I've been coming to PT here for a couple months now, and I'm very happy with the care I've received thus far. Unfortunately I haven't made huge improvements as quickly as I would have liked, but that's the nature of healing, right? All in its own individual time. They take the time to thoroughly evaluate what's going on with your ailed body part, and then create a care plan that can be implemented in office and at home or the gym. I appreciate not feeling pressured or shamed if I'm not healing or improving "fast enough." They just make the necessary changes to keep the progress moving in a positive direction. As a former athlete, they took my desires to return to heavy lifting seriously and have worked to create a plan for me to return to my preferred sport safely, which is much appreciated. The office is clean, and buzzing. Often busy, but always attentive. The staff is always kind and willing to explain authorizations, care plans, and exercises. Five stars. I hope I don't get inured again... but if I do, I'll come here for sure. read more

Going to Access Rehab Physical Therapy had done wonders to my ankle problem. I'm a return patient because I want to continue the healing process of my ankle. From the 10 level of pain , I am now down to 5. Had I not missed 4 sessions in the past, I could have been completely healed. I was given this facility as one of the choices for my physical therapy from my orthopedist; I chose it because the location is very close to my home. I spent six weeks here, twice a week and today I got the bittersweet news that I was well enough now to "graduate". Bittersweet you ask? Well, the staff here had become friends. They are so nice, welcoming, informative, compassionate, encouraging and they really know their stuff. I really enjoyed going each week, learned a lot, had amazing workouts, was provided the tools and knowledge to do my therapy at home and actually felt a little sad to leave. The facility is clean, well organized, has lots of equipment and quite a few therapists. I had one on one training all, but probably one, of my twelve visits. If your doctor or surgeon recommends this facility as an option for your physical therapy, do yourself a favor and go. You won't regret it! read more

