Ok...my fiance never had boba because she didn't like the gel bubble things..... little did she know that there was this delish world of goodies she was sleeping on! KRAK boba's Oreo with 25% sugar is literally her new favorite thing! And no gel bubbles . I had the strawberry matcha and it was definitely a win with fresh fruit flavor and a strong matcha mix. Seriously happy that I was able to indulge and expose her to what boba actually can be. The owner was there, very friendly and accommodating. He helped me with deciding which flavors to choose from the vast selection (I explained she'd never tried boba- he was appalled!). He steered us correct though! Loved the location of the shop! Sorry I didn't get his name, but the guy at the front was extremely friendly and helpful! Perfect customer service from him and told us about their grand opening coming up on Saturday which sounds like it'll be good times! Ordered 3 drinks 25-50% sweet and they were all still pretty sweet so I'd recommend adjusting down even more from your usual. The Maui Wowee and Taro were really good (especially the taro). One of the better blended taros I've had. Definitely worth a try! The King Brûlée tasted like straight up burnt sugar in milk. I only took a few sips so it was a waste...not sure if it's supposed to taste burnt like that but I wouldn't get it again. They have a BOGO with the app, which was nice! Absolutely delicious drinks and boba! The boba is perfectly fresh meaning the correct amount of chewiness, not too hard and not just goo. Bounces back in each bite! Their triple matcha and brown sugar lattes were delicious. Did 50% sugar on both and so happy we did as their drinks are quite sweet. Our drinks did take 25 minutes to make and we were not expecting that as they were busy but not that busy. They are still new so we know it'll take some time. Very good customer service while placing the order. Good smiles and conversation. It was very clean inside yet a worker was sitting on the counter. Got a Guerilla Thai with boba. They forgot the boba the first time. Saw her pour some of the drink out and add warm boba on top. I asked for the boba on the bottom of the cup so I could drink my frozen drink with the boba *properly*, and barely received any, as seen in the photo. I got there at 9:30, received the first order at 9:45, which was more than enough time before closing at 10. I was also the only customer there the entire time. As a college student who needs to spend money wisely, I wouldn't recommend coming here since I don't think $8.10 was worth it. Really sad about the lack of boba. When it comes to boba shops in Oceanside California, there's no shortage in the city. Many of the shops are spread out. Now Introducing Krak Boba. This popular boba franchise location is locally-owned by the same owners that brought us The Draft Sports Bar. Krak Boba is a bubble tea franchise that offers delicious bubble tea beverages, coffees & smoothies in a fun, trendy environment. The franchise provides an interactive & flavorful tea experience, focusing on fresh ingredients & creative drink flavor combinations. I was particularly impressed that they make their own taro flavoring by getting fresh taro from the 88 Asian Marketplace across the street. In addition, they also import their ceremonial-grade matcha from Japan. The interior decor is colorful & bright. They were training their staff and although they're still learning, they were friendly. Their menu is pretty elaborate and divided into convenient sections, which made it easier to process & interpret. The parking is pretty tight in the immediate area of the storefront. But there's plenty of parking a little further down by the transit train area. Although, I only had small samples of their flavors, I can say that I enjoyed the taro-based drinks and I especially enjoyed their ice slushes. The crushed ice slushes are so refreshing for hot days, but makes it a bit tricky to get to all the boba at the bottom. I'll definitely be coming back here to Krak Boba to try their other flavors and I feel they are a great addition to this shopping center which already has sushi, Chinese, Thai, frozen yogurt and an Asian market. read more

So far so good, we've been here maybe 4 times since the last 2 weeks. And all drinks we've had were good, we love the remodel they did, space looks so bright and open, menu is clear, lot of options but not too overwhelming. Staff has been welcoming and friendly. Please re-train your employee make sure they are not rushing on the drinks. Saturday night (7/18/26) We came here after dinner we order dragon slayer and guerrilla thai tea. We order thru the kiosk, which we finished at 713 pm. We received our first drink at 733, only 1 out of 2 drinks. We received the second drink 5 minutes after. I know it's new but there were three people there making the drink. They were just taking their time making other customers drinks. I'd order guerrilla drink they was no matcha in the drink all you taste was Thai tea no one drop of matcha . I will add Thai tea pix in the review. I had better experience up north. I just visited here tonight and the service was very attentive and the boba was made quick. The bubble tea shop is very clean and well maintained, they have a nice seating area with multiple tables and a couch. It was a pleasant experience, I would definitely return, both Jona and Isabella left great recommendations and helped make the well layered menu easy to follow and provided great selections of beverages, I'm looking forward to visiting again soon! read more

One of our favorite boba places is now in Oside. We've seen this specific location go through different mid boba places but this one needs to stay. Prior to our first visit here, we've been to their Temecula and Orange County locations, was never disappointed and this one didn't either. Can never go wrong with King Brulee and their matcha drink has that true matcha-ey flavor. For some reason this places feels like it's got more space to hang out than the last business here and it's much brighter. One thing this place lacks are the games that the other locations had (cards, chess, etc....) but that can be easily remedied. Excellent service as well, everyone was friendly and happy. read more

MUST READ!!! Came in on a sunday afternoon after work , i work in the same plaza as the spot my other few times visiting have been alright , i've tried the peach green tea fruit tea which i loved, a matcha which i don't think is good, and finally the last thing ill ever have from this place is the cosmo serenade. Five sips into the drink I experienced an allergic reaction on the drive home and went into anaphylactic shock. I called the restaurant to try and see what was the ingredients of the drink to see if it was something on my allergen list. After speaking to Audry on the phone she told me the ingredients in a rude way and I realized it could have been the butterfly tea in the drink. The next day I come to find out my server Audry was talking sh!t about me during their shift and said that me having an allergic reaction was "my problem" when they were the ones that served me expired tea. My other few times Jonah has served me and the experience has been great but I won't be returning. Place just seems to be ran by highschoolers and needs a better leader!! read more

As someone who worked in customer service for the last 5 years I can immediately tell when something is unprofessional and when something needs work. I've been here on two different occasions in the last week. The first occasion there was a female staff working and there was no line. Two of the female staff were busy chatting and cursing with there friends over the counter. I ordered two drinks and it took 10 minutes for them to be completed. Although the costumer service was not professional or great I still decided to come back a second time to try it again. The second time was more of an issue Jonah made my drinks. I ordered two again and he forgot one of my drinks, he did make it but he did say that he made it incorrectly and did not offer to remake it or give us a discount off our order. Instead he decided to help the next guest in line. This place definitely needs some work with training since it seems to be ran by Highschoolers and young adults. went to this location twice this week and ordered the seaside green tea both times. the drink was some random drink every time, both not even green in appearance at all!! the first time i ordered it, i had received a random brown colored milk tea. when i brought it up to an employee, she apologized and said they were actually out of the green thai tea powder and was currently prepping it. she proceeded to ask me if the drink i received was bad- to which i answered no but just not what i ordered. she then offered to make a different drink for me. i accepted and asked for a wintermelon milk tea to which the girl brought out a wintermelon fruit tea instead. today, i ordered two green thai teas at the kiosk, and when i got my order it was two normal thai teas (colored orange) and the workers did not make it apparent to me that they were out of the powder or anything of the sort. my friend also ordered a green thai tea and received a normal thai tea as well. had high hopes for this location as i have been to other krak locations prior and had a great experience!! i will give this place another try soon and hopefully my experience is better :( read more
