My local Tubby's. We've had family visiting from out of state this past week and the first thing they want when they come to town is Tubby's. We've gotten carryout from this location at least four times in the last week and every time it was perfect. Fresh, hot, melty... They have a big selection of sides: fries, cottage fries, jalapeño bites, mac and cheese bites, fried pickles, fried mushrooms and chips. read more

I called in an order which included a Pizza Steak and Cheese sub,. I sent our driver to pick up lunch and when he returned about 25 minutes later, I received a Steak and Cheese sub instead of the Pizza Steak and Cheese. I called the store and was informed I would have to bring the sub back to the store to have it re-made. This was not possible during my lunch time. It was suggested I could bring it back tomorrow. Also not possible as this was my lunch for the day and I really didn't have a choice at that point but to eat what I had been given. This is a very poor policy that greatly inconveniences the customer. I feel that since I did not get what I ordered, I should either get a replacement sub next time I want to order, or a refund. Tired of bad customer service in fast food restaurants. read more

I went on 2/11 who visiting from Illinois for a funeral. The sandwich was overpriced and basically basic! I can make a better sandwich at home . Trust me. I have posted recipes viewed by millions of people. Back in Illinois we have much better sandwich shops. I have had a better sandwich from subway! I would not go back!! read more

We've used them two times this summer. One was for my granddaughter's birthday on the Fourth of July! And one was for a funeral. Everything was perfect. It was made on time. The staff was amazing over the phone explaining things. I am super happy with this location. read more

They have good BLT's nice workers very helpful they were kind and I would recommend them idk about the other reviews of 1 stars but everyone has their own opinion I would recommend Tubby's for su read more

Ok I tried to order on line but it wouldn't let me order the red pepper Italian sub. So I called it in and ordered my grilled Italian, a steak and cheese and my husbands red pepper Italian that the lady at Tubby's told me was the zing classic. Got home and there was ABSOLUTELY no difference between the two Italian subs except one was grilled! It was only 15 minutes! 15 minutes from the phone call to the pickup!! How could you forget it even was in the receipt!! read more

So....I decided to give this Tubbys another try. It was almost a year and half since my last visit, and everyone deserves a 2nd chance. Last time was terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible! This time, my sub was perfect. Absolutely no complaints! Everyone was super friendly! This visit totally changed my opinion of this Tubby's. It earned its five stars. read more

We bought two subs and got sick soon after eating them. Something not right with their food. Will not be back!!!

Honestly one of my favorite places order through GrubHub, my orders always calm exactly as I placed them the food is always hot and fresh and they always throw in enough condiments and sauce. Most places you have to ask to get the bare minimum and I won't order on GrubHub because my orders always come wrong, but this specific location does a great job at preparing excellent food and is my favorite place to order delivery! I've had to call after placing my order a couple times with special requests and they are always friendly and willing to help, the people who work at this location deserve a raise read more

XL Steak and cheese was good. Ask for A1 sauce and a few extra (A1 really knocks that Steak and Cheese outta the park) they give me some knock off steak sauce that ruined my sandwich and lunch. If a customer ask for A1 you give them A1 if you don't have A1 but offer another kind of A1 you should let the customer know. Thanks for ruining my lunch. Yeah it's that important!! read more

This place located in Warren Michigan is absolutely filthy on the inside and the outside I can't even believe I went in here. Apparently my desire for a good steak sandwich what's the reason. When I came in they had for employees who were all very nice I might add busting their butts but there was a line of about 15 people ahead of me. I waited about 25 minutes to get my order. I ordered a two XL steak and cheese sandwich with fries and a drink and it came to $16. That's right $16 for lunch!!!!! The same which itself was somewhat decent the fries tasted like they were cooked in three-week old oil. I definitely would not recommend this Tubby's to anyone. read more

Love this Tubby's. The staff is always nice & they're quick yet efficient. They also have good deals.

To anyone who is reading this review, take this seriously. This tubbys is absolutely disgusting Inside and out. I unfortunately had a falling out with the staff manager. They forgot Tubby sauce on all seven of my sandwiches and when I went back to ask for sauce, they gave me the biggest problem about it. This Tubby's needs new management and new employees. Do not go to this sub shop there is another Tubbys 2 miles away. read more

I ordered a regular size sub for delivery and was delivered a small. Nice to know I was charged 2x's the amount of what I ordered to have it delivered for it to be wrong. I paid twice what I was ordered just to receive a fraction of that. Thanks. read more

Sat up there for my whole lunch (30 minutes) today and they never made my food. Had to go back to work hungry because I ran out of time. Literally walked out pissed without a refund. Now I get to go thru the rest of the work day hungry, thanks Tubby's read more

Came to this location and the girl making the sandwich had filthy cloths on!! Also when asked to put the tomatoes on have she said we can't do that so I asked for them on the side and they don't do that either.... really?? Never will I return to this location!!! read more

Horrible. I have not been here for 2 years because aide it was always so bad, but I tried it again. Big mistake. I was the only customer in sight but was asked to wait a moment at the drive thru. After waiting 5 minutes for no reason I was askeed for my order. I ordered 1 item, a large jumbo Classic Italian. The price was low do I asked if it was indeed what I ordered and was told yes. Even I got home, it was a tubby famous. One item and they got it wrong. And, it tasted absolutely horrible, I threw it away after a few bites. Done with tubbys forever, too many places to go to put up with terrible service and inedible food read more

Absolutely love Tubby's, especially this location. The food is always made fresh and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Taco sub is personally one of my favorites. I highly recommend Tubby's! read more

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Absolutely worst Tubby's I've ever been to. Horrible customer service. After being told one moment at the drive thru, waited at least 15 minutes with no service. Not to mention being the only customer at the time. Then watched 3 cars pull in and go inside, then walk out with their food as I continued waiting in the drive thru. Ended up leaving after that, rather than going in, just to wait even longer. GO TO A DIFFERENT TUBBY'S, WORTH THE DRIVE! read more

I really like this Tubby's. I'm not sure how the other people on here have had bad experiences, as the food has always been good for me and the staff has always been nice. Never had a problem with waiting time. read more

I went through the drive thru. Super nice people and my mushroom, steak and cheese tastes like I remember from 20 years ago lol. We got 2 jumbo sub meals and a kid meal all for 20 bucks, not bad. Taste good. I am happy! :) read more

This is the second time I've had an issue with their subs in about a year. The first time the subs were burned and black on the inside. Now this time both of my subs were drenched in dressing to the point of the dressing dripping from the subs. I didn't ask for extra sauce but that's how it came. Just gross! Will NOT be back again. read more

One of the better tubbys I've ever been too. It's small and really not much to look at inside. But it has a drive thru and the food is always prepared correctly. Great prices and some of the nicest and best employees I've ever dealt with. read more

This has to be one of the best Tubby's locations I have ever eaten at. They make a really good sandwich and I will be back again and again.

Exactly the way I remember Tubbys tasting years ago. Moved back to Michigan and made this one of my first stops. Friendly staff and great food. 2 thumbs up!! read more
