Karen helped me get Chloe acclimated as she was leash reactive wanting to greet every dog we see on walks. It was important to me that Chloe was trained through a positive reinforcement approach and Karen's methods are aligned with my preference. She also taught me how to handle all her triggers, how to emergency u-turn, and suggested a type of no pull harness that was a game changer. I stayed consistent with her methods and Chloe learned very quickly. She now walks relaxed on a loose leash next to me and can learn to let go when seeing other dogs. After a year, Chloe started barking furiously nonstop in her car seat. Karen helped suggest a new car set up that instantly removed Chloe's anxiety. She now rides quietly in the backseat laying down. I also really appreciate Karen's detailed notes, links to suggested products, and next steps outlined each time after a training session. I still continue to use Karen as needed but training on different areas to help Chloe continue to thrive. We are so grateful for Karen's guidance and she is always so kind and patient with Chloe during the training sessions. The next problem was with scheduling, a host of unconfirmed dates and periods of no contact at all, just left out to dry. Next up is billing. In one instance i reciewed 3 (three) emails the same day for a past due and I would attempt to pay it online and the site would not accept the payment. I call a billing phone number and am told we don't handle that office, you need to call that location instead and I call and am told the online billing site is experiencing some problems but, let me check with billing and she comes back and says you have a zero balance. Lastly and the final straw for me is I get a bill in the mail for a "follow up" visit the same day I get a text to schedule the follow up visit. I again attempt to pay the amount online and it again does not accept my payment. I just got off the phone with them about scheduling the "follow up" appointment and explain the bill in the mail and text to schedule and am told again online billing is having problems (the last time I was told this was 6 weeks ago) so again she checks my account and she tells me I have a zero balance. Don't waste your time with this company, save yourself the frustration!

Also, I've paid all my bills but randomly they will send me bills saying I still owe money. I just received another bill in September for something I paid in June. They always say it's a mistake but will continue to send me random bills. I'm sure lots of people just pay without doing the research.
