Came here for a quick boba drink on our way back to the resort. Ordered a Taro snow with boba, a Spicy Mango icy with popping mango boba, a Thai iced coffee, a Secret garden which sounded like a delightful mixture of tropical fruits but when I drank it, all I tasted was a strong tea taste. I asked the guy helping us for a fruity drink that didn't taste like tea and he suggested a strawberry milk tea with a mango milk. He said it wasn't on the menu but they make it when requested. I got it with boba too. It was absolutely delicious and I'm so glad he suggested it! The boba was really soft and chewy too. I highly suggest that drink too if you're not into that "tea" taste and are looking for more of a dessert boba drink. Really great service!! read more

I ordered a Thai tea with boba from the kiosk and it was really easy to use. The Thai tea was nice and it looks like it wasn't the mix kind but actual tea. The honey boba was nice and a bit on the firmer side and the worker there was friendly. The interior was a lot more spacious than I expected and there's a good amount of seating. read more

By far the superior boba place in north county. They have ruined me for any other milk tea. If we want boba, we drive all the way from Fallbrook to Oside and make a day of it--it's that good! Creamy, made to order and generous with the add-ins. Only reason this isn't a five star is because sometimes the wait is long. Like the line is out the door and only one person manning both the register and making drinks. Labor is the number one cost for companies, and this is likely a single proprietor shop with high rent so I get it. But sometimes the wait is ridiculous. I went in today to get a Thai milk tea... Apparently, they have a promotion on Wednesdays for $2.99 milk teas. However, this promotion isn't shown on the self-order screen when you first walk in; I only saw it on a sign next to the register when I picked up my drink. I asked about it and was told it only applies to those who order at the register... I only ordered at the screen because the guy behind the bar was busy working and thought I was doing him a favor. Best Mango smoothie! It's nice that they use fresh fruit unlike other boba places that use syrups. The ambience is very chill so matches the beach aesthetic. The cashier was very nice. It wasn't that busy when we came, but id give the benefit of the doubt that maybe they had a busy late morning with lots of orders. Drinks: 1. California Journey Green Tea {3/5 stars,$4.75} - overly sweet and under brewed tea with no choice of sweetness. The peaches were not fresh, they were definitely canned (think of the Del monte canned peaches in syrup) poured in the tea as the syrup as sweetener. Unappetizing. Overall, a new interior, friendly staff, rebranded menu but these added touches don't cover up the obvious problem, the tea and taste. read more

AMAZINGGGG They have fresh, hot waffle fries and sweet potato fries that taste delicious with their ranch and ketchup. I also loved the avocado smoothie I got. It was fresh, and perfectly sweet. It was extremely refreshing on a hot day!! It's been a while since I've had their boba, so I don't remember the ones I got, but I remember they were pretty good. The person at the register was so kind. She was extremely helpful and very sweet. I also like that it's always nice and cold inside, which is refreshing on a hot day. I visited TZONE Oceanside on their opening day and was really impressed with its presentation. Oceanside has just lost its local boba tea café and TZONE came in to save the day!! The establishment is conveniently located right on Pierview Way, so you can grab your drink and head for a walk to the pier in under 3 blocks! Street Parking is easy, but you can also find ALL-DAY PARKING for $5 in the safety of the SALT apartment complex right around the corner. TZONE is new and is very clean and trendy. There's a lot of succulents and it has a cute decor that fits the Oceanside feel. The bathroom is super-clean too and that speaks volumes about the managements care. The service is super-friendly and very attentive :) The menu is just the right size, with a variety of options that allow for drink combinations that will have you coming back for more! I would say skip it. Got a banana strawberry smoothie and it was ok. However the smithies was $6 dollars . I asked them if I could use their restroom which is in the lobby. They said manager policy for employees only. I would understand if you walked off the street with no purchase, but when you buy their smoothies you should at the very least be able to use the restroom. Bad business policy!! read more

Tried it for the first time today. The pina colda smoothie was really yummy. The THouse coffee not so much. It's the only coffee there and it is too sweet with a artificial sweetener after taste. Hated to just throw away 5$ but I couldn't take another sip. I think I'll stick with Pier View Coffee for that. read more

What a great boba addition to Oceanside/North County! All of their milk teas are non-dairy based which is awesome! They do add half and half to the "White Tiger milk tea" though since it does have thai tea in it, so FYI. Their smoothies and house blends (aka what I consider "milk shakes") tend to be popular. but for those who love milk tea and are looking for a new good spot - this is it! Although I have to say my honey boba was a bit hard to chew, but other than that - I really love the unique flavors of Jasmine Taro (which has more taro flavor but a great balance of the two) and White Tiger! They also have your standard classic milk tea and jasmin green tea - but they really focus on their unique types of tea vs. the basics. Also, there's only one size. So milk tea + boba for what seems to be about ~ 16oz = $5.25. Not bad! read more

I know they have a lot of dairy free options but whatever I got in the caramel milk tea was disgusting and not just the caramel tea but the basic tea, it tasted rancid.... DO NOT COME HERE!! I stopped here after running some errands and ordered a Thai iced tea. When I got it it looked nothing like the picture! It was already mixed and did not look fresh at all.. I walked to my car with it and before I got in the car I took a sip and it was disgusting!! It taste like soap!! I was so disappointed! I'm was almost sure the drink was spoiled. As I was driving tongue started to feel numb, I thought it would go away so I drank some water. The numbness spread to my cheeks and up my face and I got a terrible head ache so fast. I called the restaurant to tell them so they could avoid serving it to anyone else and the girl on the phone tells me the manager stepped out. By the time I got home my head was hurting and pounding.. I took myself to the hospital because the numbness and head ache were not going away. I was at the ER crying because I was so worried.. the doctor saw me and said he didn't think it was a mold but that I probably drank a cleaning solution. I described the way my tongue felt and he said it could be a chemical burn. The next day the San Diego Country food and health administration contacted me and I have them the name of this restaurant. I am currently waiting for my case number and they are being looked into. STAND CLEAN! THEY DO NOT CLEAN THEIR EQUIPMENT PROPERLY. read more

I tried something called spicy Mango and it was by far the single worst tasting thing I have ever had. I have eaten and drank many things in my 75 years but nothing that I can think of has ever come close to being this bad. The people were pleasant but I can't get past that taste.
