My son has been coming here for a few months now and he truly enjoys it. He looks forward to seeing his therapists James (speech) and Serena (occupational therapy). His speech has improved so much since he started and we are so grateful for that. He takes OT because he is a picky eater and we noticed that he is slightly more open to trying foods even if it's one lick, definitely an improvement from not even holding certain foods with his hands. My son started with Share when he was a little less than 2 years old, he's now 4.5. In that time his therapist Ms. Brittany has really helped us open up so many levels of communication for him. Her dedication to him is really special. She really took the time to find what works for him. From signing, to pecs, to now his AAC device she never gave up on him . He is even saying a couple of words now . My son really enjoys seeing her and Ms. Abby twice a week for speech. He also is seen by Erick for OT which my son loves attending session with him. He is always so patient when my son needs a little bit more time regulating his system in order to be able to focus on tasks . These therapist really do care about our kids and their goals. My child has been attending Share Speech for speech therapy for about 2 months and he absolutely loves it. He gets very excited every time he has a session. His speech therapist is amazing and follows an approach tailored to his individual needs. After each session the therapist communicates with parents to provide feedback from the session and to provide tools for us parents to take home. We have communicated with other therapists at this location and they all seem very welcoming, polite, and child friendly. So glad to have my son going here for speech therapy. He was on the waitlist for a while but it was worth the wait. Alyssa is his SLP and she has been so involved in his development through the past year. I love that she keeps his growth similar to his IEP and gives me input on other ways to get him to communicate. The biggest benefit with the center is the fact that my son can interact with other children as well through their open concept. We love that he can really interact through play while working with his speech. Definitely recommend. read more

If your looking to come here for speech or occupational therapy, look up other facilities first. I'm sure there are way better ones than this one. There new cancellation policy is ridiculous, they want us to cancel a day before so it won't count against my child attendance. But if the therapist cancels the day off is okay??? Explain that one to me please. Also there new Location is bigger but the waiting are is so small and not enough chairs for amount of children seen at the time. So where are we suppose to sit outside in the hall way?? We can't go to our cars because you guys want us close by. If you want parents to follow your rules and regulations then accommodate!!! One recommendation I do give is Occupational Therapist Yuna. She is Great. If you do end up here. Ask for her. read more

HORRIBLE experience! I have been with share for over a year when we first started at Gardena for her speech and OT sessions. I ended up switching to Norwalk after since it was closer. Also since they stopped doing one on one speech therapy and chose to switch to group speech therapy I felt it wasn't beneficial to continue speech there since I felt my daughter would benefit more from one on one therapy. I'm glad I did the move because she has progressed so much with the new speech clinic I have moved her too. I decided to stay with Share for only her occupational therapy and we moved to the Norwalk location on Imperial which was closer to us. This location however is not the cleanest. I spoke to the office several times about enforcing their sick policy as well because every session I would always see sick kids coughing everywhere. My daughter as a result was always getting sick. She had to miss several sessions as a result which in turn to them eventually kicking her out which I felt was so inconsiderate and selfish of them considering I was always considerate of them when her therapists were either out sick or on vacation for almost a month. I was understanding of it yet when my daughter was throwing up and having to go to urgent care they did not take that into consideration. I even had several doctor's visits as proof. One time she threw up in the car on the way to session and I had to call to cancel since she was covered in vomit and they told me they would count that against her. My daughter is very sensitive to different textures and being dirty so the fact that they still expected me to take her to session knowing she was covered in vomit was inconsiderate. I was also left without a car and had to cancel session because of a car accident and they still didn't care and counted that missed session against us. Lastly they usually call or text when her session is cancelled and the day they discharged her they couldn't even text, call or leave a voicemail like they usually do. I drove there and waited for 10 minutes until someone finally came out to tell me to tell me that someone would call me to discuss what was going on. If they text me & call me to tell me when a therapist can't make it why wouldn't they think it was the right thing to do the same if they were discharging her. To know I was a long term client and they did that to us was extremely selfish and unprofessional. They expected me to do make up sessions over zoom when my daughter was throwing up and at the doctors. She is only 3 as well so she wouldn't have even had the attention span for an hour zoom session. So disappointed in this place and how they decided to handle everything. Very unprofessional. At first I couldn't believe they were doing that to her and wanted to speak to a supervisor because Grace was extremely rude and inconsiderate but then after thinking it over I decided to not pursue it because my daughter doesn't deserve to be in a place like this that has no consideration for her health or wellbeing to just kick her out like that. If I was understanding of them missing sessions because they were sick or on vacation or even them starting her sessions late and trying to end early they could've been understanding of her being sick several times as a result of them not enforcing their sick policy. read more

Their location is pretty clean and the therapist (I've interacted with) are very nice. The front receptionist can be a little rude, but I think it's possibly just the way she delivers. The front space could have seats that are comfier but I guess it makes sense considering the services they offer. The therapists all seem to be nice and al interact with kids well. The one my kid meets with is nice and very communicative. I'm pleased so far and have noticed improvements on my kid. read more

Note: i may or may not change my star rating in the future. so far, the care quality has been good. the 3 star rating goes to the office. i see so much potential in the office despite the overall location. as a business owner myself i take pride in appearances and this office is not the cleanest place. however, i am giving it the benefit of the doubt because ultimately i am there to help my child through therapy and not cleanliness. hopefully this gets the right attention and something can be done to make the office experience better for everyone... the children the parents AND the therapists. read more

I can truly tell that they're passionate about their work and are really trying to make a difference in their patients lives. Amazing!!!! My 2 year son was diagnosed with autism last year. My son began his OT therapy shorty after the diagnose with SHARE. I am extremely grateful for all the staff and all the hard work they for my little one. Everyone there has been beyond kind and gracious. They always take the time to answer all my questions. My daughter has been coming here for quite some time now, i had transferred here from another place. Definitely the best speech and OT place i have ever been! Desiree at the front desk is the best and knows all the clients very well at both Norwalk locations. She is very helpful and has built a relationship with each family that comes here. She is very patient and goes above and beyond for what she does. Brittany is amazing as well, I will never have another Speech therapist so she's stuck with us! She's very passionate and caring and works very hard with my daughter, she constantly communicates to me her progress which is the best I can ask for. You can tell she loves my kid and im sure all the other kiddos she has. Angelica & Yuna are great OT's. Ive had them both and they are very particular & compassionate. Theyve taught my kid so many self care skills & they always communicate as well. Like i said, ive been to a different therapy and different OT spot and nothing compares to the level of service and love they give their clients here. Everyone in share is so friendly. My daughter and I have been meeting with Yuna for about 7months plus and she is great! She understands my daughters good days and bad days and always explains to me what she is trying to achieve by doing what she does.
