We love and appreciate Whole Child Therapy! We had a hard time finding a place that took both insurances we have one being a PPO and the other IEHP thankfully they take both! We called and spoke to Sophie and a couple other girls explained my situation about having to switch facilities and they helped me get into a therapist at the Rancho Cucamonga clinic. Ms Carmen! My son loves coming to therapy here. We see Mrs. Jenna for speech and my son really loves her way of teaching I love how she keeps him engaged while learning. We also see Mrs. Mirella for OT and she's awesome the way she integrates every goal into the whole session. He's always wanting a longer session because he enjoys her so much. Then we see Mrs Claudia for speech and she's always giving me print outs so I can also work with my son at home on the goals she's working on as well. My son has been receiving speech therapy here for about a year, and his speech has improved significantly - he was initially delayed and barely spoke any words and is now speaking in full sentences. We started with Ms. Erika and then switched to Ms. Laura, and both are wonderful. My son looks forward to his sessions every week. He is a little shy and can take some time to open up with new people, but their gentle and kind approach won him over. When I asked to have them fill out FMLA paperwork they denied my request. They stated that it was the pediatrician responsibility to complete those forms. I don't understand why when the pediatrician only handle the referral not the services. My son was seen here for a whole year and now because they discovered he has a primary insurance he is no longer able to come since we are out of network. Wasted my time and now I have to pay pack for all his sessions since his secondary insurance is now asking for a refund. Thanks a lot. His referral was made with his secondary insurance. That's was his only insurance at that time. Also his sessions always ended early. They weren't always an hour long. read more

Gavin has two amazing therapists here. Miss Iliana and Ms. Bri. They are so kind, give me great tips for him, and answer all the questions I have. They really hone into his interest and have the ability to have him engaged and so excited during his sessions. I've seen so much improvement with his attention, regulation, and communication and I'm so grateful for these two therapists. We've been coming for almost 2 years now and have seen primarily Miss Sophia and now Miss Carlie! Both have beyond great in working with our son Cruz regarding his speech delays. They are always so patient and kind yet firm when it comes to keeping him on task to learn techniques to help him with his pronunciation. They love what they do and it shows because our son loves them both. Miss Sophia treated our son for the first year and half and then we had to switch because of his school schedule. But during that year he made such progress in the "backing" of pronouncing words and using the let's S and R. Miss Carlie has taken over his care and she is just as awesome. She is great on keeping him on task and getting him focused. She even introduced a Chewy which has helped him focus during his school day according to his teacher as well. We can't recommend this Claremont facility enough. They are always going to be our preferred location because everyone is always so kind and patient. My son has improved tremendously and I don't think that would have been possible without his WONDERFUL therapist. He sees Miss Jackie for speech now. She is patient, compassionate, understanding, caring, gentle and loving. She has all the characteristics a child with disabilities needs. No matter what mood my son is in when he comes to his therapy she always manages to bring out the best of him. Before getting into this review, let me start by mentioning that I am a special ed teacher. Prior to becoming a teacher I worked for a company that provided ABA services to nonverbal kiddos with autism. I mention this because I have worked with and collaborated with many speech therapists, PT's and OT's. My son is now 3 years old and has been coming here for about 6 months due to his speech delay. I have Kaiser and this was one of the places that was offered. My son has been working with the Speech therapist Ms. Holly and loves her..I love her! She is knowledgeable and great at her job. She comes up with different activities to teach him verbs, prepositions and the various goals that he has. He has learned so much in the short time that he has been there. Their front office staff is awesome too!! They are friendly and always call and text if rescheduling is needed or if there are any other issues with billing, etc. They send out a text the day before as a reminder of the appt. This place is AWESOME!!!! **BONUS: They have been very good in making me feel comfortable with COVID going on. We are asked that the kids wash their hands before entering, they ask a few questions about fever or symptoms and they take my sons temperature. After the appt they take my son to wash his hands before coming back to me. They ask parents to wear a mask and therapists wear mask along with a clear barrier between them and my son. read more
