This Dions is great, i dont know why all the reviews got deleted but i think this place makes really good pizza

This is my go to location to get my Dion's fix! I have never had a problem with this location. My usual would be any sandwich here, the amount of food that you get is always filling and the sandwiches are just delicious! The sandwiches come standard with Greek dressing (except the meatball sub comes with marinara) on the side, you can always ask to switch out the dressings any time. I normally just make my own pizza with green chili, sausages, and pineapple. The pizza's are always amazing and a great size! You can't go wrong with all the topping choices Dion's has to offer. Tip: I normally see this location outrageously busy especially around dinner time, the line would go around the building. I normally like to just call my order in ahead of time and pick it up, keep those lines away from me! read more

Reliably good pizza at a reasonable price. Has a crust you actually want to consume and always plenty o cheese. I particularly like the Italian Sausage on my pie. The only drawback to my experience is my own lactose intolerance. I rate my digestive system a lowly 2 stars. read more

Coming back to NM would not be complete with pizza from Dion's. The 505 pizza is our favorite. The green chile works so well with pepperoni. One of my favorite things about their pizza is the crust. It's delicious. *If* you have leftovers, this pizza is just as good the next day warmed up in the oven. My kids are also big fans of the salad and ranch dressing. The drive-thru is also a plus for ordering ahead. We will be back again. Dion's should consider coming to FL. read more

Got here way early for a call in order that my wife called in. They found my order and modified it and then bumped my order ahead of others becaue I was here. I got to stand and wait for the order in the forming room. Watched as these folks flew aroind taking care of orders drink refills and keeping the place clean. My wife and I used to own a pizza restaurant so I can be kind of critical. But not of this place. Every time we come it's perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone on the west side that is looking for quality pizza. Got my order finally and it wass perfect. read more

I ordered from this Dion's location because inexplicably the one closer to my home served me a pizza with shards of glass on it a few months ago. But I am trying to support local businesses so tonight I ordered a pizza and salad and drove out of my way to this location. Very clear on my order and receipt what was on the salad. When I got home there was chicken on a salad that was on the menu and ordered as strictly vegetarian. The manager was apologetic but mostly defending his crew for giving me the wrong order. I have been a strict vegetarian since 1992 and feel absolutely tainted after this experience. There is apparently NO quality management at any Dion's location. I really enjoyed dions. Before COVID they were busy and now with COVID they are a bit mite busy. The lines are long. But they go by very fast. Food is great! Dion's is normally a good local pizza and sandwich shop. The Unser location in Rio Rancho continues to battle with flies and dining area tables and windows are covered with flies that will not let you eat. Flies landed on food at pick-up counter and flies observed in prep area where food is handled. Addressed this health concern numerous times in past with staff and management but not seeing results. Skip this location and head to one of the other Dion's locations a few miles east. Great food .. just not at this location. read more

This location is by far the worst which sucks because I live in Cabezon. I eat dions about once a week on average. I work by bernalillo one never had an issue. But Cabezon one always something wrong with my order. In their defense twice I emailed my issue on the website comments with my issue and they replaced my order. But they continue to have too many problems. I have stopped eating there it's just too frustrating. read more

Not sure when it officially opened, but we came this week. We ordered our pizza in advance and we arrived to pick it up. Typically, I dread dions pickup, but the wife went through drive up anyway. They have a guy outside who gets your order so, when you get to the window it's ready to go. Pizza - fantastic - it's dions what do you expect!!!! read more

I mean...does it really get better than Dion's Pizza in the 505? I am not only a huuuuuuuuge fan of their pizza, but their subs just happen to be top-notch as well. I think it's their dressing that really puts everything over the edge. Their Greek and Ranch dressings are the bomb-dot-com and I put that ish on EVERYTHING! I use this location most of the time. This is third time I've been disappointed in their product. I have to say their salads are delicious, but the last 3 times I haven't gotten the correct toppings and salad dressing. I ordered 2 slices. There wasn't enough sauce and cheese to even make the toppings stick. They all fell off. On one slice they forgot the pepperoni, so they just threw a few in the box. If they hadn't been extremely busy and I didn't have someone in the car waiting, I would have stayed and had them make new food. I sometimes use the Montano/Coors location. I've never had a complaint about this store no matter how busy they are. This Unser location has gone downhill. read more

Dion's is a staple. They have good food at good prices and they're super consistent, no matter what location. The menu has grown a bit but they'll always have those few items that everyone loves. This is a great option for large parties and picky eaters. I do love their Greek dressing! read more

