I would love to give five stars but honestly this girl called Noor working in Shiseido makes my experience very unpleasant. She never has good attitude. Unfortunately, every time I go to Shiseido counter Noor is always there. I rather go to Macy's if this woman continues to working in Dillard's. Its a pity because my mom, brother, cousins, grandma and I pay a lot of money monthly buying Shiseido. Last time I went to buy, Noor was in bad attitude (as always). She was aggressive. I wanted to buy a foundation and she asked me to remove my mask so I could try the make up. Obviously because of Covid I didn't want. She was upset because I did not try the make up on my cheek. I tried it on my hand/arm. I chose the color I wanted. Noor didn't like the color I chose. She was mad telling me that color didn't match my skin color because I didn't try it on my cheek. I am the person buying and wearing the product, is none of her business whether the foundation I choose matches or not my skin color. Even her tone of voice is aggressive. She continued insisting I should remove my mask and try the foundation on my cheek. Until she noticed my mom mad because my mom got tired of tolerating her behavior every single time we go, only after that, the girl changed her attitude and her low pitch voice came in. Noor started to defending herself saying she was being nice by helping me out. I mean, she is being paid for helping me out but also giving me a nice experience. She literally said " I want to apologize with you even though I didn't do anything " Every time I go, she seems annoyed and makes facial gestures of being annoyed. Not my problem she hates her work. read more

I needed to do some bra shopping. I firmly believe the only place to do this is at Dillards and have been doing that for the better part of 20 years. Anyhow, I must've tried on 40 or more bras. I just couldn't make up my mind and wasn't really sure what I wanted to go with. I spent a little over two hours in the intimate section with Zino. She was so wonderful. Obviously the weekend before Christmas is crazy busy, and she just kept giving great service. Not only that, but I was certain I knew what bra size I was, and she quickly corrected me. That's the thing about Dillards, they know how to help you with your bra. I was wrong on the size of my bra. Zino was so professional and knowledgeable. I'm so grateful that I ended up with her as my bra expert! Thank you, Dillards, for only putting the best in the intimates department! I confidently bought 8 bras and 2 nightgowns! Another thing I noticed about Zino is she always greeted people walking by or thru no matter what she was in the middle of doing. She was always aware of the customers. That's so refreshing. read more

Dillard's shoe department is dirty and gross. They need to get their housekeeping department to give it a good cleaning. Wal-Mart is much cleaner! Gross chairs that are so worn. I expect more from a department store! The two sales guys were very uninterested in assisting unless you were ready to make a purchase. I know they are on commission, they acted like they really couldn't care about the customer or their job either. Why bother having disinterested employees fetch boxes of shoes for you? So sad what Dillard's has become. I get better service at DSW. The employees at DSW are friendly and helpful, plus self-service shoe hunting too! read more

Edna at Dillards was a sweetheart. She helped me pick out my powder foundation and matched me pretty easily. She was super helpful and kind. She even gave me a free goodies pouch full of Clinique products! The sassy, pretty gentleman next to her was super friendly and sweet too. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend coming to this Dillard's . read more

Dillards is a joy to shop at. Always find great merchandise and friendly helpful sales staff.

So you can really find good deals here and most of the time the help is great my review is about the shoe department!! My goodness what a mess!!!! Shoes and boxes thrown all over everything is mangled I understand it is a store you can't control what customers do HOWEVER this is seriously so annoying and hazardous that I didn't even bother looking for shoes here after all and it was the whole reason I was there. DISAPPOINTED read more

Reggie in men's wear (suit section to be specific) was absolutely amazing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I went to several stores in search of a sport coat, and he was the first out of all of them to actually engage us. Top tier customer service! We will definitely be back and we'll always ask for Reggie!!! read more

hey Dillard's here's a riddle for you: if I pick out a pair of pants and a shirt totaling $320 and I have a real good feeling about them but of course go to the fitting rooms to make sure they fit how many doors will I try that are be locked before I drop both garments on the floor and walk out of your store? Hint: it can be counted on four fingers or less. read more

I can't imagine shopping here unless you like being talked to in an abrasive manner. The sales associates are so rude and nasty even when asking a simple question. No wonder the store is a ghost town! I would rather shop somewhere else like Target than get unnecessary attitude from middle aged workers who hate their job. read more

