Stopped in today and grabbed a dozen donuts. They were... okay. Nothing mind-blowing, but definitely a step up from the typical chain store donuts. The building itself felt a little tighter inside than I expected -- I thought it'd be bigger. Didn't try the coffee, so I can't speak on that, but it looked like they've got a good group of regulars who keep the place buzzing. Overall, not bad at all. I wouldn't go out of my way to get here every week, but if I'm driving by, I'd probably stop in again for a quick treat. read more

I have been coming here with my mom for as long has I could remember. Know that they changed owners its not the same we asked for a a plain bagel and they said that they dident have any and they could not go up the stairs to get a frozen one. They said we cant do that. The staff is not friendly at all. My mom got a large iced cinnamon sticky bun with a splash of cream when she tasted it she said thier was no flavor then I tasted it and it tasted like water. I would not recommend this establishment we will definitely not be back needs alot of tlc and definitely nicer staff. Possibly glass pitchers for the iced coffee and not some disgusting slugly pitchers. read more

Jumbo Donuts are fantastic! Delicious. Never greasy! We have tried the more expensive fancy donuts, but you can't beat Jumbo!!

Everyone knows how good the jumbo donuts are so I don't have to get into that. It's a given. But a little appreciated fact is that their coffee is always hot and fresh and tastes amazing. Everyone has coffee sitting around for a while and Jumbo's must as well, but the coffee always tastes like you pulled into the parking lot the moment they finished brewing a new pot. Ordered 3 jumbo donuts to stack as a birthday cake, with writing on one. Counter staff were friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to see such a nice job with the writing. I will never go again as I was a frequent customer. I went through the drive there appointment 3:00 on 12-4-23 . I asked the girl if the hot decaf was fresh , she told me it was around 2 hours old but it was hot. I asked if she could make a fresh pot knowing decaf is not to good after a half hour. I was told no because they were not going to make as it was a waste of money. i was also going to buy a hot sandwich and donut as always. I told the girl to forget the order and drove through. Traveled 25 minutes expecting fresh doughnuts. Had a pregnancy craving for fresh doughnuts. Bought a dozen for 15$ was excited to dig in, got home and was disappointed. They were all dry and stale and not enough glaze. We've lived in Uxbridge 6 months now, live 3 minutes from Jumbo Donuts and have NEVER been. Today that changed. Quick service, pleasant employees and the yummiest coffee and donuts I just SHOULDN'T be eating (but enjoyed EVERY bite)! I got my hubby 2 jelly donuts (which he inhaled) and a (very) large iced caramel crunch extra extra and I had a large hot blueberry coffee (I'm all about the different flavors) and their jumbo chocolate glazed donut, which I split with hubby because... For a small place they have a very extensive menu. I wouldn't recommend the croissants as they are very small and don't work well at all for sandwiches. They are tasty, just very small. It was my first time going to Jumbo today, and I've heard good things from a few people I know that have been there. I was not disappointed, I ordered a coffee, some donuts and a sandwich. I got the ham, egg and cheese on a croissant. It blew away anything you'll get at Dunks or Honey Dew. The egg was cooked fresh, the ham was great and the croissant was buttery and perfect. The donuts and coffee were great as well. I've been hoping to find a good place for donuts close by, and a 20 minute drive here is worth it. I highly recommend trying Jumbo Donuts. The mango "smoothie" is pretty good. The egg sandwiches could come with more than it does for the price, but had good flavor, and if you ask for it toasted but not burnt, they usually do an okay job with that. The coffee is terrible. It always tastes burnt and is extremely diluted. I ordered an espresso the other day and it was translucent, burnt and tasted like 1" of terrible coffee. I do like supporting local businesses, and my boyfriend likes terrible, watery coffee, so he comes here everyday (his body, his choice), so I'm going to give this place three stars. read more

So many great coffee flavors to choose from and love the New England Coffee brand! The staff is very quick in fulfilling both drive thru and walk in orders. They also offer a good variety of fresh donuts and bagels and do breakfast sandwiches as well. The parking lot is fairly small, but they offer drive thru as well. read more

I had no idea there were homemade donuts this close to my house! I had them for the first time last week at a party, and went back today for more! I love a traditional raised donut with frosting and these were delicious. I also got an iced coffee that was brownie toffee flavored that was fantastic. There were plenty of other options to choose from too! This donut shop is a long-standing tradition for many Uxbridge residents, and travelers. So, I want to be careful here. I had 2 cups of coffee here, a donut and a muffin. I was there over 2 hours. The first donut looked yummy (chocolate glazed), but it was stale and crumbly. I returned it no problem, and decided to take a chocolate frosted instead. It was a bit better, but the chocolate topping could have had more chocolate flavor. So, still hungry, I decide to try a coffee cake muffin. It, too, was stale, but not very tasty. I loved your coffee (better than you-know-who up the street with the double d's). Otherwise, I wouldn't have gotten a second cup. You guys have that going for you. Best coffee hands down. Instead of making regular coffee and pumping in syrup like Dunkin', they brew flavored coffee which tastes great. Many flavors to pick from and unlike the chain coffee places, the team at Jumbo Donuts listens to the order and makes it properly. I'm here at least two or three times a week. Possibly one of the saddest let-downs is a disappointing donut on a beautiful day. That day was a glorious Sunday, an early spring day. My fiance and I decided, "to hell with the diet! It's DONUT time!" And how convenient that this wee and (apparently) popular shoppe was just around the corner! It's a cute shoppe, a nice eat-in area and a one-person-at-a-time counter. The restroom was a bit of a state (it's where they keep their dirty mop+mop water? - bleh). Fortunately, their donut/muffin/bagel selection was diverse we decided on a maple-glazed and a chocolate-glazed and took our selections to eat on the park benches just across the way. These yeast donuts were light and fluffy perfect circles. The glaze....womp womp. So artificial in flavor that I didn't finish my treat (....a rarity). Perhaps this is a popular morning drive-by (I'll have to try the bagels!), but between the restroom uncleanliness, the neutral unwavering emotion from folks behind the counter, and the sad sad glaze...Jumbo is getting 3x from me on this round. read more

Decided to give this a try after my boyfriend suggested it instead of the Dunkin miles away. All of the donuts and bagels are made in the Northbridge location, and you can tell! My bagel was delicious and fresh, after they remade it (accidentally put cream cheese instead of butter on it, whoops.) Their donuts... they're great. Don't expect the overglazed dark brown chocolate frosting/glaze you see at DD, as you can tell, these donuts are fresher and have less 'gunk' in them. They're tasty, and the Boston Creme wasn't too gooey, but didn't have too little filling either. My boyfriend went with the Vanilla Creme donut, which is basically boston creme but instead of chocolate frosting and the bavarian creme center, think powdered donut with vanilla flavored cake frosting. Not my thing, but a very interesting idea for a donut. The prices are a little high, as we got 3 donuts, a bagel, and a small hot chocolate for 10$, and the hot chocolate was very lacking... but still a solid 4 stars. read more
