Rent a tire in Laredo, Tx is by far the best place I've been to for a tire center. I desperately needed some tires for my truck, specifically some Mud-tires. While I was kind of hesitant to stop by because I was on the run and short on time, I didn't really feel like being tied down by lousy salesman that just want to sell you the most expensive tires, just so they can make their commission. Well I was wrong... I did a quick stop at Rent A Tire, where I was greeted by salesman, Omar, he was very kind, knowledgable, and helpful. I told him what I was looking for "some mud tires but I don't know the model"... Omar smiled assured me not to worry and he knew exactly how to help.. In no time he showed me the tires I was looking for, recommend the right size for my truck, asked if I was looking for some rims, when I replied "no that's it" he didn't push on selling me rims that I wasn't interested in. After he explained the contract and terms, which was a great deal, I realized there was another truck in the shop and it was already closing time. I told him I didn't have time to wait and I was gonna have to come back. Which then, the "boss" over heard the conversation came up to me, introduced himself as, Jerry, and said for me not to worry, that they would stay open until the last customer is satisfied... That was excellent service. I was able to drive off that same evening with my set of new mud tires..! Good customer service. I had a flat tire while traveling to laredo this week end, I called up the local Rent A Tire and explained the situation. I was stranded 10 miles north of Laredo and no spare. Raul said he could help me and sent a person out. they took my tire fixed it and put it back on for no charge.
