Only thing that is bad about this place (and it's really bad) is the actually physical location of this store. It's on a pretty busy street ( Brookfield Road or Stafford) a really nice sign to welcome You but there is only 1 handicapped spot to park - the other spots are for the remnants of an apartment .. that is on the opposite site / above the coffee shop ! Seems wild to have signed that lease truly - not even foot traffic can pass by here it's so strange ! The actual parking lot is down a set of steps way too treacherous in the winter or frosty weather and a challenge for those with physical limitations (maybe not handicapped ) but even so there's only ONE spot for the disabled and those stairs themselves are confusing to where they bring you to on the side - I was pretty sure I almost opened the door into Someone's apartment kitchen trying to enter this place from What I thought was a side or back entrance ( would make sense since the parking lot is in Ohio) All in all it's a lovely shop but I won't be back based on convenience to get to.

Now I understand to someone more familiar with acai bowls this is the usual. But for me it was my first one and a great starting point.

I know they are loved by friends who are true coffee experts. It was a very inviting space that seemed quite comfortable and like a good place to hang out. I just ordered my coffee to go today, though. They were incredibly cheerful and friendly. Just great, positive energy in the space overall. I tried one of their fall specials, the cookie butter cold brew. I am picky with cold brew, but this was excellent, and the cookie butter complimented it well. The warm spices and sweetness really worked with the flavor of the cold brew. I also appreciated that Radial is a roaster themselves. I would highly recommend them! Very happy I stopped.

I'm removing a star because the standards seem to be slipping a bit. They switched their bakery and although recently they've been experimenting with their in house baking there's a notable difference between what they outsource and what they make in house. The in house stuff is significantly better in terms of quality and freshness, and although priced high they are usually worth the price. The outsourced items don't seem as fresh and it's hard to justify the prices. The coffee is still balanced between the earthy coffee and the house made flavors for their lattes. The experience has been a bit colder as of late, which is fine if you're grabbing a cup to go, but not if you intend to write some reviews while enjoying a cup. That coupled with the multiple times there's been equipment failures which forced me to go someplace else. I honestly cannot state this is worth the trek to try only because there's a chance you can't get coffee at the cafe. I think it's time for myself to trek for another place. For those who want a good cup of coffee, this place is still good for that. Focus on the house-made stuff, order to go, and enjoy.
