No one ever called me back. I had to follow up myself just to confirm whether they even accepted my insurance. They told me they would call back to schedule an evaluation, but that never happened either. The whole process felt like pulling teeth just to be seen. If you need timely care, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

After he got evaluated, the score was little below where he is still recommended to attend speech therapy for 6 months. We were able to get this location with great reviews. I was nervous since never been here and not sure what to expect. They were able to answer any questions we had such as how long is the session, can we sit in every session, how would I able to access the invoices to get refunded through HSA, and etc. Our son was assigned with Ms. Katlyn. Thankfully, he was comfortable around her and was easy to engage with her since I was worried how he would be due to not enough play dates. Ms. Katelyn is very helpful and able to answer any questions we may have. Also, she continue to guide us on what to model with him for each week. I'm glad they let me take pictures or videos of him during the session cause it allows me to see what improvements or what they do to help me remember what I need to do at home as well as share it with my husband since he has to work. It makes me feel comfortable knowing they allow that because if you don't it makes me think what are you trying to hide and who knows what you are doing IF I can't be in that session. My child's safety is a priority. Thankfully, I am or a relative able and will be in every session. There was a day that we were late by like 5 mins and I called the office to let them know, but they were understanding and even told me I had 15 mins to get here even if it's after the start time. I didn't want to miss the session because there could be a penalty fee or if you have too many miss session then they would have to cancel the whole therapy session and refer me back to my doctor. After being here for 4 months so far, we are seeing a drastic improvement with him. He is saying more words and doing well with his one step direction. I'm glad this was able to help him. The staff here are friendly and helpful on our every visit. There are plenty of parking spaces. I highly recommend this place.

Their therapist Ms. Jocelyn recommended me to look for another therapist. I asked her do they teach kids to pronounce flapped "R" sound. I'm Russian and Arabic speaker and we pronounce that sound in a slightly different way. She definitely understood what do I mean because she asked me is it the same way as Spanish "R"? I said yes, it's similar. Then she added I recommend you to switch to another therapist because I'm an English speaker. (And Spanish too, by the way) Later on I started to receive my EOB and it was showing that I overpay each session. I spoke to them about it and instead of refund they told me my sons score too high to be covered by insurance. They stopped submitting claims and try to cancel previous ones. If you look for a speech therapy please avoid that place!

It took them 3 months to confirm our insurance and still got it wrong. They over charged us and won't refund, they want to keep the money until we cancel their service. I think they said that they need to keep their cash flow good. Their excuses was saying that it normally takes looong time for insurance company to get back to them. I'm not sure, our OT and PT company was able to get correct info in a week. Also, when we overpaid OT and PT, they refunded us immediately. 2, when we change our insurance, they are not able to confirm with the insurance company about our plan. We waited for 3 weeks and We couldn't take the classes while they are confirming. At the end, it was us calling the insurance company and get them on the call at the same time so that they can get it straight out. Not professional. We are taking OT and PT with another organization and they are able to confirm our insurance on the next day and no need to cancel any classes. 3, they told us they only provide 30 mins/ session for PPO, my OT and PT are providing 45mins/session. So I asked them why. Amanda told me that it's their company rule that they only provide 30 mins because they need to make money blablabla. She told me that every company is different and there are other companies that are providing 45 mins/session for my insurance. I appreciate that she told me this so that I can go somewhere else for better service! Overall, we are unhappy with their service. If you are living in the area, I recommend you to check out Jump and Shout. Jump and Shout provides ST, OT and PT. They have two locations - chino and Brea. They are better team and more professional! They have great therapist as well! We are already taking OT and PT with them, we'll switch ST to them as well!
