We can really see how much effort she puts into every session and how committed she is to helping our daughter improve and reach her goals. Because of our children's back-to-back therapy schedules, we usually prefer in-home therapy whenever possible. Romina only provides in-clinic sessions, so bringing our daughter to the clinic can sometimes be challenging for us. However, we truly value the quality of care Romina provides, so we always try our best to make it work. For us, it is absolutely worth the extra effort because we love the way Romina works with and supports our daughter. We're very grateful to have her as part of our daughter's therapy journey. Which is pretty impressive. If I was asked what one thing would I change I would say that patients, especially PEDS population, should only have 1 therapist working consistently with the kiddo. Every single healthcare provider has a different approach to their craft. The body knows that. Plus it helps the kiddo build trust with their therapist. A thought. I normally don't give negative reviews, but I feel inclined to include one here…read more I'm not particularly sure if this clinic has any experience working with athletes (which I am). I went in for four of my eight approved sessions; I was the only patient wearing stretchy clothes--all other patients wore jeans, and a few even wore sandals. Given that I was an athlete, they treated my physical therapy more like personal training. My exercises were difficult, and when I mentioned that my leg was uncomfortable or showed them how wobbly/unstable my leg was because of the exercise and current weakness from my injury, I was told it was "good", walk it off, and move on to the next exercise. I've been in and out of PT for a while now (different issues, all affecting my legs). Whenever I'd mention an issue, or the PT noticed that I wasn't holding up, they'd switch the exercise/stretch for something that I COULD handle. I also didn't appreciate having to work with three different PTs in one session. Each time, they'd simply read the chart, hand me the equipment I'd need, and then walk away. There was even an instance where I had a question about my form, and no one seemed to know what the "correct" form was. I had to finally cancel service because the last time I was there included a new exercise (again, without proper supervision), which caused me to injure my back. Athletes, or parents of athletes, steer clear of this place. If you want to be back to your full potential, please go to an actual "sports" physical therapy clinic.

Our first visit was a couple months ago for a consultation to receive Docband treatment for my 7 month old son. They will take initial scans of baby's head shape to show you in detail on a screen in your waiting room. They are informative of the process and will answer any questions you have. The next appointment was for a more detailed scan, where they have to place a full face covering of a nylon like material on baby's head to get the most accurate measurements. These are used to create a custom band. My baby was nervous and crying, the staff was so kind and patient while we had to try a few times to get the right photos. The following appointment (2 weeks later), we received the band. They tried it on and made additional small adjustments to get the fit comfortable for baby. They show us how to clean it and the care instructions. I have never left an appointment feeling worried, stressed or with additional questions. During this stressful time, I feel grateful to the staff for being so kind and helpful. The facility is clean and inviting with a small play area for the kiddos. This company is by far the worst I have ever worked with regarding physical therapy. The next problem was with scheduling, a host of unconfirmed dates and periods of no contact at all, just left out to dry. Next up is billing. In one instance i reciewed 3 (three) emails the same day for a past due and I would attempt to pay it online and the site would not accept the payment. I call a billing phone number and am told we don't handle that office, you need to call that location instead and I call and am told the online billing site is experiencing some problems but, let me check with billing and she comes back and says you have a zero balance. Lastly and the final straw for me is I get a bill in the mail for a "follow up" visit the same day I get a text to schedule the follow up visit. I again attempt to pay the amount online and it again does not accept my payment. I just got off the phone with them about scheduling the "follow up" appointment and explain the bill in the mail and text to schedule and am told again online billing is having problems (the last time I was told this was 6 weeks ago) so again she checks my account and she tells me I have a zero balance. Don't waste your time with this company, save yourself the frustration!

I was 5 min early to my second appointment but they did not take me in until 15 min after my scheduled time. My third appointment I arrived on time but they are out to lunch from 1-2 everyday. They over scheduled and had 7 people waiting for two therapists/aides. The main therapists appear to be very knowledgeable and did help with my leg injury. They gave good advice and what appeared to be an accurate diagnosis. Overall I would say it's good care with poor logistics.

I originally found Linda on Yelp and was looking to get a lactation consultant asap as I had just…read moregotten home from the hospital and my newborn was having trouble latching. Linda was able to come out asap and she very much helped me! We realized he did better on a nipple shield and have been using one the last two weeks. He's been getting stronger and able to breast feed no problem. During our first session, she was able to confirm that my insurance would cover a postpartum Doula. So I get 11 sessions through Kaiser, which has been wonderful! So Linda comes to my house once or twice a week to help me in my recovery and breast-feeding journey. It has been really nice to have the support and the help. She's really been great! We will be working on getting him off the nipple sheilds, hopefully in the next few weeks. But having the help at home has really been great as well as the lactation support. I would definitely recommend calling her and seeing if you were insurance will cover visits from her.
