I would give negative stars if I could. Don't come here if you're disabled. My son and his service dog were denied access by the office manager. I believe her name is Kathy. My son could not have his physical therapy evaluation because she would not allow his service animal to come in with him which is completely illegal. My son's service dog detects seizures for him. She's a tiny little service dog who is super quiet and makes no noise whatsoever. She was in her service animal vest. They said that the owner of the building will not allow 'pets'. They could see her service vest and I explained It's completely illegal for them to deny her, as she must accompany him. Office manager just kept saying it was against their rules. THIS IS ILLEGAL! DO NOT COME HERE AS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU! read more

This place is pretty good. I have had PT a lot in my life and Anne was really attentive and gave good treatment. The PT assistants (I can't remember their names) were not very good and didn't seem knowledgeable. When I let them know that I couldn't do what they were asking they dismissed it and continued to try to get me to do things I couldn't. It was apparent that I was just a folder to them, not a patient. Be an advocate for yourself and ask for Anne. read more

My mother in law TRIED to get her therapy done there. She went there TWICE with appointment and they didn't see her. The first instance was they didn't put her therapy in their system but they gave her the card for reminder. They tried to say they told her 10/3 and not 9/26 (her card had the 26th on it). She left and said fine. WENT TODAY 10/3 and they told her they "called" her on Sunday 10/2 (the facility is closed) telling her that her therapy was cancelled because the doctor wouldn't be in today. Now giving them the benefit of the doubt they could've called her on Saturday but she had no missed calls/texts. Don't even go to this place even if it's close to you. Absolutely love this place and the friendly staff. Been coming here for quite a while for a knee surgery I had and am always greeted with a smile. The entire staff is absolutely awesome and love the rockin tunes always playing especially the Disney ones. I'd like to point out one exceptional employee who always goes above and beyond at the front desk her name is Billie. Billie always brightens my day with her radiating smile, sence of humor, and not to mention she is really hot. Very unhappy with this facility. I have been waiting for this appointment a few weeks I finally schedule my appointment, 2 days before they call me leaving a message to return the call and I return the call and at that time they couldn't tell me they were going to cancel my appointment but instead ask me for my email to send me paperwork which I never received and today when I showed up to my appointment they said oh your appointment was cancelled and they send me an email cancelling it, this is nonsense and not happy with this. Sending an email to cancel an appointment is not professional even worst to assume the client got email of an appointment cancellation. Hopefully they work better communicating with their clients and not assume anything. read more

Daughter got injured at school and needed PT. Brian and Jose are wonderful and make her feel at ease every time. They are very respectful and kind. They each have great personalities and make coming to Physical Therapy fun for her. They are always cheerful and find something to talk about She enjoys her therapy sessions. The front office personnel, Bobbie and Raylene, are great individuals too. They both have patience when I have to cancel, reschedule, or make future appointments. Due to falling and hurting myself on the campus I work at, I was sent to Able Physical Therapy for OT. I have been to 5 sessions now. My physical therapist John and his aide Raylene are very attentive and work in a timely manner, they are also very cheerful. All the staff are very friendly and upbeat. The front office are so rude and unprofessional. When I came into the office, some heavy girl in the front told me that my wife cannot come into the session with me and then I just left. They are always so busy and taking phone calls and everyone is running around and does not have time to even chat with us. Management needs to get better because this was a joke. read more

Not happy at all with their appointment department services, as they keep postponing my treatments for a major hand injury, my surgeon ordered aggressive treatment in order to restore movement to my fingers.
