One of the owners (Matthew) ran the glass side, of which he spent a considerable amount of time explaining the differences in windshields that come from larger companies, such as the dealer or Safelite Autoglass vs. his glass. From a price standpoint, there is a remarkable difference between larger companies (i.e., $280 on up) vs Epic's ($135-140). I had to have an additional seal placed on my windshield that made the final price $155. Further, I didn't feel as if I was "sold" anything more than what I came here to purchase. No unnecessary add-ons & upsells, as well as no long-winded explanations that would have led to confusion. Matthew was to the point, yet showed additional customer care by recommending not to remove the protective tape for 24 hours to allow the glass + seal to cure. He could've just said "have at it, your good to go", yet he didn't. Further, he didn't rush through the place replacement process. It took roughly 80-90 minutes from start to finish in order to do the job correctly. Epiq Auto does additional work, such as vehicle customizations, stereo installation, and other repairs in conjunction with glass work. Given their level of customer care + quality service, I'll certainly be back.

Moreover, the service never answers phone calls and completely ignores all attempts to contact them, even though an appointment was scheduled in advance. At the agreed time, they simply do not show up and do not answer any calls, no matter how many times you call (I tried to reach them over 30 times!). Such treatment of customers is absolutely unacceptable. I wasted several hours for nothing and received no assistance at all. This service causes huge problems for truck drivers and should be shut down or, at the very least, inspected by the relevant authorities.

Scammers. I went to get my tires aired up and have them…read morerecoordinate my air sensors to their correct tire location. One guy messed with the sensors then a manager came and told me all of a sudden my sensors went out. I told him that's very interesting because they were working fine before they messed with them. He claimed that since my truck is over 10 years old that usually components start needing to be replaced. I told them I wouldn't be replacing them today and left. I knew they were trying to take advantage of me. When I got home I realized they also took off my tire air caps on all four tires. I happen to have an uncle that's been a mechanic for a long time and he said they were definitely scamming me. When I did finally get my tires replaced a few months later with another company, the guy turned my tire sensors on, no problem and they worked fine. Horrible work ethic and even worse integrity.
