The good folks at Peerless were kind enough to revisit our home to install a trim piece for our new Wolf gas range. I didn't know a stainless trim would be needed until the unit was actually installed. BTW, they did great installation job. Weeks later, I called to ask them to come back after the non-Wolf trim piece was finally delivered. They came within 2 days, and installed it cheerfully, and at no cost! We did not have an easy install for the Sub-Zero fridge that we just purchased; Mitch had to cut into the cabinet above the fridge space since the Sub-Zero is way taller than our existing fridge. Mitch was the lead and did such a professional and precise job of fitting in the fridge and had to augment with wood to our frame to ensure a tight fit. The quality is stellar. Today I had a team from Peerless Group install my new refrigerator. Quan Tran and his assistant were fantastic and so professional. Took the appropriate amount of time needed to safely remove and install it. Since my house has narrow doors it required them to remove the doors and take extra caution in order to not cause damage to the appliance or my home. The Best Buy contracted crew was not willing to do it and left. Their dispatcher was also rude. Pacific Sales came to the rescue and I'm quite impressed. They were very careful of our recently installed cabinetry and flooring. We recently purchased a new Sub-Zero to replace our old one. Nicky from Peerless called to schedule our installation which we requested for Saturday morning. I got a call on Saturday morning to give me an ETA. Mitch and his crew came right on time. The job was a bit tricky because of the location of our 48" unit and after examining the various routes, he decided on the best one and moved any furniture that might be an issue. His team made sure to protect our hardwood floors, especially in front of the refrigerator/freezer. Mitch and his crew were friendly and worked efficiently. They were careful moving out the old unit and expertly installed the new one. Mitch even had parts to replace the old water line and made sure that we were completely happy with the installation and functioning of our new Sub-Zero. Tommy and Ken installed seven appliances for us. The best way to describe their work is meticulous. From uncrating each item and inspecting it, to the way they moved a 700-pound refrigerator up a few stairs, to making sure every water, gas and electrical connection is done to code and tested, to making sure every unit is plumb, level, and square....these people are just super professional. The other remarkable part of our experience is how quickly they worked. In spite of their careful inspection and testing, it took them less than a full day to install everything. My conclusion is that when you do it right the first time, things go quickly. :-) Finally, a few weeks after the installation was completed, we had a problem with the gas dryer, they came back, found and fixed the problem. It turns out, the problem they fixed was caused by other trades but they fixed it anyway and did it all with a smile on their faces. I called peerless group several times to get advice on a sub zero install. They happily answered all my questions to help me figure out how to install a panel ready sub zero fridge. The installer gave me a walk through the night before and even followed up post install on some concerns I had with the cabinet company. The duo was really fast and very meticulous. They seem very experienced with sub zero products. Scheduling and pricing is also extremely flexible and fair which is nice when you are on a tight schedule and have a budget. They didn't install my panels although I know peerless were more than capable. Peerless probably could have done a better job with the front panel mounting kit too but the cabinet company I contracted already committed to a full panel installation. read more

Their response is a lie! I made sure to communicate there was 2 refrigerators. In fact, they didn't uninstall anything so it's evident the business owner doesn't know what they are talking about.... They were to move 1 refrigerator from upstairs down and another from downstairs up... furthermore, never expected it for free but if both are 48" refrigerators and they were going to uninstall 1 and move it down a flight of stairs for 150... then when they saw it was 2 and they didn't need to uninstall it, should have been what 250 to do the work? We were given the name of Peerless by Pirch, the company from which we bought our dishwasher. Peerless installed our dishwasher. It was a Bosch dishwasher and we had a custom frame to install on the front. Two Peerless employees came. They are Bryan Lee and Philip Nguyen. We are writing this review to express our complete and total satisfaction at the work done by these people. They were both extremely knowledgeable e.g. we never knew the Bosch washer had a container for salt to use as a water softener. They were very experienced, knew exactly what to do and did everything meticulously. Every part of their work was performed so well that we are extremely happy. Tin Nguyen and Brian were awesome! They installed my new Jennair refrigerator, drawer microwave and dishwasher. The refrigerator was 1/2 inch taller than the space which gave me a heart attack. But Tin figured out a solution by removing the lip. My cabinet guys will re-install the lip. The outlet for the microwave was too forward and was preventing the unit to get all the way in. I purchased a range-hood and a cooktop from Pacific Sales. David from Peerless Group came to install my range-hood. He was professional, knowledgeable, and organized. He explained the what, why, and how he would do things. He did an amazing job with the install and ensured it secured and working correctly. When you buy anything new, you hope it won't get scratched or damaged during installation and David did a great job ensuring that didn't happen without me having to tell him. He laid a work blanket down to protect the range-hood and my tile floors. He also cleaned up after himself and hauled away the old range-hood. The following month, Henry from a different company was sent to install my Thermador cooktop. They seemed a little more unorganized, but was also knowledgeable. He gave tips on cleaning and maintaining my cooktop. Weeks later, my family notice a gas smell once in a while when we open the cabinets underneath to grab a pot or pan. Every couple days, we would smell it again. I contacted Pacific Sales and this time they sent David from Peerless Group. He inspected for gas leaks and even looked over what the previous company did and noticed they did not use the new pressure regulator that came with the cooktop I purchased! He explained that the previous company just installed the new cooktop using the old regulator of the old cooktop, which could be causing a tiny leak and also hinder the performance of my new cooktop. He explained to me the importance of using the correct parts as it would maximize the efficiency and performance my new cooktop. For now he patched and double checked all the gas lines and attachments and will be back to install the correct pressure regulator. He could've just fixed the leak and said nothing about the regulator, but he went above and beyond and was honest to ensure that I got the best performance from my cooktop even though it wasn't purchased from him or his company. We purchased a new Wolf Range top through Suzie at Pacific Sales and she referred us to Peerless Group Inc. to handle our installation. We had Mitch as our lead technician and could not be more pleased. He was in constant contact with us all day to let us know when he would be arriving. He was very courteous and professional and his installation was flawless. We had a contractor look at the space to get his opinion on whether or not the new range would fit our space and he didn't think it was going to work. But luckily, we had Mitch come out prior to our installation and he said he could do it with just some minor modifications. They called 1/2 hour prior to arrival. They were punctual and efficient. They assessed the scope of wok, then got to work. I hate that they did not use the furniture cloth to put my new appliance on as they were unpacking it (hence, 1 star off). They worked together to get the old appliance out and bring the new one in. One guy packed up the other appliance and went on break while the other guy installed the new dishwasher. One star is being too generous! I can't urge you enough to stay clear from this company. I had a prescheduled appointment for an installation today after 1pm. I communicated with Brian (technician) I was waiting on the delivery from Best Buy which was scheduled between 7am-1pm. I called Brian letting him know the delivery has yet to happen (12pm) and I was heading to pick it up personally. He said he now doesn't want to do it today because I was his only job and he didn't want to have to drive from Garden Grove for just one job (25-30 mins). I explained to him it's not even 1pm yet.
