DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP-THEY ARE THIEVES....... I had the unfortunate experience of getting robbed by this company TWO TIMES. 1-receptionist (ma. elena) said diagnostics was $100. After running diagnostics, tech (walter) quoted work to be done at $140. In a normal shop, the diagnostics fee would be waived when the work is done there or so I thought. So I okay the $140 work to be done. When I went to pick up the car, my total was $240 because I was still being charged the diagnostics fee. So okay, charge to experience. Mistake number 2-hoping to get a better experience and supporting local business (yeah right). I bring in another vehicle. Receptionist prints on the deposit receipt (now they call it deposit instead of diagnostics fee) the TWO PROBLEMS that need to be worked on. Tech quotes the work for $240 and PLUS, of course, the diagnostics fee for a total of $340. When I went to pick up vehicle number 2, only ONE PROBLEM was done because, according to receptionist ma elena, tech walter did not see the other problem on THIER VERY OWN PAPERWORK. They wanted me to bring back the vehicle, they will work on it BUT I HAVE PAY A THIRD TIME even if it was THEIR MISTAKE, and this time, they also charged me sales tax while the first one, there was none (got lucky maybe because I was complaining so much they forgot). Avoid this business like the PLAGUE, they randomly stole $899.95 out of my bank account acting like it was a legal charge, but wouldn't send any document to prove the transaction was legit. I've never heard of this company before and they said it wasn't me on the transaction, but refused to help fix the situation. They are either criminals themselves or protecting other scammers. 2011 RAM 3500 (with Delete Installed) Remote Start/Door Locks- I did my research when my WIN module started going out. Called our RAM dealership and they said $15-1600. I said what if I supply the new Mopar WIN and Keys for about $300. They said probably $400 with no warranty. So with Auto Tech Electronics great reviews and especially when they did have a few with problems the support reviews were great. Also with a 3 year warranty! No brainer - I ordered Monday morning, and received tonight, Thursday with ground shipping. Plugged in tested great, 5 minutes, 10 minutes to put underside of dash back. This place was great! I lost my keys in the middle of nowhere at an oil field location. They came to me and programmed 2 keys for me. They cut the keys right there in the truck. It's pretty awesome! I payed over the phone and within 30 minutes of paying the man was there. Super quick. He finished the keys within 15 minutes of getting there. read more

I went there because my check engine light came on and they said that they could run a full computer diagnostic. They did that and determined that my 2006 Honda Pilot needed new spark plugs. They also did some kind of injector cleaning or treatment which I agreed to. They did solve the check engine light to the tune of $333 but I had another problem when I got the car back. The tire sensor and the Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) light were now on and they weren't on when I took the car to them. They swore that those lights were on when I took the car to them but they were not. They even suspiciously took a picture of the dash lights to "show" me and convince me that those lights were on when I left the car with them. NOT TRUE. Then they said that lights may turn off in a day or two on their own. HA! Now I am going to have to take it to the dealership to have it fully checked out. Thanks Auto Geeks read more
