The best part for us was the "build it yourself section" where they have a loose pile of bulk lego as well as a wall with more organized sorting. You can build anything here and every part you use is 25 cents at the register. My kids favorite part was looking for all the figure parts to make a recreation of our family. All those minifigure parts are up front near the "Lego Movie" Wildstyle statue. Near the register is also all the minifigures, I loved looking through these and seeing all the cool old lego figures I grew up with. The middle of the store has a huge city display you can tell was put together passionately. They also have used and brand new sets for sale. I let my kids each pick something around $15 for helping build a present for their mother and it was hard for them to choose with so many options! The store was totally packed the entire time we were there but staff and owners were super kind and helpful in finding random bits for us and other customers. I told him some of the games my friend is looking for and he told me they had a lot more in back. I really enjoyed seeing the box of SNES games that had smoke damage Tony had hidden behind the counter. Very cool story and loved seeing interesting and unique things like that. Up front is a pong game and mini arcade the kid enjoyed playing at while I was looking around. The prices are very reasonable and the price he had on the Parappa game was the same as the one I bought for my friend on ebay.

They were 3 brand new Switch 2 games, completely factory sealed and within the return window. An employee named BRYAN, a senior associate there that clearly didn't want to be there evidenced by his bed hair, told me that they could not accept the return because GameStop.com orders have a special return system and needed to be returned to specific stores around the country. That doesn't make sense for a completely unmarked, completely factory sealed game. Even worse, I had talked to GameStop.com customer service before going to the brick and mortar store who told me the returns were all cleared to be done at this particular store. Now I got to call them back, wait another hour to talk somebody and be told the same thing? This is crazy and HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. If this employee Bryan is incorrect, then he would've wasted one hour of my time to drive to the store, one hour of talking to customer service, and he was simply lazy to do the return himself (there was a line forming behind me). Now I have to repeat this process again and maybe not be able to return this at all? She feels like a warm lovable character from your favorite book, the kind you reach for every now and then to read over and over again. I called recently because I really wanted to get my hands on a copy of Nikita Gill's new book "Hekate" and yes, I know I could just order it online from big box stores but I knew I wanted to support my local bookstore. Renee was quick and prompt and while she didn't have it in stock, she ordered it as quick as she could and I was able to go pick it up in the next day or so!
