This visit was because my tpms was bad and causing my dashboard to flash constantly! I made the appointment on Saturday for first thing Monday (today) and when we arrived we were greeted promptly! I forgot to ask the name of the associate who helped us get checked in and paid up. He politely greeted all customers who entered and made sure everyone was addressed. It was so busy, customers kept walking in. I have no idea if they had appointments like I did. But there was an issue with a vehicle that caused one of the bays to be blocked for a long period of time. But the technicians found a way to work around it despite the setback! Good teamwork. My issue took just over an hour, unfortunately. It took the most time waiting for a space, but once they took my truck, they lifted it on a Jack and replaced the sensor quickly. All in all another good experience! read more

Discount Tire - Tires Near Me - Haslet, Texas

So originally, I was having a rough time here. Essentially, I got new wheels and tires about 2 months ago, then when I hit 5,000 miles, I came back in for a tire rotation. When the techs went to take my tire off, one of my studs on my front drivers side wheel broke and became free spinning. I was told to take my car to a mechanic to get it fixed, then come back. After getting a quote, I was looking at a $500 repair potentially replacing my wheel hub. I called discount and spoke to the manager there, Tomas, and he immediately told me to come back in, that he'd take care of it. That's exactly what he did. He sent me over to Brakes Plus to fix then stud, which damaged the wheel a little. Tomas replaced my wheel with a brand new one and he even let me keep the scuffed one. He made sure that the mistake was made right so I will definitely be coming back here again. read more

I had a small screw that punctured my tire. The service at this location is top notch! They were kind enough to patch my one tire and rotate all four at no cost. The tread on my tires were still good, so I didn't need new ones yet. I will come back to this location in a few months to replace all four of my tires on the strength of the great service received by the staff. read more

No customer service at all Stopped by this location and there was no customer service at all. An employee named Jonathan just stared and didn't say anything--no greeting, no assistance. It felt very unprofessional. read more

Payed online for four tires scheduled an appointment and was left for 70 mins after checking 15mins early while walk in after walk in went in front of my appointment . love discount tire just disappointed with the lack of service I received at this newer location. read more

Fantastic location, scheduled an appointment for a mount and balance on two wheels off a vehicle. I was in and out in minutes, great customer service, and nobody just sitting around. Great discount I highly recommend. read more

We got a flat in the middle of the night at the beginning of a 13 hour road trip, and had to be towed to this location at 4 AM. I spoke to Tomas before they opened and he said that they would help "soon". There ended up being about 12 people waiting outside to doors and I was nervous that they would forget that we had spoken... But Tomas went straight to my car immediately evaluated the tires, found the issue, made recommendations and got us in a bay. He presented options and tried to help with cost savings. He was so kind and utterly professional. read more

I ordered four tires and both windshield wiper replacements online two days prior to my appointment. Multiple options are available to fit any budget and the website makes it easy to find what you need before setting up your appointment. I was expecting to wait an hour and a half or more but ended up being in and out in less than 45 minutes! The staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend! read more

I had a flat tire. They fixed it for free. The agents are very helpful. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Went for a flat tire repair and service was excellent. All the DT employees were very professional.

One of the few places that repair/replace garden tractor tires! Great job! Since I wasn't in a hurry, I dropped off the wheel, they found a match and had it repaired the next day. read more

We showed up at little before 8. There were several other people waiting for them to open as well. When they opened at 8, they were so efficient. They opened the door, each associate was already assigned a car and they made quick work of getting everyone signed in. Each person that walked through the doors this morning was met with a very friendly associate. We were very impressed with the efficiency and customer service of every employee. read more

I went in today for repair on a flat, J.T helped me and I was so surprised he was very helpful and went above and beyond I will be definitely going back to get all new 4 tires.. read more

I don't honestly know how this place has such good reviews. I stood in their lobby for almost 15 minutes just standing there being told they would get to me they would get to me. There was only guy who was on the phone and also helping a customer right in front of them and no one else was doing anything. One other person came in from the garage and said they would be right with me but they never came back. Other workers were there behind their computers but would not make eye contact or even acknowledge that I was there. I've lived in this area since 2008 and it has gone downhill drastically so I guess this is par for the course. read more

Holy crap! These guys friggin good. Customer service - 10 star Quickness - 10 star They made spending $1,000 feel like a no brainer!!!!!! read more

I bought a new set of tires at the Haslet store and the customer service from start to finish was excellent. These guys appear to really love their jobs and treat every customer with the same level of outstanding service. I scheduled an appt for 9:45am, arrived about 9:40 and I was out the door with 4 new tires at 10:02. Thanks Discount Tire Haslet! read more

They kept/didn't place back on my tire air pressure caps!!! Tire pressure check/adjustment is complimentary for anyone who bought their tires at this chain. I drove in, only one vehicle was in the service bay, and at least 3 staff members. They waited till it started raining again (15 minutes later!) to finally come out and address my tire pressure. Would've been faster to do it myself at he gas station and I wouldn't be missing caps! read more