UPDATE:::: Months after their grand opening,guess what?? I ended up moving to CABEZON (right across the street from said Dions, and I have to say that they have improved by 1000%. Great and friendly staff. (No Hair in my food, which is always awesome) and salads that are offered here but not at any other RR location. I am happy to say "I Love you guys". Originally 1 star WATCH OUT...for the random hairs in your food This is the 2nd time I've ordered food from this location. The first time we ordered a pie, there was a PATCH *not a strand* of hair on the green chile. We called the store, and let them know what happened. I know I know, I get it. It's new, "its busy, blah blah", but first impressions are supposed to be the best. Today: I figured "eh, I would give it another shot". I assumed that the store has gotten things under control since the newness has worn off. NOPE, I was wrong. I ordered a sub since the pizza had me traumatized. The order was totally wrong,(I ordered ham and swiss, and ended up with a Bell pepper, mushroom & Olives sandwich (I'm allergic to mushrooms, and there was NO meat, or cheese between my bread). Oh, and guess what??? There was a hair in my container of ranch. REALLY?? Last time I checked, my hair was NOT blonde. I. Have been going to this location for a few years. Service and food have always been great. But a few weeks ago the device has gone down hill tremendously. More than once the SAME person has taken my order. Each and every time he forgets my drink order. Today I waited for awhile to order. I said hello pretty loud and the employee who made eye contact went and hid from me. The store manager has to get someone. read more

Really good pizzas, subs, and salads. We usually call an order in and pick it up at the window. Heads up though... they are usually running behind by 5-10 min from what they tell you. We always get dressing here. They have the best Ranch and Greek dressings. Once you try these dressings you will refuse to eat Kraft and Hidden Valley, and only accept Dions dressings. read more

I picked up a pizza/salad on my way to Jemez for dinner. Once home (out of town), saw that salad dressing was not packed in order (honest mistake). Called & spoke to manager Aiko who said she'd refund the cost of dressing OR I could come back tmrw and get dressing. She felt that it wasn't a problem that the salad could be eaten w/o dressing ‍ Really Dions? is this your policy?? This is my last lesson learned from visiting this place. Completely disappointed today. They are blocked by construction, yet my pizza was not cooked and I ordered double mushroom and there were hardly any. We will not be ordering pizza from them again. Called to explain, and the dude said "yea." Unacceptable and we will not be back for pizza. Village in Corrales kicks their butt a million times. Buy Village. It is so much better. read more

Always good. Very consistent with everything they make. Sometimes orders take longer than expected. If they have to run your pizza out because it wasn't ready when you arrived at the drive thru, you should request that they not cut the pizza because it won't have enough time to cool and the pizza becomes sloppy. read more

Usually I LOVE Dions. When we lived in ABQ we would visit several times a month. When my kids found out we were visiting home, the first place they wanted to eat was Dion's. As soon as we came into town we picked up my parents and hit the nearest store. It was a Friday night, so it was busy. No biggie, I'm used to it. We ordered two pizzas and a salad. We got the salad and first pizza on time but for some reason our pepperoni pizza with green chile was not ready at the same time. Again, no biggie, I understand how it can get busy. By the time we did get our second pizza it was almost 20 minutes later, and it looked like it had been thrown together at the last minute. (We had to ask at the pick up window for our 2nd pizza.) You could tell that the pizza was orginally just a pepperoni pizza that they threw green chile on without baking it on the oven. It also did not have that great Dion's crunchy crust. This trip was a letdown. I sure hope this was an isolated event and not a foretaste of things to come. read more

Some customer service advice ... always great food and the employees were very courteous but ... if you are going to miss your "ready by" time by 15 to 20 minutes at least acknowledge it ... and when the order is ready, deliver the entire order ... perhaps one person should monitor? read more

We love Dions, however this location is a bit hit or miss! The food is always good, but they almost always forget something on our order. I will say they always make up for it, but it's an inconvenience having to drive back and get it squared away! So just check your order here! read more

I am happy to say it is a Dion's, just like every other Dion's. You order at the counter, they call your name to come pick up your food in a fairly reasonable amount of time, it is hot, fresh and tasty. It may not be the best pizza I have ever had, but it is in the top ten. The Greek salad is really good. They have a killer roast beef sub. Reasonably fast, good prices, tasty food - what more could you want? read more

Such delicious food! I love all the food creation possibilities there are! I have always loved Dion's and now I am an employee! I love going to work everyday and my coworkers and the management always make it not feel like work. There is so much support and care that go into every aspect of this job. We work very hard to improve every single day wether it's quality, speed, or accuracy and even attitude and how we carry ourselves. Great food is our first value and we ALWAYS strive towards it. Much better tonight! Ordered online from my phone during my son's baseball practice. I have to say, the online ordering process is seamless. You can tell they took the customer experience as a huge priority when developing that system. Food was ready when I got there. Car Line was wrapped around the building (as per usual) but it went super fast. When I got to the window, the young man knew my name, repeated my order, handed me my bags, complimented my dog (he always rides shotgun) and told me to have a fabulous night. That exchange happened in less than 60 seconds and I drove away feeling happy and very impressed! My ONLY suggestion is that they get a new pizza cutter. We had a hard time separating the slices tonight. Thank you, Dions for an easy Wednesday night dinner! read more

As a New Mexico native this is a tried and true place to get your eat on. There is nothing flashy about the menu nor are they breaking culinary barriers with experimentation. However they have solid Pizza and Sub selections (subs come with either chips or fruit). I will take their pizza any day over the giants like Domino's, Pizza hut, or Papa Johns its just better in every way. Also order a side of their Greek dressing, it will light up the sub and even tastes good when pizza is dipped. Not fancy just good pizza. read more
