When I pressed for a more meaningful resolution, inquiring if that was the extent of the action, he then offered a refund for the salad. While I appreciate the offer of a refund, it felt entirely insufficient given the gravity of the situation and the clear neglect shown towards a serious food safety concern. Update: As of June 4th. I still have not received my refund. Spoke to someone in the management team over the metro Atlanta Salata's name Janetra Ellis. She definitely gave me the run around with generic explanations and lack of problem solving this matter. She has not returned my emails after our first conversation for my refund.
