(And Spanish too, by the way) Later on I started to receive my EOB and it was showing that I overpay each session. I spoke to them about it and instead of refund they told me my sons score too high to be covered by insurance. They stopped submitting claims and try to cancel previous ones. Also, when we overpaid OT and PT, they refunded us immediately. 2, when we change our insurance, they are not able to confirm with the insurance company about our plan. We waited for 3 weeks and We couldn't take the classes while they are confirming. At the end, it was us calling the insurance company and get them on the call at the same time so that they can get it straight out. Not professional. We are taking OT and PT with another organization and they are able to confirm our insurance on the next day and no need to cancel any classes. 3, they told us they only provide 30 mins/ session for PPO, my OT and PT are providing 45mins/session. So I asked them why. Amanda told me that it's their company rule that they only provide 30 mins because they need to make money blablabla. She told me that every company is different and there are other companies that are providing 45 mins/session for my insurance. I appreciate that she told me this so that I can go somewhere else for better service! Overall, we are unhappy with their service. If you are living in the area, I recommend you to check out Jump and Shout. Jump and Shout provides ST, OT and PT. They have two locations - chino and Brea. We were first time parents during COVID and did not have a village to support us in taking care of our newborn. Fiona referred me to a lactation nurse that was so supportive and provided detailed guidance on breastfeeding. Fiona worked on my son's torticollis and feeding issues in the beginning. As he got older, her therapists worked on his fine and gross motor skills. My son loved playing with Fiona and all the WeeFun therapists and graduated from the Regional Center last month when he turned 3. My son is a very happy, energetic, smart, animated, thriving toddler and we attribute his growth to WeeFun and the love, compassion, patience and care that they gave him. We are very sad that we have to terminate services with our OT, Jessica, over issues with management and billing. This provider is out of network for us so our insurance is billed by the provider and the insurance sends us checks to turn over to the provider. All other out of network providers take the checks from us and that's that...very simple process. Wonderkind refuses and wants us to scan each individual check and EOB which is a long tedious process. When we first started getting checks, I would bring them to the front office. The front desk would be like "oh don't pay now or give them to us now, we may have to invoice you for each one." It took them MONTHS to get this process straight. I had to bug them to try to make payments! Fast forward a few months later, I'm now being harassed for payments because "we cant pay our therapists." That's not my problem when your billing department FAILED to collect proper payments for MONTHS! I've sent over all the insurance checks I have and I'm being harassed with repeated square invoices for thousands because "according to the insurance these payments have been remitted." I've repeated to them that I don't have the checks! My suspicion is that they take forever to actually bill the insurance, the insurance takes their time to cut the checks and Wonderkind is harassing me so that I just pay everything up front. I am a mom of TWO special needs children. I don't have the time or space to continuously bug my insurance for checks. How long they take to pay is out of my control. I chose this provider because of the great reviews and they were nearby- I was willing to pay a little more for the convenience. I've been on a waitlist for an afternoon appointment since June. No follow up. I've given up and just kept my regular schedule. 2. They have an automated text reminder. 3 times I received it and emailed them to confirm because the therapist told me she'd be out that day. Once I showed up and was told their new therapist doesn't start until a week later. Despite me getting the reminder from them. 3. I called for a day of the week change and was told they need to confirm the therapist availability and that they'll call me back once it's confirmed. I never got that call. 4. I had some problems with FSA where their receipts aren't accepted and they told me they would change my receipt from ST to say speech therapy. That never happened. Anything schedule related I just settled and work around the day he has. As far as FSA I go in have have them print me a detailed itemized receipt. Overall if you need something done and they can do it then and there, it'll be done quick. Phones and emails gets answered quickly. And you get a fast response. The problem is with their follow up and follow through. Interesting for a place that teaches speech has poor communication themselves.

Although their space is a little small, they will be moving directly downstairs, to a larger suite. There's always a parking spot, although it is quite full.
