    On 02/25/21 I took my 2021 Toyota Supra to get the brakes inspected. I dropped it off at the old service department location. Jose the service adviser took pictures of the car and odometer with his or work tablet, which is standard. He also scanned the vin barcode from the inner driver door and asked for my information since I did not buy it there. I purchased the car from Toyota of Pharr. I had one bad experience with Toyota of Laredo sales dept. concerning a 2019 CH-R, and a lot of bad experiences with the service department on multiple vehicles. Mileage at drop off (Supra) was 907 but paperwork states 987.I could be wrong about the mileage but that's what I remember before taking the shuttle home. Before dropping the car off I did a 360 walkaround for damage and there was no damage at all. Rarely driven. I received a call on 02/27/21 a Saturday at 4:10PM from Jose stating the car was ready. I was busy and they were closing soon. Sundays they are close. On 03/01/21 Rolando called me and advised me that everything was ready and that Toyota corporate gave the ok to release it to me. Finally, on 03/04/21 at 9:41AM I took a Lyft to the new Toyota facility to pick up the car. The staff was very friendly which was very new to me. I asked if they received new training and to my surprise they said yes. They handed e my keys and had someone drive it up to the front. Before leaving I did my usual 360 inspection and noticed minor damage to the driver front bumper side. I called the service advisor to come check the car out and to provide me with the pictures that were taken at drop off or video footage of when the car was dropped off. We walked in and he could not find anything. I did not want to leave but the manager approached my driver side window and told me to go to their collision center and it would be repaired. That to me was an admission of responsibility and did not want to argue. Mileage out was 988. I went to the collision center and the older gentleman took pictures with an old camera and said he would call me. The next day on 03/05/21 I get a call from the service manager stating they will only take 50% responsibility and that the best they can do is pay 50% only at their collision center. This was due to the man at the collision center stating that it was impossible the service center did it. It was around $700 out of my pocket. I said no I will sue and immediately went to talk to the man at the collision center to ask him why he would say that. I had my phone in my shorts pocket and started recording. This was getting out of hand and there were no signs of no recording. I explained everything and he got really upset and started yelling at me and I calmly left. I never uploaded the video to social media as of yet. On 03/05/21 I called Toyota corporate and filed a complaint #2103050771. I never heard from them. I called back on 03/09/21 for an update and Russel said the dealership responded with im not allowed to go there for recalls or services or anything at all and will end all communication with me. I then called Johnny Watson part of the family that owns Toyota locally and manages Mercedes of Laredo. He in the past has helped me with Toyota and reached out to him on multiple times. The last time I spoke to him (03/24/21) he said he would be getting pictures or video, but all he got was the pictures the body shop took. I never heard back from him. I called again on 04/05/21 left a voicemail. I called again 04/07/21 and he was not there. At this point im filing a BBB complaint then a lawsuit. I will now go in person to look for mr.watson and see whats going on since he is not calling me back.

    respond quick but service sucks. had to go back over and over again to get things fixed that they messed up.

Had a independent mechanic to replace a cracked windshield he purchased it from this dealership with his credit card after he was paid in full then cancel the payment the service department couldn't get the from the mechanic who purchased the windshield they decided to wait 3 months later and get it from me after telling me they couldn't release my vehicle until the windshield was paid for which I did. This dealership gets zero stars I was lied to through the intire process this dealership sucks .

If i can warn even just one person from making the mistake of dealing with this dealership the way i have the review has done its purpose. I looked at the reviews before doing business like one usually does but thought the same thing as you probably will. "They have far more good reviews than bad, must mean something right? Well it doesn't unfortunately. Honestly the worst dealership ive had to deal with. I was not going to post a review but i was coming towards the end of my lease with them and another issue happened which was the last straw. I felt the need to warn other buyers to stay away unless you want to deal with headaches for every issue you have with your vehicle. Don't fall for the copy and paste replies the dealership makes to upset customers saying they will resolve the issue if we reach out or that they will fix the things they do wrong. There is a reason I am upset and a reason other people with low reviews are upset. It's not an over exaggeration. As soon as you sign the documents, the great customer service they show upon arrival disappears. I have never done a google review. But the last 3 years of my lease was just one thing after another and just felt the need to warn others to stay away and do business elsewhere. I am just glad it was a lease and not a finance deal so i never have to deal with them ever again.

I understand that parts can be delayed, but 10 weeks without a clear timeline is unacceptable--especially when this is my primary vehicle. What makes it worse is that the dealership has not been willing to offer a loaner or any type of temporary solution while my truck has been out of service for over two months. Customer service doesn't end when a vehicle is sold. When major repairs are needed, especially something as significant as a transmission replacement, there should be better communication, proactive updates, and some level of support for the customer during the wait. At this point, I'm frustrated by the lack of urgency and accommodation. I hope they improve how they handle situations like this in the future because no customer should be without their vehicle for this long without meaningful assistance.

For a few minor problems with my doors I did not see my car for a month because they were "overflowed with service" just to get my car even worse. Now I have to take my car back for another service call they said my car had , they never fixed the main problem and now my car is worse. If you tend to need service drive to Edinburg or San Antonio because in Laredo it just isn't it if u need good and fast reliable. Dont take ur vehicle if u want to wait 2 months for a minor problem.

I have asked multiple time about the Car condition, and they told me that everything in perfect condition. After buying we found the car had many expensive fix (Car radio broken, ABS broken, Tail lamp broken, Multiple dents, Seat broken. Almost $8000 worth issues. During those two week no one call and finally i went to pick up my vehicle nothing was done and the service advisor told me they would need to order the part and once they receive the part i could take it back for the repair. i waited for two weeks and no one call me from the service dept. i had to go the service dept for my husband's truck for an oil change and i check with the parts dept and found out that those two weeks that i left my vehicle to figure out what was wrong and all along they got the part during those two weeks but no repairs were made. finally i decided to take the vehicle out of town where i had purchased my vehicle and not a week went by that they fix my vehicle. Very dissappointed in the customer service here locally in laredo; just because you don't buy your vehicle here they don't give you the service you deserve.
