Later in the day a 2 other stores submitted quotes as well. The following day I received a follow up message from Technics offering no charge for removal and no tax on installation, I couldn't refuse such an offer. I drove over once the roads cleared and had the tint removed and new tint applied. They charged what they quoted, no haggling, nothing but great customer service at a great cost.
