!!! I bought the Groupon to get my iPhone 6S screen repaired. kazim was super friendly and professional. He replace my screen with glass that feels nothing like the iPhone glass. After leaving the store and using the phone for a few hours I noticed it's damn near impossible to scroll with the touch screen without it getting frozen!!! It keeps getting stuck as if something is wrong with the sensor!! My phone keeps malfunctioning... randomly zooming in and out, opening random apps, screen flickering! Also, typing on the keyboard keeps malfunctioning! 90% of the letters I type are being selected as the letter next to it! I've never had that problem before today! I would not recommend this place at all to nobody. They do not operate how they say or nothing. I bought a coupon on living social to fix a screen and the still charged me extra on top to fix it. Even thou I called the day before to ask how much it was to fix it. They say $50, bought the living social for $45 and then still came in a had to pay $35 on too because he said the home button was messed up. Phone was in perfect condition when I brought it in. Found out about this place by a deal online. Good retail location, with a Sprouts and Flying Biscuit next door, Trader Joes and The Forum across the street, so If you have to wait for your phone repair, you can go shop or eat, then come back. I had to make an appt to get my phone fixed with my Groupon. Yeah, the place is bare-bones, like Norma K. said. Kind of a one man show deal. Creepy hole of a window with mirrored film in the wall so they can see you coming in, but you can't see them. Why not a normal window in the wall? And a door buzzer? Guy came out from the back when I walked in, he was the technician, not super chatty but I explained my problem, gave him my Groupon. Dropped phone off, picked up 45 min later, fixed. Got home, and realized I had the same problem with my new screen. So, I called and talked to a polite guy, who said to bring it back. So, a couple days later, more time out of my day, I headed back over there. This time, a different, polite technician looked at my phone, and said my screen is bowing out due to the swelled- up battery. I asked why the first guy didn't notice my battery swelled up, as it was very apparent. He didn't have an answer. So, I had to spend additional money for a new battery, and they replaced my screen again, but didn't charge me for the new screen, as I had paid for the first one with my Groupon. Again, he needed time to fix phone, so I came back half hour later to an empty shop, and sat their in a chair for 15 minutes before technician came back out and acknowledged me. Paid my bill and left. In the end, if the technician on the first visit had correctly diagnosed my phone issue, it would have been a one trip fix. Instead, I had to go back a second time. Time out of my busy work day. So for now, phone is good. Just a huge hassle factor to get to the root of the problem. read more

EMPLOYEE LIES BECAUSE OF GROUPON VOUCHER I wish I could give ZERO stars. I purchased a groupon (I know) for a replacement screen on an iPhone 5s, having the SE as my actual phone. I called to redeem my voucher and was told they could not do it because 'they weren't compatible'. When I called the other (Marietta) location I simply asked if they were the same screen and I was told yes. Since I mentioned the Groupon, I feel he didn't want to bother with me. The Roswell location told me I should have 'read the groupon', and that the 'home button will not work' after the switch. I suggested he call the other locations to sell the same story so everyone was on the same page. I took my iPhone 4S in to get the cracked screen replaced, and I was billed for just that--broken screen. Unknown to me, my phone was CANNIBALIZED by these untrustworthy people!! Not only was my screen replaced, they also saw fit to steal my display AND my battery!! I've had overheating issues with my phone since this visit and now it makes sense--I was given an INFERIOR battery while my original one was probably sold for twice the profit! I took my iPhone to We Can Fix It because I cracked my screen. They said it would take about an hour to fix and they would call me (on another number I gave them) when it was ready. After not hearing from them for two hours I called to see what the status was. The phone was ready! Nice of them to call and let me know... When I arrived to pick up my phone the lock/power button no longer worked. They wanted to charge me an additional $69 to fix this. They never warned me about this potentially happening as a result of replacing the screen. After arguing with the sales associate for 15 minutes he finally said he would fix it for $25. I agreed. After paying $75 for the new screen and $25 to fix the power button, and wasting two hours of my time, I would have much rather cashed in on my insurance policy and gotten a brand new phone for nearly the same price. I would not recommend We Can Fix It and I would not trust these people to work with your phone! read more

I came to this place 5 month ago to replace my iPhone touch screen that was broken. I paid 99$ for that and what i got back is a new screen that was sealed very poorly which caused the LCD screen that is under the touch screen to break. I brought in a phone with a cracked screen. They charged me $149 to fix it (!). Except they put the screen on in such a way that afterward I often had to squeeze the phone together with one hand to get the screen to respond with the other hand. AND they damaged the screen underneath the glass screen!!! So now I have to just get a new phone. Or live with a constant shadow on my pictures. Update: So I went back a third time, to give it one more chance for the issue to be resolved. There were some polite suggestions that perhaps the issue was my fault. They said they would fix the damage (that they caused!!) for only an additional $79. But after further discussion, they agreed to fix it no charge. So...I don't know. Seems to be working fine now. Last month was my second visit here. I'll admit the first visit wasn't great but I'd bought a Living Social coupon after not knowing where to get my iPhone 4s glass repaired. Still, another episode of broken glass and I was leaving town so I thought I'd give them another try. This time I came in with no appointment. Kazim fixed my phone glass on the spot for $49 in much less than an hour and gave me a new, free, screen protector. I was very pleased with the service. I agree if it takes longer, at least you have a nice shopping area to explore. I would return to We Can Fix It. i would not recommend this place at all. I think they in it for the money not quality work. I brought in my phone due to a cracked screen. After i picked up my phone i have been very dissatisfied. A) the glass they replaced has a blue tone to it (cheaP). and the glass it was replaced was very cheap with i already had the feeling it was cheap quality. the screen cracked terribly after i picked the phone worse than what it was before after my phone dropped on a carpet. Really???? They don't offer a warranty only a few days. Like i am at a buy here pay her car lot. I should have read the reviews before having the work completed. Went in today to have my daughter's iPhone 5c screen replaced with groupon I purchased for $62. The man who assisted me stated my groupon was for an iphone5 not c or s. So he only applied the $62 to the original price of $99. On top of that he charged me taxes on the full amount not the balance. I'm definitely calling Groupon to let them know more specifications need to be provided as I ended up paying full price. Sooo WTF did I purchase a groupon then? And I'm calling the BBB and state revenue department to find out if the taxes were collected on the right amount. Praying this phone is repaired as the customer service absolutely stinks.
