What a great experience. The restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. What impressed me the most was the service. I have years of restaurant management experience, so I tend to notice how a restaurant operates behind the scenes. During our visit, there were only three people running the entire restaurant: a chef, a server who was also acting as the host, and a manager who seemed to be doing everything from food running to bussing tables and helping wherever needed. Despite being short staffed, the quality of service never dropped for a second. Everyone worked together seamlessly, and the entire operation ran surprisingly smoothly. I had a chance to speak with the manager, and I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism, leadership, and positive attitude. Restaurants are lucky to have managers who are willing to lead by example and jump in wherever they're needed. The location is great, the customer service is outstanding, and the food exceeded expectations. It's not easy to maintain this level of quality with such a small team, and they deserve a lot of credit for it. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back. read more

I can't believe I live only 7 minutes away from this place and this is the first time I've eaten here! When you walk in, you place your order at the counter, grab your number, and find a seat. There's counter seating, several tables inside, or you can head outside where they have a few covered tables. Once seated, they bring your drinks out to you. After we got our drinks, it did take a little while for the food to come out, longer than I expected. Luckily, we had plenty of business to talk about, so the time passed quickly. Then the food arrived, and it was worth the wait! I ordered the Easy Nasty... because that's how I roll! The biscuit was a buttermilk layered-style biscuit, lighter than a traditional Southern biscuit, and it was fantastic. The chicken fingers were lightly battered and cooked perfectly, then topped with cheddar cheese sausage gravy. I added an over-easy egg on top, and breaking that yolk took this dish to a whole new level. Absolutely amazing! We also ordered the Southern Benny, which came with shaved country ham, eggs, and sausage gravy on a biscuit and they loved it. We added a side of cheese grits as well, which were very good. Suggestions, Besides the wait for the food, they were not very attentive to filling your drinks. Also, If you had water they had a self serve station, but it was a disaster. While we were there we watched one kid drop his whole cup of water on the floor, and several adults not turning off the nozzle and let it run. It would be better to have one person stroll the restaurant with a water pitcher. Overall, the food was excellent. If you're in a hurry, this may not be the place to stop, but if you're south of Franklin and looking for a great breakfast spot, this is definitely worth checking out. read more

If you're in Nashville and craving a Southern breakfast done right, Biscuit Love definitely lives up to the hype. It is a cute place with a walk up to order and the server brings it to your table. We started with a latte, which was smooth, rich, and the perfect way to kick off the morning. The star of the table right away though was the bonuts--Biscuit Love's famous fried biscuit dough bites. They were warm, fluffy, lightly crispy on the outside, and coated in sugar with a hint of lemon mascarpone for dipping. Basically little pillows of happiness. The mini biscuits & gravy were classic comfort food. The biscuits were soft and buttery, and the gravy was creamy and packed with savory sausage flavor. It's a smaller portion but still incredibly satisfying. And then there was the chronic bacon--thick cut, caramelized with brown sugar and black pepper. Sweet, smoky, and slightly spicy, it's the kind of bacon you keep thinking about long after the meal is over. Everything felt fresh, indulgent, and very "Nashville brunch." My Wife and I were in Franklin, Tennessee for a family gathering over the holidays. We decided to try Biscuit Love at the Berry Farm location which is located in an upscale shopping complex. We were able to find nearby on street parking even though I hate to parallel park. You walk up to the register and order from an overhead menu board and they direct you to a table where they will bring out your food. This means that you do not have a server, just food runners. You can flag down a food runner if you need something. I ordered the SEC (sausage, egg, & cheese) biscuit and added a side of sausage gravy. The biscuit was flaky and tasty, but it was not like the old fashioned biscuits that I grew up with. I covered the biscuit with the gravy and it made for a good combo. My wife was not that hungry, so she ordered a kids waffle and bacon. She liked it and said it was just enough for her. We were talking to the table next to us and asked about the bonuts which were biscuit spheres covered in a lemon mascarpone and sitting in blueberry compote. The staff overheard and brought a small sample. They are worth going back for. The orange juice was great, but it would have been better if it was really cold. The restaurant was a corner storefront with lots of windows and an outside patio that would be great in warmer weather. Biscuit love is worth a stop. read more

