Great service and food was done quickly and still fresh. Will go again. Only issue is the same as any other pizza-by-the-slice type of joint, they don't cook the extra toppings you ordered with the pizza. read more

We may as well wait to go back to Albuquerque for our Dion's nostalgia visit....it is only 3 hours longer drive than the our average round trip to either "Denver" location from downtown Denver. We literally have to pass dozens of better pizza joints on our way to any Dion's from Denver. Thankfully, other pizza places in town are now roasting Hatch green chiles so we no longer have to drive to Kansas (at least it feels like we are driving to Kansas to get to any CO Dion's!) for our 505-style pizza fix. read more

I don't leave a lot of reviews but I would like to do so for Dion's. My husband is from Albuquerque. We live in Florida. Whenever we get to Albuquerque Dion's is always on the must list. We were very excited to find the Dion's on our recent brief trip to Denver. It was delicious. Due to the current environment we ended up having a picnic in the Dion's parking and eating the pizza in our car. It was still amazing. read more

I was really looking to taking my family out for pizza at the new Dion's location in Commerce City. We got there and ordered our pizza. When we went to order drinks we found out they are a dry restaurant. We were stunned. How is it possible that a pizza shop in Colorado doesn't have a beer for its guests? What a great establishment. Each team member worked hard to provide polite and fast service. As I was ordering a large order for a birthday party I explained I needed to order something to arrive quickly to feed my grandsons knowing the pizzas would take awhile. So I ordered a sub and before they were finished ringing my order up one of the young ladies that worked there went back and started making the sub. Thanks a million. I ordered online and say expect to pick up at 7:28 pm I arrived little early but noticed lot of chaos!! People upset waiting and mixed up orders.... then when my time up I didn't see my order so I asked where my order? She said it go in oven will wait 3 min... I waited other 10 minutes I went back ask it has been pass 3 min ... then I asked for refund on order. Assistant manager said will refund .. I arrived home learned that both order is wrong !!!!! I really liked their meatball sub i ordered, it was big and they even give extra marinara sauce, Comes with a fruit cup or chips, i took the chips and stuffed them in the sub and also added olives and jalapenos to it. so tasty. The meatballs on their own were super tasty i would probably order those by themselves next time. The pizza is just okay, I think black jack might be better, but its the other things they do like salads and subs that makes this place somewhat special. read more

Good food ! We moved to new neighborhood about year ago so far this is our favor place to go.

We recently hosted a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner at this location. Amy, and Hannah were fabulous. Prior to the day, Amy emailed me with all the information I needed (We were coming in from out of town). On the day of the event, both Amy and Hannah made sure we had all that we needed, gave us a discount for the size of our party, and had everything set up for us. Food was great! I've been going to Dions for years since I was born and raised in New Mexico. I was so excited to see this new location open up and sure enough I wasn't disappointed. Everything on their menu is very tasty including their ranch! I recommend turkey and green chili on your pizza with a side of ranch, a favorite in New Mexico. I love that you can also order pizza by the slice. It makes a great place for lunch since it has a drive thru for call in orders. Whether you're looking for somewhere quick during your lunch break, needing to feed a family, or somewhere yummy and causal to eat, this is the place. Highly recommended! read more

Decided to try Dion's one night. My wife had the Tuscany pizza and she loved it. So much so that she had it again two weeks later. I tried the large Italian sub and it was delicious. It was so large that I only ate half and saved the rest. We have now been there 3 times and it has been excellent each time. The staff is friendly and very helpful. read more

Our pizza was ready as soon as we showed up at the quoted time. The pizza was hot, fresh, and cheesy. The toppings were fresh and the staff was attentive right when we stepped inside. Walked into the restaurant and just completely overblown with fresh pizza smells that wetted my appetite. Ordering is fairly easy anything from a full blown create your own pie to slice with plenty of toppings to go around. After you order you can sit on down or even head over to the steps and watch your pizza go from dough to perfection. Atmosphere was nice and extremely casual, just order your food and find a place to sit and there's plenty of seating. The pricing was great, I got two slices of pizza with 3 toppings each, a med. drink and a brownie all for $10, and it was definitely worth it. The crust was crisp but not too hard and the cheese on it was excellent. Also, as someone from Florida I can vouch they know how to make sweet tea so kudos! My only slight against them was the chicken on my pizza. Didn't taste fresh, probably came from a freezer bag and slightly rubbery, but it's not the worst. If I went back I just wouldn't get the chicken that's all. The staff were wonderful too, all smiling and seemed to be having an overall good time. Really fun environment with great cheap food, it would be PERFECT for large families with picky eaters since everyone can customize their own. read more

We have been here a total of four times and will come back. The pizzas, subs and salad are yummy and huge portions. My husband likes the Italian subs. Visiting Denver and this restaurant was right around the corner from the house we rented. Reviews were good so we went. The pizza was really good. Definitely loved the thin crust and fresh toppings.
