Sadly, I got no help from Henry and was left highly disappointed and upset with my experience. The first time I saw Henry, he attempted to misdiagnose me with fibromyalgia when I clarified I had already been to see licensed medical professionals and was in the process of being tested, and no one had diagnosed me with it. It made me uncomfortable that he disregarded this information and jumped to this conclusion so quickly and arrogantly. He minimized my pain by making one of the most unprofessional comments I have ever heard, by insinuating that I could not actually be in a lot pain because I had never done sports. According to him, only people who have done sports in their life and gotten injured truly know pain. Why should I have to prove to you Henry that I feel pain? What about people with various other illnesses? Are they not allowed to feel pain because they haven't done sports? I came to you to help manage my pain, not to be medically gaslit. Henry continued to make various unprofessional comments during this appointment, not only asking me if I planned to have children, but more specifically HOW I planned to have children. Excuse me? Do you think it is appropriate to ask women about their fertility issues while they are trying to get a massage from you Henry? Because of his inappropriate comments, I stayed mostly quiet throughout this appointment because of how highly uncomfortable I was made to feel. I gave this man the benefit of the doubt by going to him a second time because I was DESPERATE for a good massage therapist. I regretted that decision very quickly. During my second appt Henry refused to continue to provide his services to me because I was honest on how his method of PEMF had caused me pain. Also, not once did I receive a proper massage, because my time was wasted with random breathing exercises or the PEMF. His reasonings for not wanting to help me were that he did not think his methods would help my nerve pain, but this was clearly bs. Again I paid for a MASSAGE, not what you were trying to sell me. If this is the type of treatment you are forcing onto your clients, that should be made clear on your website so nobody wastes their time like I did. If you choose you don't like one of his treatment methods, he will not only REFUSE to accommodate you, he will also "fire" you as a client. Also, by the way Henry, have you ever heard of INFORMED CONSENT ? I had specifically communicated to you at the beginning of my second session that I wanted to know what to expect during this appointment, but was blatantly ignored. I was not given any information about this PEMF technique prior to him using it on me. He only explained what this PEMF was AFTER he had begun using it on me. His disregard for my consent not only made me very uncomfortable, but resulted in my back pain worsening. I could go on and on about the complete lack of respect Henry had with me, including a complete lack of bedside manners and unprofessionalism. I was never once rude to Henry or unprofessional with him to merit this type of treatment. I sincerely hope Henry that you become more self aware to the things you say to your clients who are in a vulnerable state and are coming to see you for help, NOT to be gaslit, mistreated, and disrespected, like you were with me.

My primary gave me a neurologist referral along with migraine meds, gabapentin, and pain meds Nothing helped and my neuro appointment was a month away. I was so overwhelmed I was willing to try anything. I called Dr. Tony and made an appointment. I was seen right away. He took x-rays before we proceeded and knew exactly where to start. He took me off all meds and gave me some stretches to do, along with an office visit 2x a week for 3 weeks. ALL OF THE PAIN AND NEUROPATHY WENT AWAY. I am so grateful, it was such a traumatic experience not knowing what was wrong for so long. Dr. Tony and everyone at Euclid Chiropractor are AMAZING 10 OUT 10 RECOMMEND.

When I went to Covina Hills Sports Medicine, I expected the same experience I have had at other therapy centers. Unfortunately, in most places, the therapist evaluates you, performs some manipulation during the first visit (and maybe the second), and then leaves you in the hands of assistants or students for the remainder of the treatment. That was not the case here. From the very first day, Dr. Wigboldy conducted an extremely thorough evaluation. She took the time to understand my condition in detail, performed the necessary treatment, and clearly explained both the cause of my problem and the plan to resolve it. At the time, my condition was quite severe--my shoulder pain was intense enough to wake me up several times during the night. After nearly two months of treatment, I am very pleased to say that the pain is completely gone. The entire staff is highly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They make you feel welcome and confident that you are in capable hands. Kim and Keyla, in particular, stand out for their dedication and the quality of care they provide. I can only assume they have been trained by Dr. Wigboldy, as they reflect the same level of kindness and professionalism. This is a place where you receive consistent, hands-on care from experienced professionals who truly care about your recovery. I highly recommend Covina Hills Sports Medicine to anyone seeking effective and attentive physical therapy.

The level of professionalism, compassion, and patient care that I appreciated was completely lacking. The staff seemed indifferent, and I did not feel valued as a patient. In addition, the front office was rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately, I am not the only one who feels this way. Several friends of mine who were also long-time patients stopped going to Covina Sports Medicine for the same reason. It is very disappointing to see such a decline in the quality of service at a facility I once trusted and recommend to others.

After…read morea decade-plus slog through the labyrinth of Kaiser, where I was just another chart in a sea of bureaucracy, stumbling into his practice felt like discovering a tiny, unassuming bistro that somehow serves the best damn meal you've ever had. Dr. Majithia is young, sure, but don't let that fool you. The man's got the sharp, methodical mind of a seasoned diagnostician. The kind who actually listens, connects dots, and doesn't just throw pills at the wall to see what sticks. In a handful of visits, he pinpointed what Kaiser's assembly line had missed for years. No fanfare, no ego. Just quiet, relentless competence. His office? Cozy. Not the chrome-and-glass corporate monotony of the big chains, but a place where you're greeted by the two women who run the front desk like a well-oiled, welcoming machine. They remember your name, crack a joke to ease the wait, and actually cares whether you're comfortable. It's the kind of small-team efficiency that makes you realize most medical offices are run like DMVs by comparison. Yeah, the wait's a tad longer these days, but only because they're overhauling the system to actually keep track of you properly. And honestly? With those two handling the front lines, even the downtime feels less like purgatory and more like killing time at a friend's kitchen table. What seals the deal? Dr. Majithia treats you like a person. Not a symptom, not a co-pay, but a human being. Asks about your life, your job, your stress, the stuff that actually matters to your health. And his team? Same vibe. In a world where medicine feels increasingly like a vending machine, this whole crew is a handcrafted, slow-cooked antidote. If you're tired of being a number, walk in. Wait the extra ten minutes. Let them actually do their jobs. You'll leave wondering why in the world you didn't bail on corporate healthcare sooner. Final verdict: Michelin-star care in a fast-food world, with a front-of-house staff that actually puts the Care back in healthcare. (P.S. Verified his creds--board-certified in family med, trained at legit hospitals. No smoke, no mirrors. Just a damn good doctor and a team that backs him up.)
