Was the worse experience ever, I have call in the DG Therapy and want to cancel my kid appointment…read morebecause the school notify me that my kid is not feeling good and must send to nurse office 20 minutes before the school end. The receptionist on the phone keeps telling me to pay for $30 for cancellation fee even though I have call in. I keep telling the receptionist I will check on my kid if she okay I will continue to bring her to the class. In the case, if she is feeling sick or having a fever, I would not bring her to the OT section and ending the phone conversation. After I got home, my kid not even have fever, and I decided to take my kids to the OT therapy section. It's took me 40-45 minutes to drive there on one way due to the traffic time and not includes I take a few hours off from my work to make it there. It's ending up the supervisor's name Evelyn turn my kids away due to her own assuming/prediction of the sickness. Evelyn is very rude, unprofessional, incompetence and she also has a bad attitudes manner would like to criticism for everyone. She could assuming and prediction everything due to her bad mode. The worst case is the DG therapy didn't care of the kids they are care of the benefit for their business and the money that they are charge for the fees of any reason. Not even that, the DG therapy keep changing the new teachers for my kids seen I have been there for 7 seven months ago.

Very unprofessional. Our therapist got transferred out and it's been almost 3 months since they…read moretold us to wait for a replacement. Also called two days before an appointment about being sick and waiting to get tested for covid and they called me the day of the appointment reminding me to come in. They said that my call two days prior telling them we would not be there was not in their system. There seems to always something wrong when you talk to them and the people in the office are very rude and always have bad attitudes.

It saddens me deeply to write this review, but as a mother to a child with speech delays, I do need…read moreto share this with other parents. I am certain I am not the only one experiencing this situation. Channel to Words has provided speech therapist for my son for over a year and in this time frame they have gone through some unfortunate changes. I have nothing but appreciation and admiration for the therapists who unfortunately have quit because the director is self absorbed and incredibly unprofessional, I realized this as different therapists started to quit and new therapists had to take the load with little to no training. The ones affected are our kids. My son has been switched between therapists because no one wants to work at this company I don't blame them. For the last 3 months we were working once a week with one therapist -Liz, who is awesome and once with a different therapists (a very new therapist) I saw my son was not benefiting from the therapy provided by their newest therapists, I tried for months even brought my own toys and pretty much did the therapy myself, when I finally decided to ask for help, I asked if I could be switch to a different therapist, their response was, that all they could do is cut my son's therapy to once a week or go back to Kaiser and ask to work with them directly. Their response completely surprised me, I was kind, I was patient and I simply ask for help and instead of finding different ways to accommodate, they just cut my son's therapy. I then asked to speak to the director I explained unfortunately it wasn't a good fit but I was happy with the other therapist as we were doing great progress, she took this personal and said my son would better benefit somewhere else and that she only had two minutes to speak so for me to say what I had to say fast. I told her it wasn't personal and I was okay with being places in the waiting list so that eventually my son was seeing Liz twice a week and she insisted my son would benefit elsewhere, when I took him for therapy today the director brings me to her office and insists i have my son go somewhere else... I. Could go in detail about the whole conversation long story short is she is incredible self serving, she said she knew for over a year my son was not benefiting from the therapy there and when I asked her why didn't she said that before? Why say this now just because I asked to be switch therapists, she immediately got it and said " I am not comfortable with this conversation" so I had to get up and leave immediately, this is a person who should not be working with children, and who doesn't deserve to have worked with such great therapists, that to leave because she is not someone you can reason with. My one star goes to the director Keisha Martinez, you do not deserve the privilege to work with kids nor with the wonderful therapists you pushed to go elsewhere with better management and where they truly care about their work

My son just graduated out of speech and we are over the moon…read more As I'm writing this, I'm reflecting on the mind blowing progress my son has made in just 3 years with the incredible help of Mrs. Teresa. When we first started here, my son was speech delayed and no one understood the few words he did say. Mrs. Teresa was able to target his problem areas and gave my son the tools he needed to communicate clearly and effectively. Mrs. Teresa is kind, gentle, patient, stern when needed, and truly invested in my son's growth and progress. They worked hard together during sessions, and she always rewarded my son with play time at the end which he appreciated. She always pushed and challenged him -- every session the improvement was undeniable. My son is a better speaker, a more confident communicator, and is able to focus and apply himself so much more now. I have a daughter at a different clinic who has now seen several different therapists, and I truly don't think with them all combined they could do what Mrs. Teresa does. She is an expert in the field and my son and I were truly blessed to work with her! Shout out to Miss Rosa who runs a tight ship! She truly keeps everything running smoothly, handles everything from scheduling to billing to whatever else falls on her lap, and she always does it with a welcoming and warm smile. She's the first and last face we see -- the face of the company. It's bitter sweet to say goodbye. Thank you sooooo much to Mrs. Teresa & Miss Rosa for being a part of our lives for the past 3 years.

My daughter, Winter, has graduated from Brittany's myofunctional therapy program and we are so…read moregrateful we were referred to Brittany! Winter can be a bit reserved at first but Brittany helped her feel comfortable extremely quickly and built a great relationship with her. Winter was excited to see and engage with Britany, which was very helpful in getting her through the intensive program. We started myo because of Winter's severe teeth grinding, and within 5 days of starting the mouth exercises, Winter stopped grinding! We couldn't believe it but she truly stopped within that first week. We continued the program as we wanted to ensure the grinding didn't start back up and also wanted Winter to have the ideal oral resting posture in the long term. Towards the end of the program, Winter became a silent sleeper - mouth completely closed and quiet as a mouse, couldn't hear her breathe at all. She wakes up well rested and ready to go from having great sleep. Brittany was so great with Winter, firm enough to get Winter through the exercises properly but also warm and friendly so that Winter looked forward to meeting with her. Her professionalism and productivity impressed us and we couldn't recommend her more!
