I was given this facility as one of the choices for my physical therapy from my orthopedist; I chose it because the location is very close to my home. I spent six weeks here, twice a week and today I got the bittersweet news that I was well enough now to "graduate". Bittersweet you ask? Well, the staff here had become friends. They are so nice, welcoming, informative, compassionate, encouraging and they really know their stuff. I really enjoyed going each week, learned a lot, had amazing workouts, was provided the tools and knowledge to do my therapy at home and actually felt a little sad to leave. The facility is clean, well organized, has lots of equipment and quite a few therapists. I had one on one training all, but probably one, of my twelve visits. If your doctor or surgeon recommends this facility as an option for your physical therapy, do yourself a favor and go. You won't regret it! read more

I can't say enough great things about Access Rehab. I have successfully completed two physical therapy programs for two different issues, at different times, for Plantar Fasciitis and Shoulder. I came into Access after having successful ACL repair on my knee, torn while playing basketball. I got started with Access rehab program 10 weeks post-op. After my initial appointment with Thomas, I could tell there was a timeline and plan in place right away for my care. I liked having that direction , and I loved hearing the fact that we would "test" throughout my rehab to track my progress. We've gone thru countless exercises, coordination drills, and knee mobility work to eventually get me to weighted lifts, conditioning, and gaining more and more strength in my leg again. I will have a 100% recovery because of the team at Access and will be able to return to sport again! Every team member that has worked with me over the last few months has kept our rehab workouts so fresh and challenging, they always have something new to implement. They consistently ask me how I'm "doing" or "feeling" and just in case I'm a little off that day or too sore, we'll pivot to something else. It's not just me, I see them do this with all their patients, and it shows their attentiveness to each case. The team at Access LISTENS to your needs and focuses on each individual. They share their thoughts with one another and consult each other about different exercises when they see fit. They want to treat you terrible and have you not say a word. Well, I'm not keeping my mouth shut. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. The snarky miserable face looks - just appalling. Pathetic. This girl needs an attitude adjustment if she's greeting patients Horrid customer service. I walked in and got the stink eye instantly and she said who are you here for, I said I have an appointment and she just stink eyed me further and ordered me around and finally I'd had it. This was the 3rd time of being treated so rudely by this place! Twice on the phone and the 3rd in person. What a miserable place it must be to work to treat people like this. I took a photo of her - she's a miserable human. I'm not going to post it but she knows who she is and the owner knows who she is because shes working 3/18/26 at 11:30am! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Horrible! Not to mention it was very warm, no fresh air and you could smell everyone's scent - beware it's one big open room and zero privacy. It's not really some place to go if you're very health minded and zen as the vibe is off putting even from the exterior - but you go in and the front desk treatment being so sour it just makes you feel like you instantly need a shower after entering to wash the misery off of you that they throw at you. I am very pleased that my HMO referred me to Access Rehab for my recovery from a herniated disc. Within three sessions, I was able to walk without my walker. The front office is very friendly and efficient at scheduling appointments and explaining insurance coverage. The physical therapists take the necessary time to listen to the patient in order to modify the exercise routine to meet their individual needs. The assistants are very attentive during the treatment sessions. Everyone (from the front desk to the practitioners) are very friendly and seem interested in really helping their patients. This positive environment helped me buy into the treatment and work hard at getting better. Also, the facility is clean and easily accessible from the parking lot. I was referred to Access Rehab PT by the podiatrist I was seeing after months of wearing a walking book and no results to help heal pain in my foot. The physical therapist, Thomas, was great! After my initial evaluation, I was so encouraged. He took his time to explain everything thoroughly, which is something that had not been done by any other doctor I had seen regarding my foot pain. Working with Thomas, the aides, and office staff was a really good experience. Previously, one of my children had been referred here for OT after breaking their arm, and although that was some years ago, the staff that we worked with then were great, especially since my child was so young. If I had any type of critique, I would say that having some kind of a print out of exercises and stretches to complete at home would be helpful. Oh, and the office itself was very clean and nice. Frustratingly incompetent front desk staff. Receptionist took my insurance down incorrectly, when I came in for the appointment that I had to take the day off of work for and wait 2 weeks for--I was told that they don't accept my insurance despite my previous confirmation over the phone. The person that told me this in office was the same person that scheduled my appointment in the first place, but continued to look around with a confused expression without actually informing me of what the issue was when I showed her my insurance info. When I first came to this facility, over two years ago, to tune up my sciatica, the atmosphere was, not unfriendly, not uncaring, not unwelcoming, neither was it the opposite: it just was. So, when I was assigned this facility to work on the elbow condition I'd been battling for over a year, I was nonplussed - even somewhat dreading it. Well, my outlook changed after the very first of twelve visits. Not only was sense of competence broadcast, but understanding, caring, sincerity and welcome. By the end of my second week, I'd worked with quite a few different people, and I was being greeted, BY NAME, when I arrived, while I did my P/T and when I left. I can't recall a session when EVERYONE with whom I'd worked, at least greeted me, if not asking about my progress AND listening to my reply, even the most reserved. Yes, I wanted to be done with this rehab and grumbled to myself about the hour it carved out of my day, twice a week, but, honestly, I quickly began to look forward to my sessions. And, now, my elbow's GREAT! What a difference a couple of years make! I'd like to take a moment to call out those who, either helped me, or made sure that I felt welcomed: Thank you, Thomas! I was sent here by my doctor's office. This is a nice location. I don't like the fact that it is a big open room, and everyone can see you. There is no privacy! My assigned person was nice and friendly. The ladies up at the front reception can be helpful. There are small lockers to keep your keys, small belongings and phone in during sessions. Everything looked clean. The small side rooms are just patricians when needing to be in there as there are therapy tables, again no privacy. It was a bit pricy for me due to me having sucky insurance so I was not able to continue my sessions as they can be pricy. I've been skeptical, and a little scared, a physical therapist, after some very problematic instances from the VA back in the 80's. I just had a knee replacement and was assigned to access rehab in San Dimas. In my initial meeting with Thomas the DPT, he let me know his expectations and I let him know my fears. He completely laid out his game plan for my rehab. From my very first PT session with Kevin and all of the group over there, I could not recommend them any higher. From the front desk, staff to everyone in the office they are a fantastic group of young men and women. They have helped me progress faster in my rehab than I ever could've imagined and my doctors were absolutely amazed at what they helped me accomplish. After my knee replacement, the at home physical therapy never showed up so I started at week three with access rehab. We all laughing joke, that Thomas goes about physical therapy in a very conservative manner allowing me to conservatively kick my own butt in rehab. They are teaching only the proper technique and allowing me to push myself under a very monitored structured environment, making it very safe and secure for anybody that might need any kind of help . The entire staff doesn't hesitate to answer my questions when I ask why are we doing this routine? They break it down into a physiological level and teach me the way your body is supposed to move around the exercises that are designed. Lastly, the group is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to all family and friends as the preferred physical therapy business. Love this place and the staff. Everyone was professional and also took the time to engage with each patient on a personal level. They look out for you and help you really rehab. I tore my achilles one year ago to the day. After surgery I selected this location unsure of how things would go, but I was able to build a plan for my rehab with Thomas, Kevin, Siran and so many others. Although I had a long journey of 7 to 8 months the entire staff made the experience memorable. I didn't feel like a number, instead I felt the closeness which boosted my spirits to keep working towards my recovery. And they cancel appointments for their own personal reasons and whenever trying to make appointments conversing with them is a very difficult task forget it if you've missed one or two appointments, they will not make it their priority to serve you with respect.
