The shop seems cute and there seems like there would be more things available when the owner is in. They have lunch boxes that look good. They also have takoyaki on the menu but the machine is currently down. One thing that I didn't like is that the item was different from the menu description. I was expecting mango snow and mango ice cream or sorbet. It's not the end of the world but I picked this one in particular because it was supposed to be mango snow. While the bingsoo is large enough to share, I also feel it is priced a bit high for what it is. Might be because there aren't many other laces like this in the area but bingsoo is usually bigger or less pricey. Overall, a decent stop for dessert if you want something a little different. Then he replied it would only be 20 minutes to get our food. we said no, we don't want old cookies. Then he said 10 minutes. We then left without a refund and without our cookies. I had to call the store three times on Sunday afternoon to facilitate a refund. The manager (who i never spoke to on the phone, only communication was between manager and employee) said we should expect a refund Monday. I was so excited to try this place but not being able to get our order, poor customer service, and lack of an actual apology make it unlikely i will ever try this entire chain of bakeries.

The gelato I noticed was very fresh and had a large selection of flavors. It seems like a neighborhood spot, inside was packed and outside people were sitting and enjoying their gelato. I'm staying in Baltimore for the week and after dinner I walked to Pitango Gelato for dessert. There are lots of fruit flavored but I was craving their hazelnut gelato made with imported Piedmontese hazelnuts. Heavenly! Those ladies scooped me up something that's free of artificial colors, flavors and preservatives. I mean, grass fed cows are providing the organic milk for this Baltimore staple. I'm just passing through town, I made a stop to try the best gelato in town.
