Was given 2 hour estimated wait time for service to be done (tire rotation, check for slow leak)...3hr 15min later they have not even started working on it. I left for 2 hours. Should've stayed to be sure they kept their word regarding 2 hr time frame. If it's going to take 1hr plus longer, let me know beforehand. We purchased the tires a couple of days ago. The store called us and told me that they have the tires and ready to install. The store told me maximum time would be 1:45 minutes but, possibly it would take less then that. Well... it's over 2 hours and 30 minute and they still have not taken my vehicle in to change the tires. I have seen people come in and out. Laredo - we know how bad service can be and at that especially in Laredo; but this was such an amazing experience. Manager was very approachable and my sales guy was great. They really do price match and give you the best price: and hey they should. Tires are cheap to make and high margin so it's a very profitable business to be in so customer satisfaction is key and these guys do it. Treat you professionally and I saw them working with other customers to find the fit of price for them. Appointments mean something here. I went in at my time and my tires got installed in 30-40 minutes. Again; great job guys! I will return only here if I ever need tires. read more

Avoid at all cost. Car dealership said my tires had 10,000 miles left on tires, 1 week later, had a nail in tire. Discount tire looked at tire. In the yellow almost in the red, was their reply, you need new tires. They ruined the bead on this 21" tire trying to patch it. Be ready to stand in line too, they in house finance tires, you have to listen to the guy in front of you, his credit report info. read more

I could not have been more pleased with the service and competency - and price. They were amazing. I was on my way home from Laredo to San Antonio after a long day at work. I have a brand new Nissan Rogue and the tire pressure warning came on for the second day in a row. I had already had the air put it at a different location the day before, so it was a red flag to see the warning light again. My clients recommended that I stop by Discount Tire on my way home to have it checked. It was 5:40 and they close at 6:00. Everyone was smiling and relaxed (including all the customers in their still-packed waiting room.) They explained the problem. They fixed it right away and did not try to sell me more tire than I needed. They even offered to stay a little while longer if I wanted to have dinner first! All in all, I was in and out and on my way home in 20 minutes. I will go back if I ever need help. And I will look for them as I travel elsewhere! read more
