I read the other reviews on this place and was surprised to see the negativity. I can see where they might not be able to treat certain sports injuries. My case was a hurting sciatic nerve. It had gotten worse over the years and I had gone through the usual treatments. Cortisone shots and pain pills. I wasn't getting good sleep. Every position I tried brought either the nerve pain or cramps so severe I had to get up and try to walk them off. But the stretches I learned soon relieved my pain. The treatment at PT360 is more gentle and easy. The exercises I did at this place seemed to target my problem immediately. Within a couple of days I started to feel relief. I remember the first day I slept through the night and how great I felt. I've been getting a good 6 or 7 hours sleep every day since I began treatments. I have been doing the stretches from the hand out I got at PT360. I hope they will alleviate the sciatic pain forever. Everyone I met so far at the place has been friendly and pleasant. This was just a circuit of exercises. This guy Sean looks at your once then for the rest of the PT your pretty much on your own. He might have a second to talk to you. Yes, he is funny but to his team. No real personable connection. then your handed off to young adults who put you on an assortment of machines, backed with ice after and sent home. I wish someone who really ask how are you feeling today? What seems to be working for you? or not working? Your just expected to do the same routine each time. Best rehab facility I have ever been to. It is large and they have an extensive array of gym equipment and therapy tables. I have been there three times, twice after total knee replacement surgery and once for herniated disc. I loved that they started me out with heated towels to loosen up my joints before putting me through my workout and then followed up with ice packs to reduce swelling afterward. The directors of physical therapy are Sean and Ryan. Sean was hilarious and even though he was not my therapist, I could hear him cracking jokes and keeping people laughing. Ryan seemed to have the most patients and was always busy but he was friendly, gentle and very knowledgeable about my issues and he had a lot of helpers so if I needed something while he was working on someone else, he always sent one of the other people to help me out. I hope I never have any reason to need therapy again but I am elderly so it wouldn't be too surprising and if it happens, this is the place I would feel confident that I was getting the best care and would come out in better condition than when I went in. Not sure if this was the physical therapy place for me. It was very busy and got bounced around by different assistants. When asked what they thought could potentially be wrong with my shoulder I wasn't given much of an explanation. Just exercises and stretches to do. I wasn't even given a list of exercises/stretches that I could do at home. What bothered me the most was the lack of hygiene. I didn't see them clean equipment In between patients nor did I see them perform hand hygiene. Quit disappointing experience to be honest. I want to know why I'm doing these exercises/stretches and tell my what they think is wrong and ways to prevent any pain. And they didn't deliver. read more

My son was injured playing football, he tore his ACL & meniscus. We've been going through PT, but additional wouldn't hurt. He wants to get out there again, so we are taking every precaution before going back to field. His coach Farrah highly recommended this place and therapist Sean. Horrible!!!! horrified to what I've experienced. I first came here back March for pt, left Sean a message called him several times, never got back to me. Now, summer, I once again giving it another shot. I called him several times never could he return a call. I finally decided to come in. As I sat there they took two new patients. My son and I were turned away, they refused to service him because we are cash patience! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I am a bit frustrated with my experience at this clinic. I came to the clinic with a shoulder injury and expressed the desire to return to sport upon my first appointment. It seemed as though that was not taken seriously. I consistently repeated that I would like a treatment focused on return to sport but I was rather treated as a geriatric patient that was simply trying to heal to do everyday tasks without pain. Although this may not be a specialty of the PT I worked with or the clinic, I would have appreciated an upfront expression that this clinic may have not been able to meet my needs. I am a young individual and due to the nature of my sport, despite the injury I still have somewhat above average strength in my injured shoulder and am already a hyper mobile individual, so although my strength and range of motion was above the average geriatric patient, I was consistently expressing pain during strength tests and mobility tests and felt as though I was being ignored and gaslit that I was "back to normal." I felt as though I wasted my money coming to this clinic because this could have been avoided if they were upfront about the lack of being able to meet my specific needs from the beginning and rather refer me to a clinic that would. I'm sure this clinic is great for the typical geriatric patient and the staff is very kind but my experience as an individual with a goal to return to sport was not considered in the treatment and ultimately wasted my time and money. read more

Came to PT 360 for a frozen shoulder due to rotator cuff repair surgery. Initially I was suppose to do 3 months of PT but ended up doing about 5 months since my case was a bit more complicated. Although I'm not fully recovered yet, I know I'm on the right track thanks to Sean and his team. Sean was always honest in regards to my recovery and how long it may take me to get there due to my circumstances, he was always encouraging and always kept pushing me. After meeting Sean and the rest of the personnel at PT360, I can truly see why it was recommended. Everyone is personal and exceptionally friendly. The therapy sessions are catered to you, obviously, and the personnel there ensures that you are correctly performing your therapeutic exercises. First and foremost, Sean is the best physical therapist I have had EVER! I have had a few in my lifetime. Sean very hands on. I had my surgery in April, I went to PT360 because I work, live, and socialize in Covina. What I did not know is that Sean was the owner. I walked into PT 360 through the backdoor. Only to meet this guy that welcomed me into the shop. He asked how was I doing and took a look at my shoulder and said.... "WHAT ARE YOU ABOUT 4WEEKS POST SURGERY?"