I can't say enough great things about Access Rehab. I have successfully completed two physical therapy programs for two different issues, at different times, for Plantar Fasciitis and Shoulder. The root cause was correctly diagnosed in each case as part of the initial evaluation with the therapist. The therapists are all very knowledgeable and attentive. They have a hands-on approach, and focus on long term recovery as opposed to short term fixes. They clearly explain and demonstrate the exercises, and their relevance to the issue. They motivated me and helped me to be successful. As I got stronger, the exercises were adjusted accordingly. They take care to ensure that you get the right amount therapy as you work through the program for your issue. It's a very positive and encouraging atmosphere. Thanks to their expert guidance, I have gained the knowledge, confidence, strength and mobility to graduate from therapy in each case. The front desk is wonderful. I came into Access after having successful ACL repair on my knee, torn while playing basketball. I got started with Access rehab program 10 weeks post-op. After my initial appointment with Thomas, I could tell there was a timeline and plan in place right away for my care. I liked having that direction , and I loved hearing the fact that we would "test" throughout my rehab to track my progress. We've gone thru countless exercises, coordination drills, and knee mobility work to eventually get me to weighted lifts, conditioning, and gaining more and more strength in my leg again. I will have a 100% recovery because of the team at Access and will be able to return to sport again! Every team member that has worked with me over the last few months has kept our rehab workouts so fresh and challenging, they always have something new to implement. They consistently ask me how I'm "doing" or "feeling" and just in case I'm a little off that day or too sore, we'll pivot to something else. It's not just me, I see them do this with all their patients, and it shows their attentiveness to each case. The team at Access LISTENS to your needs and focuses on each individual. They share their thoughts with one another and consult each other about different exercises when they see fit. Thomas, Kevin, Gordon, Saraan, and Derek have all given me something to help with my rehab, and I'm grateful! I absolutely love coming in here and seeing the results they've been working towards with me I have to mention recovery as well, Access believes in some sort of cool down or recovery time after your workout or exercise, every case/injury is different, but for my ACL case in particular I enjoy getting the recovery time with ice or air compression boots. I came in scared, in pain, and unsure about my recovery. From my very first visit, the front desk staff welcomed me with kindness and were both pleasant and helpful. During my assessment with Nick, he took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a thorough explanation of my foot's function and the steps needed for healing. Over the course of my five months of physical therapy, I always felt welcomed, encouraged, and motivated to get back to normal. Everyone who assisted me was consistently pleasant, kind, and caring. I have never posted a Yelp statement before. I just entered my 80's. I took a nasty fall a couple of months ago and damaged my neck vertebrae and the muscles that keep that vertebrae lined-up and healthy. Our family had just moved to San Dimas. They want to treat you terrible and have you not say a word. Well, I'm not keeping my mouth shut. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. The snarky miserable face looks - just appalling. Pathetic. This girl needs an attitude adjustment if she's greeting patients Horrid customer service. I walked in and got the stink eye instantly and she said who are you here for, I said I have an appointment and she just stink eyed me further and ordered me around and finally I'd had it. This was the 3rd time of being treated so rudely by this place! Twice on the phone and the 3rd in person. What a miserable place it must be to work to treat people like this. I took a photo of her - she's a miserable human. I'm not going to post it but she knows who she is and the owner knows who she is because shes working 3/18/26 at 11:30am! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Horrible! Not to mention it was very warm, no fresh air and you could smell everyone's scent - beware it's one big open room and zero privacy. It's not really some place to go if you're very health minded and zen as the vibe is off putting even from the exterior - but you go in and the front desk treatment being so sour it just makes you feel like you instantly need a shower after entering to wash the misery off of you that they throw at you. Thomas and staff were awesome!! I was sent here by my Rheumatologist for pain in my shoulder. Thomas evaluated me and gave me some exercises to do. I did them faithfully everyday, sometimes 2x a day they helped me so much!! My shoulder is much better!! I walked in here 4 months ago as a broken shell of a man. Now, I'm no longer a shell, but I'm still broken. The good news is that the folks at Access Rehab Physical Therapy have me well on my way to being fixed. Not only do they give me the tools and exercises I need to recover from my injury, but they've also been an absolute godsend to my mental health. Being cooped up in the house after my injury and surgery, I always looked forward to going to PT. You can always find a friendly face who is eager to chat you up and ask about your day or weekend plans. I am very pleased that my HMO referred me to Access Rehab for my recovery from a herniated disc. Within three sessions, I was able to walk without my walker. The front office is very friendly and efficient at scheduling appointments and explaining insurance coverage. The physical therapists take the necessary time to listen to the patient in order to modify the exercise routine to meet their individual needs. The assistants are very attentive during the treatment sessions. Everyone (from the front desk to the practitioners) are very friendly and seem interested in really helping their patients. This positive environment helped me buy into the treatment and work hard at getting better. Also, the facility is clean and easily accessible from the parking lot. If you are looking for a place to help you recover, I highly recommend that you ask your physician to refer you to Access Rehab. read more

Front desk staff are not friendly. The place is small, zero privacy. The hot towels always smell like mildew. I don't like watching staff clean the bathrooms. I don't like being rushed out in under an hour because they want to close. And last but not least, the actual PT was a joke. . I can put a heating pad on myself at home, thanks. read more

I highly recommend this company. I have been a patient here after having a lengthy back surgery. They helped me a great deal with my recovery. My husband has been a patient here. One of my sons has been a patient here after having foot surgery, and my mother-in-law is still a patient here after having a hip replacement and a knee replacement. I was referred to Access Rehab PT by the podiatrist I was seeing after months of wearing a walking book and no results to help heal pain in my foot. The physical therapist, Thomas, was great! After my initial evaluation, I was so encouraged. He took his time to explain everything thoroughly, which is something that had not been done by any other doctor I had seen regarding my foot pain. Working with Thomas, the aides, and office staff was a really good experience. Previously, one of my children had been referred here for OT after breaking their arm, and although that was some years ago, the staff that we worked with then were great, especially since my child was so young. If I had any type of critique, I would say that having some kind of a print out of exercises and stretches to complete at home would be helpful. Oh, and the office itself was very clean and nice. None of the equipment appeared to be old and over used. I am very happy with my experience at Access Rehab and grateful for their work! read more

Before coming to Access I could not sit, get in and out of my car without assistance and I was in constant pain. Frustratingly incompetent front desk staff. Receptionist took my insurance down incorrectly, when I came in for the appointment that I had to take the day off of work for and wait 2 weeks for--I was told that they don't accept my insurance despite my previous confirmation over the phone. The person that told me this in office was the same person that scheduled my appointment in the first place, but continued to look around with a confused expression without actually informing me of what the issue was when I showed her my insurance info.
