Beautiful restaurant, posh atmosphere, good food.
This is a Michelin star restaurant and although reservations aren't required, it is highly recommended.
Customer service was excellent (a trend here in Zermatt), the menu had several delicious options, from which we chose the beef tartar (5 stars), the pork belly (4 stars), and tiger prawns (5 stars)
My humble opinion on the pork belly is that it is served on a news paper, and the bbq sauce makes the news paper soggy, which ends up getting into my meat as I try to cut the pork belly. Getting rid of the news paper (when you have wet bbq sauce) would be a better option for this dish. read more