And that's what customer service is all about!!! Dillard's at Arrowhead in AZ had a super good sale on luggage. So I bought one set and my sis said she wanted one too, so went on Saturday to get her a Purple set "purple? She likes what she likes". So Taijah "my new awesome fave person" asked us if we needed help......Answer YES!!. She started the search for the purple luggage. None to be found in the luggage area so she jumped on the computer to search. We found 2 of the 3 for the set, and she then started calling other Dillard's stores to track the last piece to the set. After calling almost every store in the metropolitan area, she found the last piece to make the set. I was astonished on how the other Dillard's store employees didn't even want to look or help look when Taijah called. She was even bummed in the lack of help from the other stores. Hey Dillard's, fortunately Taijah is also a full time teacher, so we know our kids are in GREAT hands, but you need to get her in management to help train your stores on how Customer Service should be. Thank you Taijah Lee, you are awesome and thanks again for all your help! read more

Dillard's is one of the pricier department stores and specializes in high-end brands. However, they have the best shoe department in the Valley. I have plantar fasciitis and it's easy to find both casual as well as dressy shoes in Dillard's that are comfortable or special brands. read more

I was looking for a sweater for my father and the gentleman working in the polo section helped me find just what I needed! He was very nice, however as I was walking away he was approached by a man in a gray suit holding a clip board and he was very rude to him. I believe it was his manager, I will be coming back just because of the very nice man in the polo section, however I hope the managment fixes their unprofessionalism and does not talk to any other employees I front of customers as the older man in the gray suit did in front of my mother and I. read more

This Dillards is located in Arrowhead mall is in a great location right off the 101. Customer service is awesome here and is the perfect size (not to big). They have everything you need in this store. Five stars for this Dillards. Very pleased with the service at this location. I can always find what I'm looking for and they have awesome sales! Be sure and go to their annual sale on New Years Day. read more

Dillard's - Men's Clothing Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

Years ago, Dillard's used to be Diamond's and Diamond's, Goldwater's and The Broadway were the staple department stores throughout the Valley (Bullocks only had the one location in Scottsdale). Anyway, this Dillard's always had a great shoe department, and they still do. This is the main reason I went-plus it is close to my mom's. I was also looking for a bathing suit for my daughter and found one I thought she would love. I inquired about their return policy, which is pretty standard now a days but stupid. 30 days in original condition with receipt. Even Target can scan credit cards to see if it was purchased there. Anyway, upon returning to the Bay Area, I went to Macy's. I found the same bathing suit, for half the price. So, Dillard's, your shoe department still rules, but your merchandise is the same as Macy's for clothing and your prices are much higher. I will come back next time to check out your shoes, but will stay away from the rest... read more

Two Sales Associates busy chatting about the texting on their phone, as I was trying to inquire about a shoe size. I should had gone to get my own shoes from the back, why bother having employees when they are too busy making chit-chat instead if helping customers? Two more sales people chatting upstairs, instead of helping customers. Next time, I'm going to stand next to chatty employees and look at them while they chat. I'm sure there are plenty of unemployed people out there that would be grateful to have the job of these sales employees that are too busy chatting instead of assisting shoppers. read more

A recent shopping trip that resulted in some barginlicous finds is why I give this particular Dillard's a five-star rating. When they have sales, they have some friggin' sales! I'm talking about 70% off already reduced items! Can you get any better than that? I just bought a very nice work dress that was originally $159 for $39 and a skirt suit originally priced at a little under $300 for $70. Amazing! Usually their big sales are during the in-between seasons -- right before they get their new shipment for Fall or Summer. Lucky for us Phoenicians, we can usually pull off summer items into late fall and even early winter. The sales clerks are also always very friendly and not overly pushy. They typically are older and more seasoned sales professionals, which is actually refreshing to me. They don't stand around chatting with their co-workers and ignoring customers -- they understand what customer service is and help in what ever way they can. Oh, and this Dillard's has a great shoe department. Tons to choose from and a crap-load of salesmen to help you find your favorite pair. Always keep Dillard's on your shopping radar -- you won't be disappointed, and your wallet will thank you. read more

I work a Arrowhead in a smaller store so before work I decided to go shopping. I've been looking for a new watch and purse since I already got my taxes back. I went to the Michael Kors watch counter and the sales lady was helping some woman who said she was looking around, the woman was flashing hundred dollar bills in her hand, so I looked around. When that woman left, she completely ignored me and started doing paperwork even though I made eye contact with her and said hello. I'm only 18 and I look very young so I'm often passed by sales people because they don't think they'll get a sale. well, I was going to give you a $300 dollar sale but I guess not now, people should stop judging by my age. After the stupid watch sales lady, I went to go look at some handbags. Where again, no one helped me even after I said hello and expressed interest. Step up your game, Dillard's. I, myself, am a sales associate and I know when someone is interested in making a purchase. The atmosphere of this Dillard's is just crap now. I saw two beauty counter associates talking about an older Asian lady because she couldn't speak English and they couldn't understand her. They were laughing and ignoring her. The amount of booger picking kids running a muck here is mind boggling. Watch your damn kids. read more

