Honestly, this place is perfect for kids, exhausted parents, and anyone who gets anxiety trying to order at restaurants with more than six options. After ordering, we grabbed our iced tea and headed for the condiment station, where I discovered the true MVP of the experience... ketchup ON TAP. I don't know why this impressed me so much, but it did. It felt oddly luxurious. Like a soda fountain, but for fries. The food took a few minutes, but when it arrived, it was straight-out-of-the-fryer hot. I have to admit the chicken was really good. Crispy, juicy, and worth the hype. The fries were average, the one-and-only chicken sauce was decent, and the Texas toast was surprisingly solid. Overall, I'm glad we tried it. If you sit in the high top table basically people are standing right next to you as you eat. They need to figure out a better way for customers to line up and pick up since the space is so small and customers end up next to or hovering above customers eating. Dining area was fairly clean and staff is doing the best they can. They do get the line moving quickly as well as orders. Bathrooms were a mess. Food was good - very hot (temp wise) so if you have kiddos pull it apart to cool. Delicious and good portion. I will say packaging for kids combo is meh and also there wasn't a prize and the line was too big to ask for one. Food tasted like it would at any location. Soda machine was down but luckily we are tea drinkers. Probably go back but would be drive-thru. Might take a few months to figure out that dining situation.
