I love the subs at dibella's. I am a grilled sub connoisseur and these really hit the spot. I typically go for the godfather which is very similar to an Italian sub. They have a couple of bread options to choose from and they always taste fresh. My favorite is the sesame bread but the everything bread is so good too! You can order a small, medium, or large sub and I always go for the medium and can usually get 2 meals out of it because it's so big! A great bang for your buck. They are on DoorDash so I will typically place an order for pickup here and they have a rack near the door where they place orders. Otherwise they have a long counter to order your subs! This location is big and has a bunch of booths and tables for seating and I imagine it gets pretty busy during lunch hours with Amazon, Magna, and other big facilities located near by. Where to start? I just randomly picked this place for lunch. The employees were friendly, and I asked the order-taker what was good. She replied, and then I asked what was her favorite. She directed me to The Cowboy sub - a BBQ/chicken/bacon/cheddar sub. We then both professed our love of BBQ. So I ordered a small on a everything roll. Sold! Now these subs are slightly more expensive then the usual sub chains, but the quality of the ingredients actually make them a steal! My "small" sub came cut in two, dwarfing the competition. The chicken was the star, with a wonderfully smokey taste. The bacon was thick cut and flavorful. The cheddar was the real deal and very tasty. And yes the bbq was perfect! The everything roll (you choose from 4) was the perfect compliment. So yeah, this isn't a traditional sub (they have those too), but I swear was the best I ever had! I added grilled onions to mine (don't judge), which I highly recommend. Visiting DiBella's Sub is an event for me! I never thought I would love a sub shop so much but Dibella's is so different from so many places that I have visited. Everytime I visit Dibella's I have this giant smile on my face. When you walk into the doors you will be quickly greeted by one of the sub makers. Gr he staff is unbelievably friendly. During my first visit I was able to get the low down on what the most popular subs were and I wasn't disappointed with my decision. I love that Dibella's has so many photos of the original restuarant and the founders of the restaurant. It helps to make Dibella's stand out from the crowd. The inside of Dibella's is massive. I was actually surprised that the restaurant was so big for them to mainly sale sandwiches. My group of co-workers and I were able to easily grab two tables near each other with no problem. I can honestly say that I have not had a bad sub from DiBella's. I typically get my sandwich hot which means they will cook the meat and veggies on the grill top. I love it because when you bite into the sandwich the inside is warm but the bread is still nice and soft. read more

Not the best, not the worst. First time using this location. Ordered 4 subs and they messed 3 out of 4 of them up. Missed toppings and no dressing. Meat was clustered to one side and veggies on the other. Place is too expensive to mess up subs lol. Bread was great as usual. Ok so I walk in and the place is huge. How many people you planning on feeding? Staff super friendly. Ordered the cheese steak before my sons soccer game in another city. Made fresh on the grill to order. No one rang me up but gave me a buzzer thing. Finally someone came to ring me up. Grabbed my sandwich and left. Tried to eat it in the car. It was the messiest, slipperiest, and drippy sandwich I have ever had. Do not order it to go to eat it in your car. But let me tell you it was soooooo good. I wish all the stuff wouldn't have fallen out of the inside from the dressing. Definitely will be eating here again. Little pricey if you ask me. I consider myself a sandwich/sub aficionado. Let me start off by saying this USED to be my favorite place to get a sub, but now I will not go there ever again! I'm not sure if people are playing a joke with me or are the people working there are really this incompetent. I'm talking from the store to the headquarters. First time writing a review on Yelp. You have to see this. It will make you laugh! Ok, got a large grilled chicken sub. Well, I thought it had chicken on it. It barely had anything on it for $12. I called and told the manager. He did the usual and tried to make things right by asking my name and address to send me some coupons. Weeks later I get a letter from headquarters with, I thought were coupons for free subs. First thing all of their bread options are egg washed, bad for anyone with egg allergies, bread was hard and tough, roast beef was rare ,ugh ! If I wanted raw beef I would go to a butcher, I had heard great things about this chain, but very disappointed. For the price I expected more ! I don't write many reviews but i was so pleased with Scott and the rest of the team that i just had to write a great review! I had to place a catering order over the phone for work and Scott was awesome! He was patient with all of my questions (I had to customize a few items) when I went to pick it up, a team member helped me to the car even though it was raining. It's been a while since I've experienced great customer service and a place that actually cares. It just made my day! Oh! And everyone loved everything. From the subs to the cookies! As usual, this location never disappoints! We ordered the godfather and the uncle louie. The subs like every time are made to order with the condiments we hand-picked from the list. The bread is amazing, and out all the sub places that are around the absolute