The Cookies & Cream is my go-to drink at Krak Boba! I always order it with 25% sweetness, and it's the perfect balance--not too sweet, but still rich and creamy. It's especially refreshing during the summer and always hits the spot. Super satisfying every time. Highly recommend if you're looking for a smooth, delicious treat! read more

First time here. Just happened to notice it replaced lollicup when I came to get a car wash and we just missed opening weekend. I had my usual black unsweetened tea with both boba and sea cream and my son tried the brown sugar matcha. Brown sugar matcha was a good sweet treat and my tea was no complaints. Boba were prepared well although sea cream didn't have much substance to it and didn't lend any flavor or Texture. I usually like to scape up the cream With my straw but there wasn't any even though I can see it. Friendly service. Will Be back read more

Sorry I didn't get his name, but the guy at the front was extremely friendly and helpful! Perfect customer service from him and told us about their grand opening coming up on Saturday which sounds like it'll be good times! Ordered 3 drinks 25-50% sweet and they were all still pretty sweet so I'd recommend adjusting down even more from your usual. The Maui Wowee and Taro were really good (especially the taro). One of the better blended taros I've had. Definitely worth a try! The King Brûlée tasted like straight up burnt sugar in milk. I only took a few sips so it was a waste...not sure if it's supposed to taste burnt like that but I wouldn't get it again. They have a BOGO with the app, which was nice! Definitely recommend if you're in the area! read more

Ok...my fiance never had boba because she didn't like the gel bubble things..... little did she know that there was this delish world of goodies she was sleeping on! KRAK boba's Oreo with 25% sugar is literally her new favorite thing! And no gel bubbles . I had the strawberry matcha and it was definitely a win with fresh fruit flavor and a strong matcha mix. Seriously happy that I was able to indulge and expose her to what boba actually can be. The owner was there, very friendly and accommodating. He helped me with deciding which flavors to choose from the vast selection (I explained she'd never tried boba- he was appalled!). He steered us correct though! Loved the location of the shop! Chill but lively which was refreshing. Oside and College needed this! I recommend KRAK Boba! 5 STARS! read more

Great spot. All the drinks we tried were great. And we took advantage of the grand opening discounts. Great spot. Only thing is they're a bit slow to deliver drinks, but that is part of the learning curve. We went again later in the week as well. read more

Absolutely delicious drinks and boba! The boba is perfectly fresh meaning the correct amount of chewiness, not too hard and not just goo. Bounces back in each bite! Their triple matcha and brown sugar lattes were delicious. Did 50% sugar on both and so happy we did as their drinks are quite sweet. Our drinks did take 25 minutes to make and we were not expecting that as they were busy but not that busy. They are still new so we know it'll take some time. If you can order ahead, it's well worth it! read more

When it comes to boba shops in Oceanside California, there's no shortage in the city. Many of the shops are spread out. Now Introducing Krak Boba. This popular boba franchise location is locally-owned by the same owners that brought us The Draft Sports Bar. Krak Boba is a bubble tea franchise that offers delicious bubble tea beverages, coffees & smoothies in a fun, trendy environment. The franchise provides an interactive & flavorful tea experience, focusing on fresh ingredients & creative drink flavor combinations. I was particularly impressed that they make their own taro flavoring by getting fresh taro from the 88 Asian Marketplace across the street. In addition, they also import their ceremonial-grade matcha from Japan. The interior decor is colorful & bright. They were training their staff and although they're still learning, they were friendly. Their menu is pretty elaborate and divided into convenient sections, which made it easier to process & interpret. The parking is pretty tight in the immediate area of the storefront. But there's plenty of parking a little further down by the transit train area. Although, I only had small samples of their flavors, I can say that I enjoyed the taro-based drinks and I especially enjoyed their ice slushes. The crushed ice slushes are so refreshing for hot days, but makes it a bit tricky to get to all the boba at the bottom. I'll definitely be coming back here to Krak Boba to try their other flavors and I feel they are a great addition to this shopping center which already has sushi, Chinese, Thai, frozen yogurt and an Asian market. read more

Very good customer service while placing the order. Good smiles and conversation. It was very clean inside yet a worker was sitting on the counter. Got a Guerilla Thai with boba. They forgot the boba the first time. Saw her pour some of the drink out and add warm boba on top. I asked for the boba on the bottom of the cup so I could drink my frozen drink with the boba *properly*, and barely received any, as seen in the photo. I got there at 9:30, received the first order at 9:45, which was more than enough time before closing at 10. I was also the only customer there the entire time. As a college student who needs to spend money wisely, I wouldn't recommend coming here since I don't think $8.10 was worth it. Really sad about the lack of boba. Posted pictures since I know that's not the proper amount I should have received. read more

So far so good, we've been here maybe 4 times since the last 2 weeks. And all drinks we've had were good, we love the remodel they did, space looks so bright and open, menu is clear, lot of options but not too overwhelming. Staff has been welcoming and friendly. Good price, only 1 size as fas as we are aware. read more