I got a nail in my tire, Discount Tire wouldn't patch it; they said it was too close to the outer edge of the tread. So I took it to Cowser Tire a few miles away, I knew from past experience that they won't tell you that you have to buy a new tire if it's patchable. But they couldn't get the wheel off; I'd bought new wheels at Discount several months earlier, they replaced my lug nuts with locking lug nuts and didn't leave me with a key! So I had to go back to Discount, it was late in the day so I figured I'd get a key from them and have them put the spare on and I'd take it back to Cowser the next day. WRONG! I got the key from them, but they wouldn't put my spare on because it was the original spare and the car's over 10 years old. It's 11 years old, BTW. Fortunately, I got it back to Cowser 15 minutes before they closed and they took care of it for me. I give Discount Tire in Haslet 2 stars instead of 1 because they did at least give me a key to fit my lugnuts. A key they SHOULD have given me when I bought the wheels. read more

Went in on a Thursday at 907am. Juan assisted me, he was very cordial and respectful. Just went in to get my tires rotated. Took my car at 909am I was driving at 920am. They were fast. The person who brought out my car was so patient as far as holding door and waiting till I put daughter in carseat to give me my receipt. Definitely coming back to this location. read more

Literally have been here waiting on them to fix my tire for 3.5 hrs. I paid extra for road hazard when I purchased them from discount. I just saw a guy walk in with a tire they swapped it out in like 10 min. WTF! The store Mgr was the one that did it and then when I got heated about it he did apologize that it happened. He was the one that did it. Pissed!!! read more

Discount never disappoints in my eyes. This one is close to the house. I set up a Saturday appointment to get the wife's tires. I was in and out in less than a hour! This is why I will continue to make appointments and do my tire shopping needs with them. Especially this location. We have been to others that were not so favorable and nice but this staff has it together! We love their warranty on their tires because it gives me peace of mind that if something happens to our tires we are covered. read more

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE! Discount Tires in Haslet, TX was so amazing in helping me through a flat tire that surely came at just the wrong time! Went in to get a flat fixed and 4 tires rotated. They inform me that I need two front tires due to driving on low tires. They say that they don't have my size in and offer to put on some used ones and charge accordingly. After we left I realized that they charged me for the balancing and rotation on all four tires even though they charged me again with the installing of the new tires. Then it's obvious that they didn't even do a balance or rotation on any of the tires. So I call and talk to the manager Tomas'. He says that they don't automatically do a balance and rotation on new tires that are purchased. And that my bill was correct. I tell him that it makes no sense that a balance doesn't automatically come with the purchase of tires. He says well some people don't want it done. I tell him I wanted it done; after all I had paid 60 at the beginning of my purchase for a balance and rotation. Then I asked who wouldn't want a balance on new tires and he just said some people. He talked to me like I was a dumb woman. Anyway I told him the tires weren't even the right size and that they said they didn't have my size in. He says I will order the new tires and to come in to get this done and he wouldn't charge me for a balance and rotation. What?? On new tires? Anyway I never got my balance or rotation or my money back read more

Thank you, thank you so much for getting us on the road again quickly. We had just started a 10 hour drive and saw THR tire light. We had to Yelp a place to stop. Drove into discount tire - they had a tire filling station and a nice young man immediately came over, filled the tired and said we were fine. We had dreaded a long wait - they were wonderful. I did not even have to get out of the car. THANK YOU! read more

Thank you guys for always providing top notch customer service. You guys always under commit and over produce. You run a tight operation and that's why you always get my business. Ryan Hale took GREAT care of me here! He treated me like a valued customer! He got the tires I needed for my BMW quickly. His team got them mounted, balanced, and I was out of there in no time! Best Discount Tire we have ever done business with and there have been many over the years. We have been in three times in the past 8 months for new tires and rotations. Fantastic service every single time. Well done, Discount Tire of Haslet!!!! read more

Great Tire buying experience all the way around! From Jared giving me the quote over the phone the day before, to Ryan and the team taking care of me and getting my new tires put on record time so I was on my way within 30 minutes, to me forgetting something in the store when I left, calling to make sure it was still there....then when I pulled back into the parking lot Cameron brought it out to my car so I didn't have to get out again. The customer service in this store is above and beyond!  This is my second time purchasing tires from this store and I can happily tell you that I will continue to return for my tire needs. read more

Kudos to the entire staff for excellent customer service. I am more than satisfied and would recommend this location to anyone.

I called the store in Haslet Texas and told them about having a 2015 corvette with 18 inch track wheels and tires and just needed to get the tires dismounted and was told they would be $28 dollars for all tires. Once I arrived the manager Ryan said these are low profile tires and would be $15.00 a tire which is a double the quote given over the phone. read more

Thank you so much! Great customer service at this location. They are so relaxed and confident in their advice. Super fast and professional. I'm so lucky to have found this location. I won't buy my tires anywhere else. Discount tires gives me a warranty with the tires I buy from them and that keeps me rolling. Great facility and comfortable lounge. They ordered 4 New Falken tires for me. Notified me two days later when they arrived and told me I could come any time to get them installed. I went in the next day, mid morning, and they got me right in and the tires installed on new wheels I brought. Then they mounted them on my truck and helped me load out the takeoffs. I got in and out, the guys were helpful and knowledgeable, and overall was a great experience. Plus the low tires prices and install rates make it a no brainer. read more

Went in to get my tires rotated and get it patched up. They seem to be super busy but they were working hard. They took care of the everything and helped me out on the price. Even said when the time does come to purchase new tires they have a similar version that will save me money when I do need new ones. I will be coming here as long as I am in the area! Great customer service, guys! read more
