Ok this ding tea location really sucks. Last time I came here I wrote a bad review then decided to take it down and give them another chance. Left just as disappointed. Lollicup is literally across the street. Will stick with them or ding tea in San Marcos who is always on point. First time here I accidentally ordered tiramisu cream instead of cheese. I asked for it to be remade and removed. Had no problem paying for it still as it was my mistake. The girl was super rude about remaking it even though there is signage as well as Yelp responses from the business owner claiming to remake drinks if unsatisfied. My original order has 3 toppings. I asked to be remade with 2. Ok paying g for 3. What I received only had one topping. So I paid for 2 extra that weren't received. Today I ordered my drink correctly however it was given to me without cheese cream. Avoid this location at all costs. It's literally a scam. They charge almost a dollar per topping and then omit as many as they can get away with. Will not be returning read more

My daughter lovessss bubble tea, and we're always looking for a solid, consistent place to feed her craving. We stopped here a couple of days ago, sat in the car to look at the menu, and then went inside. Quick note on location: it can be hard to find if you're not paying attention, because it's in a shopping plaza tucked in the back. Anyway, the online menu didn't do the main menu justice. I swear they had about 100 options. She opted for the strawberry milk tea, and I got the Hawaiian fruit tea with no sugar. Both were sweet, with hers being extremely sweet. I don't know what "no sugar" meant for me, since it was still wicked sweet. The flavor was good though, hence the high rating. I love this place!!!! I love the variety of flavor options they have. Workers are always really nice, too. They *do* have options to change sugar and ice levels, which is nice!! Kinda disappointed at this location. The one and only place that messed my order not once, or twice, but three times in one order. Ordered online and went to pick up. When I picked it up and got to my car I noticed two of my drinks were regular size when I ordered only 1 regular and 3 large. Went back to change it because it was the wrong drink entirely. Got that exchanged. Went home only to notice again one of my other drinks had regular boba and not crystal boba in it. Then the 3rd drink had no lychee jelly in it at all. No toppings were added at all. And there's a sticker on each drink for a reason. Would love to come back and triple check my orders next time but dang, I've been going to Ding Tea for years and this is a first. read more

My new go-to boba spot! I've tried the taro milk tea at a few different places and Ding Tea has my vote for my fave! They are a brand new location so of course there are going to be a few employees that are still figuring it out. That doesn't mean that they are unpleasant or rude, quite the opposite. They are attentive and friendly and have products I would come back for. My family has tried the following: Taro milk tea Strawberry slush Hawaiian slush Monster boba tea I can honestly say they are all great! We came here on Saturday to pick up 2 drinks. Super excited for a new Ding Tea to open up near us but was quickly disappointed. Our aloe vera grapefruit juice tasted so horrible that we threw it straight into the trash after 2 sips. It did not taste like grapefruit but tasted like artificial orange syrup diluted with water. Will never order any type of juice drink here in the future. The winter melon tea with crystal boba tasted ok except they were so stingy on the crystal boba. I use to go to lollicup cause it was the closest one but so happy Ding Tea opened it tastes so much better and has way more options! It's only been open a couple weeks and I've probably already gone 3 times a week lol. Everything is good here haven't had a bad drink yet and they're super generous on the boba/lychee in it, it's also warm so tastes nice and fresh. They fill the cups to the top and do the perfect amount of ice so you get more drink than ice, will continue to be a regular! read more

This is an updated review in regards to service. I've ordered takeout/delivery, and again, their drinks have always been delicious, just my orders were messed up one way or the other. However, I recently have ordered with them and they actually took the time to reach out to clarify my order, which was great. I know they are busy, but they went above and beyond to reach out. Not sure who the female employee who called me was, but great service! Will be returning frequently as the drinks and service are both great! read more

What a bad look. This is their opening day, and I was in line when an employee stepped out and said "sorry, we are out of boba, we just have a bunch of teas FYI". I drove all the way here for no boba tea, which is what they advertised. No options to fix the issue. Come on! It's opening day. First impressions matter. read more

This place has very good boba drinks. I was looking for a great boba place in Oceanside and so far this is the best one. The boba was very soft. The drink was sweet and you could really taste the matcha. It wasn't bland as most boba places I tried. There's usually a long line at this place so prepare to wait. I was so excited to try it. When I opened the box, the product had mold all over it. I looked at the expiration date and it was not supposed to expire for another week. Then I looked more closely. They had an expiration sticker that was on the box that had already passed, and then they put another sticker on top of that one with a different expiration date. That's not accidental - that's intentional. I definitely felt taken advantage of. Is it enough to make me stop shopping at Frazier Farms? Absolutely not. But, if this grocery outlet wants to improve, they need to look into why so many products on the shelves are expired. I understand not wanting to waste things. But you can't put new stickers on top of old stickers while selling a moldy product. I hope someone in management reads this review, and takes it seriously. I don't have time to go back to Fraziers every time I have to return an expired product. If that changes, I will change this review to 5 stars.
