I've gone in for sciatica, an injured shoulder and one time when I injured my back from jumping off of a box and when I landed I felt massive pain and just crumpled to the ground. With the type of injuries and pain I have they will eventually get better with time, but when I go in for treatment I am better in days rather than weeks. My most recent visit was for a knot in my shoulder that was very painful and was prohibiting me from turning my neck either direction all the way. I was in pain for a week because I just couldn't get out there right away, but I finally had to go in because I was sick of being in pain. Per usual, I'm pretty much back to 100% after a few days. Glendora is hard for me to get to, but it's worth it!

Then they need to have the ID sent electronically to verify insurance, or you have to bring it in first before an appointment can be scheduled. The service might be great, that I don't know and it's hard enough going to the doctor, but have to go in to take them your ID and then still wait for an appointment. That's just way too much.! That's too much I'll just go somewhere else.

They dont coddle you but make sure to push just enough to make sure you are getting exactly what you need to get better. We are making gains every week and adding new exercises to push me to where I need to be. I am confident I will get to my goal, With the help of Julia and their team, but to be honest I am going to miss going here and seeing the PT family I have made. Everyone here is great. It sucks to need rehab because that means you injured something BUT there is no better place to go if you need PT.

In addition, the front office was rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately, I am not the only one who feels this way. Several friends of mine who were also long-time patients stopped going to Covina Sports Medicine for the same reason. It is very disappointing to see such a decline in the quality of service at a facility I once trusted and recommend to others.
