The lug nuts of our rear passenger wheel snapped off and our tires nearly fell off completely. De Leon answered the call, and rescued us from the middle of nowhere. It was late in the day, and all the mechanic shops were closed, so Jaime offered to take us to his shop and do the repair himself. He did great work at a reasonable price. I gave 3 stars because their service is good and they were nice to allow me to get my things from…read moremy vehicle. Their location is inconvenient as it is behind a water tower and there is a small dirt road before a trucking business. When I got there they had all of my belongings in a cardboard box and wanted me to empty the box and they didn't want me to take this old cardboard box. I felt it was unnecessary to be so cheap when they ship vehicles out and make a very good profit that they can afford to buy plastic bins which will last longer. I inventoried all of my things and they stole my expensive AirPods and my Swarovski Gold Pen. If they have to be so cheap and to be stealing from people then they can't be trusted to be professionals. What a lousy company.
