After running diagnostics, tech (walter) quoted work to be done at $140. In a normal shop, the diagnostics fee would be waived when the work is done there or so I thought. So I okay the $140 work to be done. When I went to pick up the car, my total was $240 because I was still being charged the diagnostics fee. So okay, charge to experience. Mistake number 2-hoping to get a better experience and supporting local business (yeah right). I bring in another vehicle. Receptionist prints on the deposit receipt (now they call it deposit instead of diagnostics fee) the TWO PROBLEMS that need to be worked on. Tech quotes the work for $240 and PLUS, of course, the diagnostics fee for a total of $340. When I went to pick up vehicle number 2, only ONE PROBLEM was done because, according to receptionist ma elena, tech walter did not see the other problem on THIER VERY OWN PAPERWORK. They wanted me to bring back the vehicle, they will work on it BUT I HAVE PAY A THIRD TIME even if it was THEIR MISTAKE, and this time, they also charged me sales tax while the first one, there was none (got lucky maybe because I was complaining so much they forgot). Told them, I will ask my lawyer to look at it and we will see them in court. Pls. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.........

I visited the Murillos tire shop on Lyon and Springfield. My tire was low and asked to get it…read morechecked. The guy took off the tire and put it back. He said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the tire and did not need to be repaired. He had to be told to put air in it. It was at 31 PSI. I was charged $10 just to take off my tire and carry it around the shop and back in my car. I told them $10 was ridiculous for doing nothing. The manager or whatever he is was sarcastic and rude about it and I just paid and left after I told them to at least put air in the tire. I was traveling to San Antonio later that day, the tire started to read low tire, 30 PSI then 26 PSI. No stations around to put air in the tire. I could have had a blow out or something. Very unsafe. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Next time I will go to DISCOUNT TIRE where you always receive excellent service. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. They don't even deserve one star