The Good: 'Irmy' in customer service is awesome- very nice and I have never had a gift package wrapped so well! The Bad: the women's restroom is filthy and the rest of the store is dirty, unorganized and desperately needs to be refurbished. Many of the staff on the floor are not helpful and a few are openly hostile. The managers all must be hiding in a back room somewhere because they are certainly not out on the floor. Dillard's is a privately owned company and apparently the owners don't care about their stores - at least the one in Glendale, AZ. Despite the great gift wrapping, the rest of the store pretty much sucks. I won't be coming back. read more

Purchased a dress yesterday for $150. An hour later while shopping at Macy's, I found the exact same dress on sale for $79. I had a 20% off coupon. Do the math. I returned the original purchase to Dillard's this morning. When asked why I wanted to make the return, I explained that I found the same dress at Macy's for almost $100 less. The sales associate shook her head, gave me the "look" then told me that Dillard's sells their returned and damaged merchandise to Macy's so I may have saved money, but I was buying a second hand dress. What??? The customer service at the store has been going down for a while. This takes the cake. Goodbye, Dillard's, you've lost a customer. read more

Shoe dept has a good selection, but horrible staff. They are either on you like flies or ignore you completely. Sunglass counter help is not very nice (multiple occasions, different sales associates). Older woman in boys 8-20 and girls 7-14 sections is very nice. She's the only one. But she also wants to make sure she checks you out in her dept. I get it...sales goals. What I can't stand about this store is how filthy the dressing rooms are. They are disgusting - to the point where you don't want to touch the door handles or let any of your clothes hit the floor. And I'm talking about at least four different areas of the store. The carpets should have been replaced a few times in the 16 or so years I've been coming here. I doubt they've ever even been cleaned. There are holes in the dressing room walls, wallpaper coming off, loose door handles, etc. Does Dillard's not care what kind of impression that makes on customers? I've even said this to the management. Nothing changes. The only reason I go to this store is because it's so close. read more

I love Dillard's department store for two reasons. 1. They assist me 100% when I shop. They will take my clothes, set up a room and run around to get me the perfect fitting outfit. 2. They have killer sales and not just in the store on-line too. If only they had a better selection of hip designer clothing, they'd get 5 stars from me. read more

Shame on you Hilda! Absolutely zero sense of customer service! Hilda completely ignored me as I stood at the counter waiting to return a pair of shoes. Love Dillard's Arrowhead location. Always enjoy looking at their shoe department- lots of selections and nice quality. The people who work at this location seem nice. I also go to Dillard's clearance center at the Metrocenter mall. They are only open short hours (like 12 noon to 7) and closed Monday's I believe. But boy- when I do go can really get some bargains on nice quality. Check their website for items that have additional savings ON TOP of pink clearance prices . A little customer service goes a long way. I'm not sure who the lady was but she let me into the dressing room, saw the mess that was inside and didn't take any of the 6 dresses hanging on the only hook available in the room. I had to rehang some that were on the floor and carry the rest out so I could hang my dresses up. I work in retail. Whenever I let someone into a dressing room I take any clothes left by previous customers and apologize to them. It's not that hard. Honestly. The dressing rooms looked disgusting and dingy. I didn't feel clean when trying clothes on in there. Luckily I found a cute dress I my size and was out of there quickly. Here's some pics of the dirty doors, mirror, carpet, and walls. read more

Horrible shoe department. I like their inventory over Macy's and that's why I came here but I waited 15 minutes with a shoe in my hand for an associate to help me and they walked by multiple times! My mother bought me a watch at Macy's that was too big. I parked on the wrong side of the mall, so I figured I would ask the people at Dillard's to just take a link out. This service takes less than 30 seconds. I asked the woman, and she became abrasive and told me I obviously did not by it there since they don't sell that watch. She acted as if I was trying to pull one over in her even after I told her I didnt buy my watch there. These stores do not realize by do something like taking a link out of watch will take them 30 seconds but they can ask me to wait 20 minutes, and in those 20 minutes, I'll wonder around their store and possibly by something. Whereas when they deny something simple, I refuse to shop there. Horrible costumer service. read more
