Everything was organized and ready for our group. There were eight wines, each was well paired with an item, primarily cheese, but also nuts or chocolate. While we did not like all of the wines, the overall experience was great, which was down to the staff. Caitlyn (not sure if the spelling is correct) was phenomenal, we really enjoyed her hosting us, as well as the couple other staff that popped in. Worth checking out, especially if you have a group and can make a reservation. The location is a bit off from downtown, but the historical building also has a other shops to check out and a distillery.

From the moment I approached the bar, they came across as rude, impatient, and seemed genuinely bothered that I was there. Great service can make an average experience memorable, but poor customer service can ruin even the best wine. I left feeling unwelcome and won't be returning as customer service becomes is not their priority. There were parking attendants on hand directing guests to available spots, which was really helpful since the property is quite large. Once parked, you can either walk up the hill to the winery and seating areas or hop on a complimentary golf cart for a ride. Since we were wearing wedges and heels, the golf cart was an easy decision! Once we made it to the top, I was pleasantly surprised by how much space there was for guests to spread out and relax. There are multiple areas throughout the property where you can enjoy live music, or if you're looking for something a little quieter, there are garden spaces away from the stages where you can sit and take in the scenery. We stopped inside the winery to browse the wine selection. You can purchase bottles to enjoy on-site or order a flight if you'd like to sample a few different varieties. They also offer snacks, water, and a selection of wine-themed merchandise for anyone looking to take home a souvenir. After making our selections, we headed outside to a picnic table with a beautiful view of the vineyard and the mountains in the distance. The scenery was absolutely gorgeous! Everywhere I looked, people were enjoying themselves. Some groups had elaborate picnics set up, others were dancing to the live music, and many were simply relaxing with friends and family. The atmosphere was such a vibe, and I loved every minute of it. After a couple of hours of wine, conversation, and beautiful views, we were ready to head out. One of the golf cart drivers was kind enough to give us a ride back down the hill to our car, which was the perfect ending to a relaxing afternoon. The barn is clean, pretty, and has special spots for pictures and retail. Music is going and the videos are being played on the tv above the tasting station. 2) locally & woman owned business! Could make a better experience: Price - $60 seemed fair for something unique but then you add on the fees/taxes and it's $74.25 per person, not sure where that additional ~$15 goes but I'd be much more inclined to return if there's a way to pay without the additional fees. (Also, website descriptions say $55 then the price is $60 - fix to match increase.) We definitely thought there would be more to do with the horses. Even if customers can't do something, maybe show off any tricks or special things the horses to make it more about the Equine than the Wine! Overall, if you love horses and are looking for something different to do in Nashville, this is it!
