After running diagnostics, tech (walter) quoted work to be done at $140. In a normal shop, the diagnostics fee would be waived when the work is done there or so I thought. So I okay the $140 work to be done. When I went to pick up the car, my total was $240 because I was still being charged the diagnostics fee. So okay, charge to experience. Mistake number 2-hoping to get a better experience and supporting local business (yeah right). I bring in another vehicle. Receptionist prints on the deposit receipt (now they call it deposit instead of diagnostics fee) the TWO PROBLEMS that need to be worked on. Tech quotes the work for $240 and PLUS, of course, the diagnostics fee for a total of $340. When I went to pick up vehicle number 2, only ONE PROBLEM was done because, according to receptionist ma elena, tech walter did not see the other problem on THIER VERY OWN PAPERWORK. They wanted me to bring back the vehicle, they will work on it BUT I HAVE PAY A THIRD TIME even if it was THEIR MISTAKE, and this time, they also charged me sales tax while the first one, there was none (got lucky maybe because I was complaining so much they forgot). Told them, I will ask my lawyer to look at it and we will see them in court. Pls. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.........

They were offering to fix the A/C with good labor cost fees, but the high fees came from them having to ship in the parts. They did offer to fix the issue with parts that I had, but there would not be any warranty as they didn't order the parts. I decided to have the car fixed at PepBoys and now i have good, working A/C blowing in my car. Thank you to the honest people who work here. I'm proud to say that I can rely on these amazing group of people.
