    Newly installed 48" Sub-Zero

    We recently purchased a new Sub-Zero to replace our old one. Nicky from Peerless called to schedule our installation which we requested for Saturday morning. I got a call on Saturday morning to give me an ETA. Mitch and his crew came right on time. The job was a bit tricky because of the location of our 48" unit and after examining the various routes, he decided on the best one and moved any furniture that might be an issue. His team made sure to protect our hardwood floors, especially in front of the refrigerator/freezer. Mitch and his crew were friendly and worked efficiently. They were careful moving out the old unit and expertly installed the new one. Mitch even had parts to replace the old water line and made sure that we were completely happy with the installation and functioning of our new Sub-Zero. He is very knowledgeable about all appliances and I would use Peerless Group for any future needs. I recommend Peerless Group and particularly Mitch to anyone who needs to have new appliances installed. The cost was worth it to have certified Sub-Zero installers because it extends the warranty to 3 years. Peerless was definitely worth it.

    Tien and his group installed our thermador and Bosch appliances: stove, ventilation and hood, 2 column refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. They were prompt, professional, respectful, and polite. Their work was clean and efficient. They even came back for a follow up to make sure everything was working well! I highly recommend them for any high end appliance installation.

    Tommy and Ken installed seven appliances for us. The best way to describe their work is meticulous. From uncrating each item and inspecting it, to the way they moved a 700-pound refrigerator up a few stairs, to making sure every water, gas and electrical connection is done to code and tested, to making sure every unit is plumb, level, and square....these people are just super professional. The other remarkable part of our experience is how quickly they worked. In spite of their careful inspection and testing, it took them less than a full day to install everything. My conclusion is that when you do it right the first time, things go quickly. :-) Finally, a few weeks after the installation was completed, we had a problem with the gas dryer, they came back, found and fixed the problem. It turns out, the problem they fixed was caused by other trades but they fixed it anyway and did it all with a smile on their faces. These people are lovely to work with and I can't recommend them highly enough!

    Panel ready sub zero

    I called peerless group several times to get advice on a sub zero install. They happily answered all my questions to help me figure out how to install a panel ready sub zero fridge. The installer gave me a walk through the night before and even followed up post install on some concerns I had with the cabinet company. The duo was really fast and very meticulous. They seem very experienced with sub zero products. Scheduling and pricing is also extremely flexible and fair which is nice when you are on a tight schedule and have a budget. They didn't install my panels although I know peerless were more than capable. Peerless probably could have done a better job with the front panel mounting kit too but the cabinet company I contracted already committed to a full panel installation.

    Amazing service. They delivered my refrigerator from Dewey's Appliance in San Clemente. The 3rd party install was flawless and perfect. They called and told me the delivery time. They arrived on time. They were professional, organized , neat , respectful and completed the job perfectly and so efficient. It was Great value for the 3rd party install. They delivered and placed the refrigerator and peeled and took away the plastic and boxes. I was impressed at the level of professionalism and efficient service. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

    peerless came out and the owner Tin and Tony were so professional and kind and did the job correctly. Bravo to peerless and their quick and reliable service. Before them though We had a very unethical company come out called precision out of garden grove. The guys smelled like beer and were completely out of it. it was like watching a bad comedy. They could not install a simple oven. Go with peerless. They contract with Best Buy and are fabulous.

    New refrigerator moved upstairs... obviously neither were installed

    Their response is a lie! I made sure to communicate there was 2 refrigerators. In fact, they didn't uninstall anything so it's evident the business owner doesn't know what they are talking about.... They were to move 1 refrigerator from upstairs down and another from downstairs up... furthermore, never expected it for free but if both are 48" refrigerators and they were going to uninstall 1 and move it down a flight of stairs for 150... then when they saw it was 2 and they didn't need to uninstall it, should have been what 250 to do the work? Worst case scenario double so 300?! But as I said BEWARE!!! They saw a refrigerator that they know the price of and tried to get more money!!! Greedy!!! Again BEWARE!!!

    Same for our microwave!

His work is honest with transparency, clean and organized. The -1 star is only for the fact that the correct diagnosis was one that chatGPT suggested (a faulty coil) as opposed to their more expensive original diagnosis of a faulty valve. Thanks AI! This is the second time we've used their services and will continue to do so, as alas these older but more reliable machines of ours are starting to show their age.

The diagnostic fee was $49 (they accept credit card and Apple Pay with a 3% fee, or cash), and they apply that amount toward repairs if needed. I appreciated the communication throughout the process; I received a text about 30 minutes before the technician arrived with an ETA, and once he got there, he called me. Alan was courteous and professional. He pulled the dishwasher out to fully diagnose the issue and started a cycle to pinpoint exactly where the leak was coming from. Once he found the problem, he showed me with his flashlight...somehow the heating element had tilted and melted a hole through the dishwasher tub . Unfortunately, at that point, repair was no longer an option and I would need a new dishwasher. Although it wasn't the outcome I was hoping for, Alan gave thoughtful advice on replacement options and mentioned that, in his experience, simpler models tend to last longer, which was helpful and easier on the wallet. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. Professional, responsive, and reliable, if I ever have another appliance issue I won't hesitate to call them!