Odd set up - only door in is thru mass amount of people waiting in a line that wraps around & rest of doors are exits - you stand in line order food then sit - food is fairly fast and it shows - biscuits were hard as rocks/ Bonuts tasted like they were marinated in old grease - sausage gravy had no flavor - eggs were fine they're eggs so they can't screw that up ... when biscuit is in your name your biscuits should be the best around - Kentucky fried chicken & cracker barrel have better biscuits than the place called BISCUiT love ... they sort of know how to do fun coffees but at a place that serves breakfast could hire a barista if they are serving lattes etc - this place is mid at best food is not great , employees are not friendly, maybe the pay stinks idk , but this isn't a fast food joint exactly but is attempting fast food type service without a customer friendly set up - I didn't walk in cold I read how to order - but no one is at the door to tell you that and direct you - it's like a traffic jam of sweaty people at the entrance exit area and parking is wherever you can find a spot after driving around for 30 mins read more

We arrived after 12 on Saturday with no one in line. It was our first time and we actually live 2 miles away. We placed our order and the drinks arrived quickly and our meals within 6-8 minutes. We had the 3 egg omelet at $17.50 that came with a side of fried potatoes and the slaw carte biscuits and gravy for $10. One soda and one drip coffee put our total at $38. We both enjoyed the taste. We felt the omelet should have included biscuits with jam or toast at that price. The restaurant had 3 tables inside other than us that were filled with larger parties of 6-8 ish . The music was loud. It was a warm day to sit outside but it would have maybe been quieter. I think the music should go way down or away. It was a treat for us as we don't often spend $40 on breakfast/brunch. The prices are a bit high and portions smaller for it to be one our weekly visit spots. read more

We needed a fairly quick breakfast, but wanted a sit down restaurant. We stumbled across Biscuit Love, and glad we did!! Immediately entering, we were greeted by a very nice lady. She explained their menu to us. After we ordered they tell you which numbered table to sit at. The decor was very cute and pleasant. I ordered eggs, sausage patty, passed on the cheese grits and subbed fried potatoes, and a biscuit that came with blueberry compote. My wife got their cinnamon roll biscuit. Our food came out fast, within about 5 minutes! My wife's cinnamon roll was delicious!!!! Soft, but charred or caramelized outside just enough but not burning it! My scrambled eggs were perfect, maybe just a little salty. The fried potatoes wedges were crispy but not greasy. So good. The biscuit was so buttery but light, and the blueberry compote was tasty but not overpowering. Overall the food was delicious! Price point was. Very fair as well! 4th time at a Biscuit Love, but first at this location! We arrived around 9:30am on a Saturday and found easy street parking nearby. The wait wasn't bad at all (though when we left around 10:15am, the line was already out the door). Berry Farms has such a quaint, Hallmarky vibe. I started with their PSL (batch-made with whole milk, so no alternative options). It was richly flavored, and while sweeter than I usually prefer, I lovely fall treat for a weekend brunch! We both ordered the East Nasty with over-medium eggs. The chicken was flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the biscuits were flaky and decent; however, the dish could really use more gravy. The portion was small enough that the biscuits felt dry. I'd also wish I had skipped the unmelted square of American cheese on top next time. Once you order, you're assigned seating, and there's no table service beyond food delivery. There's a self-serve water station, and when I asked for more gravy, the staff kindly gave me a small cup (though it felt a bit awkward to walk up and be in the way of the kitchen/dining walkway). All in all, Berry Farms Biscuit Love has the same signature charm and solid food as other locations, I'd love to see more attentive service and flexibility with seating. read more

