Stopped by this store location to check out their "no credit needed" deal and as soon as i walked in i was greeted by the friendly staff and was helped out right away. Within a few minutes of conversing with manager, whom came up to introduce himself, he informed me of the great and easy payment deals they have. I was quickly convinced with no pressure into selling me anything. I applied for their same as cash deal and got me a new set of wheels for my car. I noticed that they had a good inventory of different tires and wheels. For now i was only looking for a good pair of tires. I was impressed by the great customer service i received from this tire shop. I'm used to going into other stores and not being greeted and treated with the same customer service as they did. I will surely be returning back for some wheels. They have earned my business and will definitely recommend it to anyone. Once again, i was truly satisfied with their friendly and knowledgeable customer service. I was down in Laredo visiting my family for Thanksgiving, and had a flat tire. Turns out i needed a new tire, cause the damaged one was not repairable. I realized there was a new location by my mothers house, turns out to be the 2nd location of Rent-A-Tire. While i was there i was greeted by their manager, we spoke about my issue, and walked out of there with a new set of tires. Since i was getting close to replacing my Nitto Mud tires, i decided to get the whole pair for a great price, and great deal. After all, i did need good tires to drive back home to Dallas, TX. I simply couldnt't believe the wonderful service I got at this establishment. I had been to a couple of reputable places to get help with my tire. Stressed out, i desperately went into this place to ask for help. These people told me not to worry. The mechanic quickly got to work on my tire in spite of some serious issue for which i could have only gone to the car dealership. He problem solved, refused to charge me, informed me about future potential problems and advised me on what to do. The lady at the desk was very courteous and sweet. I enjoyed waiting in their cool environment and left there grateful. That was very kind of them not to mention awesome because i was able to go to work and pick up my kids worry-free. This place could not be more helpful. They spent 30 mins fixing the issue my car was giving me. (We think broken sensor on in my car) Got Nitrogen installed in the tires.
