I went by on 10-03-25 cause I needed air on my tire I was greeted by the district manager and asked how can he help I let him know I needed air in one of tires another employee came to put the air and checked my other tires but my tire started getting low again so the district manager advised me there was a nail if I wanted my tire fixed I asked how much would it cost me he replied nothing . I was shocked cause no where will they give you free tire changed the manager took me to waiting area. I was so appreciative with the service they gave me plus they were very professional I was Blessed that I stopped at R&R tire Express I asked for estimate for four new tires price was perfect so I will be going back next month God willing to purchase my new tires plus they also explained the warranty this tires come with. they have horrible customer service the manager is a liar telling me there was no interest and they were charging 100 some dollars from taxes every payment so that wasn't even part of my payment lord knows where that money went I've paid 3,000 some dollars and he kept going up on my payments I called one Monday for my balance and it was 1,082 I called Wednesday all of a sudden it was 1,360! First, they offer 6 months same as cash they tell you the tire will cost you X amount of money and you are like yea sounds good ill pay this in six months cool. Same as cash is not what you think they charge a service fee which they don't even know how to explain what it's for. The manager always wants to see you face to face to explain even the smallest of issues. They charge you taxes and a savings account for 18$ every payment plus the service charge which is 10$ (again no ones know what it's for). Which they don't even tell you about. They sold me tires that were said to be 600$(to put path easy I will put rounded numbers) I was like hey paying 70$ instead of the 50$ they told me is the recommended to finish at the 6 month end time I should finish way faster. Bullshit 5 months and a half later they are still trying to take my money. I have paid now 11 payments of 70$ let do the math 70*11= 770 plus 20$ that I used to open the account which I was told it was going directly into the tires, so that makes it 790. That's already 190$ more than what they quoted me right. called in today the manager tells me you still owe 160$ to finish paying this account. HUH??? what??? really so what the fuck was the point of paying 70$ a month to finish early bastards. they took more than the 600$ already to begin with so yea 6 months same as cash my ass fucking scammers. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. NEVER WILL USE AGAIN.