Two visits here, two happy patrons, both times! We wanted to go light so we ordered the omelet. It was deliciously light and it came with potatoes. What more could a non morning person nursing a slight hangover want. Conveniently located to our hotel, we found Biscuit Love the perfect spot to slip into for a quick bite. It's bright sunny atmosphere is inviting, even though we had to wear sunglasses to dampen the rays..... referencing the previous paragraph, lol. Our omelets were perfectly prepared and just the right amount to settle on unsettled stomachs. The crunchy smashed potatoes rounded out the meal. Especially when they were sprinkled with the tangy, not-so hot sauce. That stuff is good, and you can buy a bottle of it while there. Didn't try the biscuits, but I saw many a plate of them being enjoyed. Get the fresh squeezed orange juice. It was refreshing, and sat well. Quick Tip: If you sleep past 9am, and housekeeping is knocking on your door, then you've missed the hotel breakfast. Biscuit Love will come to your rescue. After indulging, indulge some more, by going to Cookie Fix right next door. It opens at 10am.... believe me, we had no issue with their opening time. A biscuit with two tenders (don't get me started on how they switched to tenders from thighs) and some gravy is $13.50 and you have to order a small side of gravy for $4.00 or eat the bottom biscuit dry. A few years back I went to another location and it was okay. Stopped in at this location and much better. The place itself was nicely decorated and they had outdoor and indoor seating. If you sit indoors they assigned us a seat. They also have counter seating. Coffee is good! We had a drip and the iced and both were great - bold coffee. Their staff stopped by to offer refills. We had their B-Roll and that was delicious - like a cinnamon roll met a biscuit. S.E.C Biscuit was great - fluffy egg, good cheese and delicious sausage patty! Plus gravy was good - not greasy. Biscuits are all different in the south. There are dense, fluffy, flakey, square, round, etc. Their biscuit is light and flakey and a square. It was delicious but reminded me more of a biscuit meets croissant. Ask for the hot sauce - never had Zab's and it was delicious. All in all: Good food, service and atmosphere. I was so excited about trying this place out. When we travel I always consult YELP and this had high marks. I have to say it's just okay. The restaurant itself is unique, being that it's in a house. Tables are adequate. When we ordered at the "window counter" the young man was pleasant and even helped me order an off menu item I saw on YELP. But after that, that's kinda where well start to fall short. You seat yourself at the table number you're given. You have to get your own water and if you ordered coffee you have another station to pick it up at. They do at least bring you your food but it's average. Not bad but certainly no wow factor. It's fast foodish with sit down restaurant prices. My food was at least better than my husband's shrimp and grits. He was very underwhelmed with his choice. So, I guess Im saying if you want the experience, have at it. But I won't be whooping up the recommendation anytime soon. read more

I've dined at the Downtown Franklin location several times, and I've taken out-of-town friends there, too. It's a tasty representation of this area's charm. BUT- there was always a considerable line & parking is tricky. The Berry Farms location is perfection! Plenty of parking, much better flow for handing crowds, & a hardworking waitstaff. When you go, you must try : the biscuits (buttery, flaky, yes) the GRITS (what the heck? WHY are they so good?! The service from ordering at the counter, receiving our food and being wished a wonderful day on our way out were all great. We ordered a number of items from the traditional breakfast, to the burrito and bowl, an or course the bonuts. The food came in a very timely manner, was presented well and was delicious. I always get antsy when I feel like I need to find an empty table or compete with others waiting for tables, but this isn't the case here. When you order they assign you to a table as opposed to you having to find one on your own. All and all, I will definitely be visiting again. read more

This location is so new, it still SMELLS new! Open only 3 days, we were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. The floral wallpaper & pink tile are adorable and there is ample seating in the dining area & outdoor patio. The music is at just the right volume & the entire dining area has an open, airy feel to it. After being tempted by everything on the menu, we decided on the S.E.C. (biscuit with sausage, cheddar & scrambled egg) with a side of their super flavorful sausage gravy, and the Southern Benny (biscuit, over-easy eggs & shaved country ham). Since this location does not yet have its liquor license (but will soon!), we chose the highly recommended (and much enjoyed) brown sugar lemonade & unsweet iced tea. This is by far the best of the breakfast chains that have popped up in recent years. I generally maintain a keto lifestyle so this is never going to be a regular spot for me but my wife loves it so I'll go for an occasional carb day and she visits pretty often when i'm traveling. This was my second visit and everything i've tasted has been delicious. As some have mentioned, it's pricy but that's not stopping the lines from forming down the sidewalk. We went at about 9AM on a Sunday and there were only a few people in front of us. By the time we finished the line was down the sidewalk. So that's kinda hit or miss. The staff could not be nicer and we were checked on multiple times to see if we needed anything. Did I mention that the food is delicious? I had the omelet and it is filled with a very tasty Fromage Frais. And no, i'm not being snooty, that's what the menu says and I don't know what else to call it. LOL. But it's good. Bit of diced bacon and mushrooms on top rounds it out. The biscuits and cinnamon rolls (called b-roll) are also very good. The system of taking the order as you enter and giving you a number that matches a table is probably a pretty efficient way of handling the crowds. Your order gets taken quickly and by the time you're seated your drinks are arriving followed shortly by your food. Much faster than if you waited for a table then waited for someone to take and bring your drink order then waited for them to take and enter your food order then wait for your check then wait for your payment to be run. You get the idea. I think it's a system that works really well and cuts out a good bit of the time waiting for and at the table. Different than what we are used to at most restaurants but it works. I'm really happy that we have them in the area for when I want to have a special breakfast with my sweetie and for when she wants to pop in for a biscuit or b-roll and coffee when i'm gone. read more
