We sampled the southern pecan coffee, which is a regular Saturday coffee, and we decided to try out the Breakfast. The offerings of fresh baked goods were very tempting, but watching the carbs these days, so maybe another time. I did get a bag of fresh roasted coffee beans to try, so looking forward to that.

It's a good place to go when you're wanting a fast grab and go with a black coffee. We decided to try the custom breakfast sandwich and got the ham with egg and cheese on sourdough. Overall, the sandwich was tasty. The hot pocket looking pastry was actually great, but the cinnamon peach "French toast" was not the best, it was okay in terms of flavor but overall a little underdone and dry. On top of that, I would say the service was very mediocre. Cashier seemed a little rude, and when leaving we realized no one picked up the order number that needs to be placed on the table once ordered, when trying to return it to someone before walking out everyone was just in a circle talking and no one acknowledged that I was trying to return this table number. So that really was a cherry on top of the environment of this place. Definitely a mid level experience.

The thick cut brioche bread was cooked well, so soft, browned on the outside and the homemade caramel syrup added just the right amount of sweetness. We appreciated their crepe suggestion and though the place was packed, all the employees kept up their smiles and delivered food to you even if you were outside. Ambiance It's a bit small inside so get there early for one of the tables. There is plenty of parking on the street or in the Kroger parking lot behind it. Will I go back? Absolutely!

Over the years I've been eating here, the food has been consistently excellent. They have the best crust in town and that tantalizing ranch dressing is perfect for dipping. The portion sizes and quality of food is poor, in comparison to what it used to be. I don't know if it's different management, or if they're using the excuse some other places do about inflation. Inflation, bah humbug! So, charge me extra. Just don't decrease the quality of your food and minimize the portion sizes!! I'ld rather go to high-end places that charge a small fortune, because they don't let the economy alter the quality of their establishments. No matter what, they continue to demonstrate they care about customer satisfaction. Get it together Boombozz! I've had lots of Cuban sandwiches, and yours was not good compared to the other ones I've had. The Ceasar salad was yucky also, in comparison to others. The dressing was crappy tasting, and it had Parmesan out of a can (not fresh grated like most restaurants serve with Ceasar salads.) I may give you one more chance, but if you disappoint me again, I will not come back. Too many other places to choose from, so I won't settle on a place that is not up to (past) standards.

What a great experience…read more The restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. What impressed me the most was the service. I have years of restaurant management experience, so I tend to notice how a restaurant operates behind the scenes. During our visit, there were only three people running the entire restaurant: a chef, a server who was also acting as the host, and a manager who seemed to be doing everything from food running to bussing tables and helping wherever needed. Despite being short staffed, the quality of service never dropped for a second. Everyone worked together seamlessly, and the entire operation ran surprisingly smoothly. I had a chance to speak with the manager, and I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism, leadership, and positive attitude. Restaurants are lucky to have managers who are willing to lead by example and jump in wherever they're needed. The location is great, the customer service is outstanding, and the food exceeded expectations. It's not easy to maintain this level of quality with such a small team, and they deserve a lot of credit for it. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

When you walk in, you place your order at the counter, grab your number, and find a seat. There's counter seating, several tables inside, or you can head outside where they have a few covered tables. Once seated, they bring your drinks out to you. After we got our drinks, it did take a little while for the food to come out, longer than I expected. Luckily, we had plenty of business to talk about, so the time passed quickly. Then the food arrived, and it was worth the wait! I ordered the Easy Nasty... because that's how I roll! The biscuit was a buttermilk layered-style biscuit, lighter than a traditional Southern biscuit, and it was fantastic. The chicken fingers were lightly battered and cooked perfectly, then topped with cheddar cheese sausage gravy. I added an over-easy egg on top, and breaking that yolk took this dish to a whole new level. Absolutely amazing! We also ordered the Southern Benny, which came with shaved country ham, eggs, and sausage gravy on a biscuit and they loved it. We added a side of cheese grits as well, which were very good. Suggestions, Besides the wait for the food, they were not very attentive to filling your drinks. Also, If you had water they had a self serve station, but it was a disaster. While we were there we watched one kid drop his whole cup of water on the floor, and several adults not turning off the nozzle and let it run. It would be better to have one person stroll the restaurant with a water pitcher. Overall, the food was excellent. If you're in a hurry, this may not be the place to stop, but if you're south of Franklin and looking for a great breakfast spot, this is definitely worth checking out.
