In addition, they came and took the blown out tires with the rims to their shop, replaced the tires and then returned to the car and put the new tires on. Jose was very polite, professional and fast. These guys really give great service at a great price you can actually afford. I highly reccommend this shop. If they don't answer right away, they will call you back.

They performed a complementary check of all tires and informed me of where I was with tire wear. They weren't pushy and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. This is the place…read more... Manager Eli, who started at the bottom and worked his way up, has been with the company forever, came back to Laredo in Jan. 2026 and took over this location. He and his staff are amazing, they are knowledgeable, helpful and eager to please. (Alejandro was the one who helped us). The whole experience was easy and smooth, the guys in the shop were professional and really seemed to care about our vehicle, 5 new tires, mounted and balanced (including spare) in just over an hour. I would highly recommended these people to anyone.

They were offering to fix the A/C with good labor cost fees, but the high fees came from them having to ship in the parts. They did offer to fix the issue with parts that I had, but there would not be any warranty as they didn't order the parts. I decided to have the car fixed at PepBoys and now i have good, working A/C blowing in my car. Thank you to the honest people who work here. I'm proud to say that I can rely on these amazing group of people.
