    Pretty good pizza convenient to where I live! Not going to say it's THAT much better than other chains but the thing that sets this pizza apart is the flavored crust. There's like a dozen options from garlic to Italian seasoning to Cheeto. I'd say the pizza is better than the flatbread or whatever they call it. I'd definitely recommend the Hawaiian pizza for sure, I liked the flavor the bacon added. I wouldn't recommend the seasonal pumpkin spice bread-- it didn't taste like pumpkin at all, just cinnamon. It was good just not what I was wanting from a pumpkin dish!

    Placed an order for pick up, including a tip (10-15% range rounding up = $4.00) and the order wasn't even correct! On top of it all, this specific location had the nerve to charge my husband AGAIN when he went in. But wait, there is more..... they are unable to do "returns/credits" back to a card when it is clearly their fault. This location ended up calling corporate and nothing is resolved yet.... Do not order here unless you love a hassle for a basic pizza dinner.

    Great pizza, and great crust choices. Lots of flavor to the pizza sauce which I notice most places lack in the area.

    Firehouse Subs Missing order…read more On November 24th, my wife walked into Firehouse Subs to pick up an order she had placed on the Firehouse website. Our food was not there. We found out that DoorDash had picked it up and delivered it to their customer. We found this out because the customer had called us, rather than rectifying the situation. The manager at Firehouse refused to remake our food or issue a refund. He told her there was nothing he could do and that she should request a refund online. This compounded the incident with poor customer service. We immediately notified Firehouse Subs about the issue. Jessica was quick to respond. However, she also said there was nothing that she could do as the store's POS system processed our payment. We therefore would have to get the refund from the store. Jessica added that she would forward the information to the store's ownership and management. It's been months, with no communication from the store. They took our money and did not provide us with food. That is theft. And to add insult to injury, their customer service was horrendous. We had already taken the matter up with management on site at the time, and do not wish to waste any more of our time. Sixty dollars is not much to us. But to others, it may be a lot. The reason why I am writing this review is the principle of this matter. What they did is wrong. According to feedingamerica.org, 20% of Americans are living with food insecurity. I said that $60 is not significant to me. However, for the 1 in 5 that it is, I am leaving this review. I have also requested that they follow up with you about this as quickly as possible. I have also alerted the store manager, letting them know that you still have not heard from the store yet. The leadership will try to contact you through your cell number, so please look out for unknown number calls that you might receive.   For the quickest resolution, I recommend you contact the store directly as they have the tools to resolve these issues.     Well, I know I like Jersey Mike's Way better firehouse subs skimp on the meat and their subs were…read moresmall and mediocre for the price. Jersey Mike's is way better. The store on Grant Street was not very clean at all and the workers seemed overworked. Pay your people more and give them better benefits.
