Not only did he do a phenomenal job, but he was also personable, professional, and made us feel comfortable from the moment he arrived. In a time when great customer service seems harder to find, Cody reminded us that there are still people who truly value hard work, integrity, and treating customers the right way. He is a tremendous asset to your team and represents your company exceptionally well. We recently paused our membership due to a family member's illness, but after the experience we had with Cody today, we'll absolutely be reaching out in the near future to reactivate it. Employees like him are exactly why customers stay loyal. Please pass along our sincere thanks and appreciation to Cody. He made a lasting impression, and we're grateful for the outstanding service

First off I want to give credit that the two technicians that came into my home were very polite…read moreand professional when they were speaking to me. The customer care/routing managers I spoke with over the phone all very polite. However I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I was quoted $300 to clean two area rugs. I had a giftcard that covered the amount. The technician that came into my home took maybe 10 minutes to clean both rugs and complimented on how clean they already were. He left and that evening my dining area rug had brown dirt spots running down about 1/4 of the rug. My rug was cleaner and white BEFORE he got there. The next day the company called and asked how my service went I explained that my white rug is now brown and they quickly wanted to make it right. I sent them pics and they got me in the schedule the next day. Great right?! I was impressed. My appt was scheduled the next day between 10 and 12. By 11:45am I called and they informed me the tech was finished and on their way. 30 minutes later I called again and they informed me now that he was "finishing up in Chandler and is on his way." I'm like you said he was on his way 30 min ago so is he or is he not? They put me through to the routing manager and he said he's on his way. I asked did you speak to them because no one has called or texted that they are on the way. You said 30 min ago he was finished and on his way but now it's "he's finishing up in Chandler?" I'm in east Gilbert. He said I'll call him now and get an ETA. Great thank you. Gets back on the phone and now he's coming from Mesa? Like what the heck?! You said he was in Chandler and now it's Mesa? Routing manager says my appt is being bounced around different techs. I have never heard of that? It's almost like if I hadn't called no one was going to show up because literally no one showed up until I called twice. It's now 12:45pm. Tech shows up-again super nice young man. Spent maybe 8-10 minutes on the rug focused on one specific area. That area is clean now and white again but he neglected the other 1/2 of that strip that was still brown. Ugh. I will never use this company again. And I'd encourage anyone thinking about using them to run! They will ruin your carpets and leave jobs 1/2 finished with brown dirt splotches all over. If I'm gifted a gift card again it's going in the trash.

After they left, this bugged me for days, so I emailed them and asked them why they didn't vacuum first; their reply was not satisfying for me as the dirt was deep and tenant had hair after over a year in my place: "The only Time we vacuum beforehand is if there's a lot of visible debris in the carpet." Hi Cade, I gave you another star for calling me and updating your policy to let your customers know that you don't vacuum if you feel it doesn't need it, but it's nice to know that customers will be aware of this in the future.

I made an appointment and he called before he came and he was right on time. I didn't have a lot of hope for them because my carpets and chairs were very dirty and being 8 years old had some ware on them. To my amazement they looked almost new. I could not believe what an amazing job he did. I had him take the rugs out on my driveway, it was much easier and they dried in less than an hr. ( it was around 110 degrees out which of course made a difference in drying time. ) He took his time was polite and professional. I picked him because he had no bad reviews. How many companies can say that. If you are looking for a good carpet and upholstery cleaner I highly recommend him. He will not disappoint. I will be telling everyone I know what an amazing job he did. Thank you Robert.

Found this fantastic business on Yelp and decided to give them a try. The rep reached out, got my info, and set up the appointment. I was even able to send them a list of things I'd like to include for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised when told this is possible. Their rep provided updates every step of the way, making this a stress-free and VERY simple process. We have a big house so I know it'll take time to get everything done correctly. When the cleaners realize they couldn't finish it within the initial quoted time frame, the rep called and ask if it's okay to extend the cleaning time. This is true customer service and an honest business practice! I have now found my favorite house-cleaning provider and will setup reoccurring services with them to keep my house clean. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommending this company and their services!