Please re-train your employee make sure they are not rushing on the drinks. Saturday night (7/18/26) We came here after dinner we order dragon slayer and guerrilla thai tea. We order thru the kiosk, which we finished at 713 pm. We received our first drink at 733, only 1 out of 2 drinks. We received the second drink 5 minutes after. I know it's new but there were three people there making the drink. They were just taking their time making other customers drinks. I'd order guerrilla drink they was no matcha in the drink all you taste was Thai tea no one drop of matcha . I will add Thai tea pix in the review. I had better experience up north. The other drink was fine. read more

I just visited here tonight and the service was very attentive and the boba was made quick. The bubble tea shop is very clean and well maintained, they have a nice seating area with multiple tables and a couch. It was a pleasant experience, I would definitely return, both Jona and Isabella left great recommendations and helped make the well layered menu easy to follow and provided great selections of beverages, I'm looking forward to visiting again soon! read more

The drinks here are really really good & i want to keep coming back but waiting 20 minutes for one drink when there was barely anyone else in the building is incredibly inconvenient. Each time i've been here people who ordered after me have gotten their order first. This is not a quick stop for a drink. read more

Great spot! Awesome atmosphere. Kind staff. Good prices. Delish drinks. Must check it out.

One of our favorite boba places is now in Oside. We've seen this specific location go through different mid boba places but this one needs to stay. Prior to our first visit here, we've been to their Temecula and Orange County locations, was never disappointed and this one didn't either. Can never go wrong with King Brulee and their matcha drink has that true matcha-ey flavor. For some reason this places feels like it's got more space to hang out than the last business here and it's much brighter. One thing this place lacks are the games that the other locations had (cards, chess, etc....) but that can be easily remedied. Excellent service as well, everyone was friendly and happy. read more

Came in today and waited 28 minutes for two drinks other than that place was clean. Drinks were good.

I went in and ordered the banana cha-cha drink, but unfortunately it tasted like old or spoiled banana. I didn't want to leave a bad review based on just one drink, especially since the drinks here are usually good. However, when I asked if my drink could be remade, one of the workers looked at me like I was stupid for asking. I'm not sure of her name, but she was wearing glasses and had her hair in two buns. Her expression and attitude made the interaction feel really rude and uncomfortable. Her name was jae lynn read more

Excellent tea flavors if you're looking for a good Boba place this is a really good one very friendly staff and really good flavours for the tea that they have in selections. I can't wait to come back and try more of the selections available. I just came here today for my first visit and I am thoroughly impressed. This place is definitely worth your harder dollars. read more

I should've listened to the other reviews and given more time before visiting here. It's very obvious they're new so I hope to update my review once I try it again. We ordered 3 drinks and waited about 20 minutes (long wait is normal here even with few customers per reviews). I read reviews that drinks were very sweet so got 0 sugar and 50% sugar for my drinks. They were all pretty much inedibly sweet, I don't think they were properly adjusted. The kids making the drinks looked young so I hope they can be trained better- which I think is important especially if people have allergies and make adjustments. They did seem very rushed and busy because they're new so I'm giving the benefit of the doubt. But one of my drinks was actually leaking from the bottom from the store and just wrecked our new car which I was super disappointed about. I think there's a lot to work on here- so visit at your own risk. Hope to be back in the future and see improvement! read more

SUPER SLOW service-kids on their phone while trying to make drinks. They got my order wrong. Took about 15 minutes for them to remake it. Ordered a blended Thai tea boba- nothing crazy. Then finally got it... full of chunks of ice. Lots of other people waiting in line while the kids working there are texting.... read more

Not busy at all inside for a good reason. Aubrey was nice and all taking our order but it took 15 minutes for a drink to be made. Listened to their conversation and gossip while cursing in a quiet lobby. Would've been nice if the drinks came out faster since it was half melted not really slush anymore like we ordered. Place needs work. Perhaps more professional, productive staff like all the other reviews suggest. read more

Brand new boba shop came into the plaza after the last one left and it did not disappoint! The Thai milk tea was great and I'm definitely gonna come back and try more drinks. The shop looks great and I was really excited to try this new boba place. I ordered online. When I arrived, there wasn't anyone else in line and only 2 people in the store. There were 3 workers making drinks. No one greeted me even though I was standing at the pick up area. I just expected more. Maybe I'll try again another time. Drink was good. read more

MUST READ!!! Came in on a sunday afternoon after work , i work in the same plaza as the spot my other few times visiting have been alright , i've tried the peach green tea fruit tea which i loved, a matcha which i don't think is good, and finally the last thing ill ever have from this place is the cosmo serenade. Five sips into the drink I experienced an allergic reaction on the drive home and went into anaphylactic shock. I called the restaurant to try and see what was the ingredients of the drink to see if it was something on my allergen list. After speaking to Audry on the phone she told me the ingredients in a rude way and I realized it could have been the butterfly tea in the drink. The next day I come to find out my server Audry was talking sh!t about me during their shift and said that me having an allergic reaction was "my problem" when they were the ones that served me expired tea. My other few times Jonah has served me and the experience has been great but I won't be returning. Place just seems to be ran by highschoolers and needs a better leader!! read more
