He came with padded blankets making sure the surface was safe and clean, installed the microwave, cleaned the hood area and used proper aluminum duct tape to seal the vent. Ordered a dishwasher through Costco, and this company was their contracted delivery and installation service. They did such a poor job that the unit itself is tilted backward under the counter. Water spews out all over the kitchen counter from their cheaply made air gap they made us include in the installation, and water also sprays from the connection under the sink, flooding our under-sink storage space. The tech, Robert, was nice but really bad at his job. The company doesn't even answer their phones when called to come fix their mess. I guess Costco has to cut corners somewhere to keep the $1.50 hotdog dream alive. Have previously experienced appliance delivery and installation from Home Depot, so we will be going back to them for future items. Save Costco for $5 rotisserie chickens and bulk toilet paper shopping trips. If you see Direct Connect Connections as your installer, immediately cancel your order and go elsewhere. Their poor service and lack of professionalism are not worth the headache or whatever money you think you're saving. read more

Terrible service. I could not get through to you. My dishwasher was delivered on February 14th and was then told that they are only a delivery service and not the installers. The delivery men told me the installers would install the dishwasher probably the same day. Well its now Saturday and my dishwasher is still sitting in my kitchen in a box! One of them was vacant and gave them combo lock box and didn't even had to meet them to let them in. I was very weary about the install after reading reviews on Costco.com. There were horrible experiences there. But I had to take the chance because the pricing was too good. Zion came and he was terrific. Friendly, knowledgable, thorough and efficient. I had asked him to check a few things to make sure it was indeed the dishwasher that was faulty and not more piping. He did all of that and more (advised if the leak was on the inside of the cabinets, etc). I could not be more pleased with his work. Poor guy was trying to help me clean up the water mess that my awful old dishwasher left when he hauled it out. So unnecessary but appreciated. Thank you for a great experience! read more

DCC-Direct Connect Connections. This business was called by Costco to my home to put in a dishwasher. The first guy didn't do a complete job. So DCC sent in the "A-Team!"...Andrew and Andy! They came in taking pictures and digging right in. They clearly knew what they are doing. The dishwasher had it's legs removed. There was a two finger gap. They put in the legs and attached the clamps to the unit. But this is where it gets good Underneath the sink, the hose and the connector were not connected. It would have been water everywhere! Andrew and Andy called a supervisor at Costco to pay for the plumbing. They agreed. Great people at Costco, too. And Andrew said that there is a lifetime labor warranty. Great news. Andrew and Andy were a pleasure to have in my house. They expressed kindness, politeness and were on time with a call beforehand. I consider myself very lucky to have had Andrew and Andy to make good on the job. Ask for them!!! read more

I ordered a Samsung dishwasher from Costco and it was delivered and installed by Robert Batofeld. I've installed hardwood floors after I purchased this home. It turned out that the floor installers did not remove the existing floor and layed the new wood floors in top. It was very difficult to remove the old dishwasher but he couldn't get the new one in. He had to remove two planks to get it in He could have just left but he spent couple of hours finishing the installation and left it the way it was when he came. I just have to figure what to do with the open area from the two planks Very pleased with his attitude and attention to detail read more
