This is almost impossible to say about any business, but I have NEVER had a bad experience here. I have been here around 1,000 times in the last 7 years. The food and coffee is always fresh and delicious and the staff is ALWAYS friendly. Meanwhile, I have ordered from the Dunkins in Webster 3 times, on the app, and have had a bad experience every single time. I will take the extra 5 - 10 minutes to actually wait at a great coffee spot than deal with that coffee-chain slop. 5 stars! read more

I rate this a solid 4.2. Long time user of Dippin, can proudly say the bagels, donuts, or what ever you get is better than any Dunkin Donuts. The donuts are always soft and fluffy with perfect amount of frosting. Bagels are always toasted and taste like real egg and bacon. Excellent service. Better coffee at a better price than the national competitor .25 miles away. Domuts are made fresh in house every day. Sandwiches are more than double the size and better quality ingredients and still less cost. Friendliest staff with quick service. They will remember you're normal order if you're a walk in often. I do prefer the higher end coffee roasters but those are rare and expensive. The logo looks like Dunkin' and it's setup like every other local donut shop, BUT prices are cheaper and variety is much more vast! Straight up, if you're looking to casually eat A donut or TWO, prob go elsewhere.. if looking to pick from more donut flavors than anywhere in the area, you owe it to yourself to go here. A dozen is a Bakers Dozen which is bonus and the selection is unreal. Only downside is that the line for ordering can be panic inducing with intense stress but hey, what's 5-10 minutes of heck to gather an infinite supply of every donut in existence (at least in the greater Webster/Southbridge area)? read more

There was one person being waited on and two other people ahead of me in line. 2 employees standing around behind the counter, just chatting, oblivious to everything. There was a frazzled employee handling everyone in line. I waited 5 minutes for the one girl to serve the people ahead of me. During that entire time, neither of the two employees who were having a conversation decided to help with the line. There guy in front of me ordered 5 coffees and I got sick of waiting and walked out. There were 4 people lined up behind me. Figured I'd update my review. My wife stopped by to Dippins and ordered a sandwich and a coffee. Of course by the time we get home the sandwich is not even close to what she ordered. We also noticed the egg on the sandwich's are a lot smaller than before. The egg use to be nice and plump. Now it's a smidge bigger than the cheese that's on it. This is why I stopped coming here. From over charging and too many mistakes. I warned my wife not to stop here. Now she knows! Get a crew in that actually listens to what someone orders! read more

I was headed to a meeting and saw the Dippin Donuts Sign. After hearing so many great things about the place, I just had to stop in. So glad i did !!! The place is nice and clean and bright. The line was pretty long, but they had plenty of help behind the counter so it went fast. I got a coffee which was pretty good, along with some French crullers which were insanely delicious !!! Hubs and I ate all six. :). I also got a blueberry scone which I'm sad to say was not that good since i think the blueberries ran through it or something and left 2 blueberries, but the donuts made up for it. Just FYI - rumors were they were coming to Oxford, when I was talking to the Manager she said they are not coming to Oxford........bummer read more

Little piece of heaven right in Dudley! Best donuts i ever put in my mouth. Dunkin donuts can take theirs and shove it up right up their ass. My only complaint is I got a frozen beverage and the lid wasn't on tight so it went all over the car. I absolutely love their flavored coffees and their pastries. Everytime we go I have an iced mounds and my daughter gets the iced decaf Oreos. The staff there are overly nice even when they are very busy. I love supporting local places especially when their product is way better then big name places!!!
