He's patient and knows how to engage with little ones. She's gotten more verbal and actually enjoys therapy. She asks to go with Denny at least once a day. And that's coming from a little girl who used to close her eyes of shyness in unfamiliar settings and around new faces. So that speaks volumes. If you're looking for a speech therapist who actually enjoys what they do, look no further. I'm so glad we found Denny at My Voice.

Was the worse experience ever, I have call in the DG Therapy and want to cancel my kid appointment…read morebecause the school notify me that my kid is not feeling good and must send to nurse office 20 minutes before the school end. The receptionist on the phone keeps telling me to pay for $30 for cancellation fee even though I have call in. I keep telling the receptionist I will check on my kid if she okay I will continue to bring her to the class. In the case, if she is feeling sick or having a fever, I would not bring her to the OT section and ending the phone conversation. After I got home, my kid not even have fever, and I decided to take my kids to the OT therapy section. It's took me 40-45 minutes to drive there on one way due to the traffic time and not includes I take a few hours off from my work to make it there. It's ending up the supervisor's name Evelyn turn my kids away due to her own assuming/prediction of the sickness. Evelyn is very rude, unprofessional, incompetence and she also has a bad attitudes manner would like to criticism for everyone. She could assuming and prediction everything due to her bad mode. The worst case is the DG therapy didn't care of the kids they are care of the benefit for their business and the money that they are charge for the fees of any reason. Not even that, the DG therapy keep changing the new teachers for my kids seen I have been there for 7 seven months ago.

They said that my call two days prior telling them we would not be there was not in their system. There seems to always something wrong when you talk to them and the people in the office are very rude and always have bad attitudes.

I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a great speech pathologist for their little ones. Long overdue review of Chatterbox. It's been about a year since we left Chatterbox, but I'm very…read morethankful for the services that they provided to my son. When my son was 3 years old, I brought him to Chatterbox since he was no longer developing verbally. In fact, he had regressed badly in preschool, and was largely not verbal there during the day. We later had him diagnosed with autism (ASD), and were able to pursue other services, but at the time, all we had was Chatterbox. After the initial intake with Courtney, he was accepted as a patient, and we got on the schedule pretty quickly. I don't believe it is this available or open normally, so I guess we got lucky. We set goals and we were coming to Chatterbox for 30 minute sessions (really 25 minutes) twice a week. We worked on some basic things, but given the later ASD diagnosis, we did what we could here. The end result was that after almost a year, he was verbal again and we met some of our goals. I didn't mind continuing with Chatterbox, but by that point, my son's needs were greater in other areas, so most of his time afterschool was allocated to behavior therapy instead. All in all, we are very thankful for the services that Chatterbox provided. Eternally grateful for the services delivered by Marina, Denny, Amanda, and Jenn. Also thankful to Priscilla for being great to work with from a scheduling and administrative perspective. Anyone who comes here will know right away that the parking lot is comical. The entrance on Cherry actually features bi-directional traffic, even though it's only wide enough for a single vehicle. If I do manage to get in this way, I'll do a quick pass through the lot, and if no spots, I'll make a right in the alleyway and another right on Reagan St., then another right back onto Katella, where there is usually street parking in front of the dentist.

The…read moreinstructors here suggest that they are teaching skills, but spend the time playing and commenting on how "cute" the children are every 5 minutes without actually assisting in their development. When we asked the instructor about this, she insisted that he was too young to learn and they were unsure why the insurance sent them due to their young age, yet they continued to insist the next appointment would be different (I guess it was a money grab) My son showed no growth during his time here, but incredible growth after deciding to no longer use this company. Also, please make sure you keep your insurance documents handy, as their billing team will change terms in payments without notifying you and then blame someone else (blaming insurance, due to their errors and requesting additional payment. Poor practice being run here.
