I looked at the reviews before doing business like one usually does but thought the same thing as you probably will. "They have far more good reviews than bad, must mean something right? Well it doesn't unfortunately. Honestly the worst dealership ive had to deal with. I was not going to post a review but i was coming towards the end of my lease with them and another issue happened which was the last straw. I felt the need to warn other buyers to stay away unless you want to deal with headaches for every issue you have with your vehicle. Don't fall for the copy and paste replies the dealership makes to upset customers saying they will resolve the issue if we reach out or that they will fix the things they do wrong. There is a reason I am upset and a reason other people with low reviews are upset. It's not an over exaggeration. Took my car to get a car diagnostic recommended by a stranger at pep boys. I made it clear I went…read morejust for the diagnostic because i did not have money to repair my car at the time and we agreed on that. My father who spoke to him was helping me by informing him the problems my car had, just to pinpoint what my car needed fixing. 3 days later he calls me for the repairs he's done and I was surprised to know he touched my car without my permission. The owner Sergio who I can't forget till this day has affected me financially NOT because of the amount he charged which was still a lot for me at the time got but how my car got worse since it left his shop. Charged me for something I did not ask for I originally wanted to take it to a mechanic who knew how to repair my specific car. At the time I had no money to pay for the repair and guess what his solution was at the time, he was going to undo the work he's done to my car. How is that a solution? I never told him to fix it for me. I couldn't trust him to touch my car again after knowing he intentionally took advantage of me. Maybe he saw me as naive and a female with money to give when I didn't. Never sued him even though I had every right to! but because school was my priority, I didn't want to see his face again and he even involved his wife who apparently is a partner owner, I never even spoken to her. She was there to defend her husband when I called him out about what he did wrong. I still have the voice recording in my phone how they insulted me for accusing him. Sad part they had their children watching them insult me and my dad for calling them out. I HOPE people read this, to save you from doing business with them. If anything, just be safe and make sure they still don't take advantage like they did to me. This all happened to me a few years ago when I was a college student. A memory I wish I didn't have. The least I can do is leave an honest review even though I had no justice at the time.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. My truck has been there for 10…read moreweeks waiting on a transmission, and throughout this entire process there has been very little communication or sense of urgency. I understand that parts can be delayed, but 10 weeks without a clear timeline is unacceptable--especially when this is my primary vehicle. What makes it worse is that the dealership has not been willing to offer a loaner or any type of temporary solution while my truck has been out of service for over two months. Customer service doesn't end when a vehicle is sold. When major repairs are needed, especially something as significant as a transmission replacement, there should be better communication, proactive updates, and some level of support for the customer during the wait. At this point, I'm frustrated by the lack of urgency and accommodation. I hope they improve how they handle situations like this in the future because no customer should be without their vehicle for this long without meaningful assistance.

If you tend to need service drive to Edinburg or San Antonio because in Laredo it just isn't it if u need good and fast reliable. Dont take ur vehicle if u want to wait 2 months for a minor problem.
