On top of that, one of the cleaners sat in the car for another 30 minutes before coming inside to help. While the general clean was thorough, I was told during booking that appliances would be cleaned. In reality, only the outside surfaces were wiped down, and the washer and dryer weren't touched at all. I also reached out by phone and email before paying to clarify the scope of work, but I haven't received any response. The lack of communication is disappointing and makes it hard to feel confident about paying for services that weren't fully delivered. Overall, the clean itself was good, but the delays, miscommunication, and missed details mean I likely won't use them again.

I have super high vaulted cielings with fans in almost every room and multiple air vents around. They cleaned all my vents and fans and also scrubbed down my plant shelves. I haven't had a chance to get a ladder myself so I've been a bit limited on what I am able to do myself right now.