best one. I had everything bread. My husband had sesame seed bread. Our subs were great and fresh. The drink station was clean and fully stocked with all things needed. The restaurant was clean. The restrooms were clean. The women's restroom and the faucet was extremely loose. When you went to turn it on the faucet moved. The whole faucet I thought was going to fall off the base of the sink. Other than that, the restrooms were both clean and warm.The temperature of the interior of the restaurant was freezing cold. Like so cold, you had to keep your winter coat on! My husband and I went here for a quick sandwich on our lunch break and it was the worst experience we've had at a place like this. We had a free meal from one of their promotions so we decided to give them a try, but after what we went through I'll never go back. We were greeted with attitude from the start and our minor questions were met with rudeness, so much so that we debated leaving on the spot even though we had a free meal. The workers were all rude and could care less about us as they continued to talk amongst themselves and ignore us. Aside from the terrible customer service the food wasn't even good either. With taste equivalent to subway but prices marked as if this were a high end sub shop, we will never step foot in DiBella's again. This is unfortunate too because we had hopes of finding a quality sub shop. Again, Worst experience I've had and I'll never go back. Recently my wife ordered two subs from Didellas and paid for them online when she ordered. As I was doing some errands, I went to pick them up. When I got to the restaurant, I saw a sign "Curb Side Pick Up" with a phone number. I'm still recovering from knee surgery so I thought great I'll just call, and they would bring my already paid for order out to me. NO SUCH LUCK!! I was told that because we didn't request curb side pickup when we ordered, I'd have to come in a get my own order. What MORON in their company made that stupid rule? I crabbed my cane and went inside, took my order which was sitting on a shelf and walked out. I'll NEVER go back there again, much rather go to another grinder shop that doesn't offer that service and have to go inside rather than go to a restaurant that does offer curbside pickup and then refuses to provide that service solely because you didn't request it when you ordered. IDIOTS! The place was not even busy, God forbid they should offer customer service, who knows they may come back. NOT ME!!! I sent their home office a letter complaining, told them not to send any coupons as I'm never going back there again, as expected never go an apology, I guess they don't care. read more

Was glad that a DiBella's opened up so close to where I live. Delicious subs, the bread is YUM. My husband and I took some family that is from out of town here for lunch, and they were bummed they don't have a DiBella's near them.. the staff is friendly, and large inside. As 2 minorities customers, our experience at Dibellas Warren was degrading. Here is what happened: We arrived to an empty store around 6:00PM for a quick carry out, but left the store around 7:00PM. A man took our order: 2 large subs, with plain bread. After placing our order, we were ignored more than 5 minutes at the register, no one help us or cashed us out. 2 white customers arrived after us and order a sub and went to pay for their food. They were acknowledged within seconds and they received their food right away. Then DIBELLAS cashed us out. Now it has been over 15 minutes wait, and just after paying the man told us they did not have enough plain bread to complete our order. The only option he gave us, was to pick another bread. So during these 15 minutes we were waiting, we've been ignored and nobody told us they had no more plain bread. They did not started making our food, and serve the 2 other customers first. Worse, they purposely waited that we paid before letting us know that they run out of plain bread. When picking our subs up, we noticed that we forgot to give our phone number for the fidelity points. So we asked the man if he could add them now. He said no, so we asked to talk to a manager. The shift manager then told us, that the transaction is done and that there is nothing they can do about it. We just found this so ridiculous that the store manager decided to call on the phone her general manager. The general manager also said no, and told us to go on Dibellas Website. At this point, we decided to cancel our order and get our money back. The general manager said they would not give us a refund. So we had, for 30 long minutes explain to them that it was not only about the points, but it was also about the way they treated treated us earlier. Finally, they agreed to give our money back. The shift manager was struggling with the computer so she called the store manager for help, store manager, who by the way, witnessed the whole situation, but never intervene, never said anything. The store manager finally gave our refund but had a despicable attitude. We left the store around 7:00pm, WITHOUT an apology. Not even once, the shift manager, the store manager or, the general manager apologized or tried to make it right. As a whole, Dibellas do not value their customers, and this starting with the top management, By the way, after stated that we will leave a review online, they asked for my telephone number. The ham was meh, but the best part about these subs is the bread. Best bread from a sub shop ever! I prefer Jersey Mike's subs, but I would definitely try this again. Hubs had the meatball sub and insisted that I try it, and it was much better than my ham sub.
